Objective To study the neuropsychological features of patients with Alzheimer disease (AD) and mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Methods Fifty-two AD, 26 MCI and 24 healthy aging cases were investigated by the clinical evaluation and a series of neuropsychological tests which include mini-mental state examination (MMSE), clinical dementia rating scale (CDR), activity of daily living scale (ADL) and clinical memory scale (CMS). Results The scores of the neuropsychological tests in AD,MCI and normal control groups were as follows: MMSE scores were 18. 9?5. 1, 26. 9?2. 1, 29. 0?1.1 respectively; ADL scores were 48. 3?17. 7, 26. 7?9. 3, 22. 1?4.1 respectively; Memory Quotient(MQ)scores were 52. 5?26. 7, 81. 3?10. 8, 101. 8?11. 6; CMS scores were 52. 5?26. 7, 81. 3?10. 8, 101. 8?11. 6 respectively. ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence and correlative risk factors of aspiration in Alzheimer disease (AD) patients with aspiration pneumonia. MethodsData of 88 cases with AD were retrospectively investigated. Several possible correlative risk factors were analyzed with multiple Logistic regression. Results38 cases with AD complicated aspiration pneumonia during the observation period [average (3.51±0.25) years].The total average annual incidence of aspiration pneumonia in AD was 12.3%. The annual incidence of aspiration pneumonia in mild AD, moderate AD and severe AD were 11.1%,12.3%,17.6% respectively.The correlative risk factors of aspiration in AD patients with aspiration pneumonia were severity of AD,application of neurosedatives, silent bilateral basal ganglia lacunar infarction (SBI), decrease of activity of daily living (ADL) and leukoaraiosis (LA). ConclusionAspiration pneumonia is a common complication occurring not only in severe AD but also in mild and moderate AD.

Objective:To investigate the cardiovascular protection effect of cilazapril in hemodialystic patients|(HD). Methods:Thirty HD with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group A(n=20) cilazapril 2.5 mg～5 mg,group B(n=10) as control. After six mouths,the left ventricular mass and function were monitored by color Doppler cardiography. Results:BP was decreased in both group.LVDd,IVS,LVPWD and LVMI were decreased in cilazapril group. Conclusion:Cilazapril is not only effective and safe in treatment of hypertension,reversed the ventricular hypertrophy and improved the diastolic function in HD patients also.

Objective To explore the effect of misoprostol combined with psychological intervention to prevent maternal postpartum hemorrhage, and to provide evidence for clinical prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 120 cases of delivery in maternal and child health care hospital of Ningxia autonomous region from March 2015-March 2017 were collected.All women were given misoprostol treatment after fetal delivery, according to whether or not to accept the individual psychological intervention were divided into intervention group and control group, 64 cases in intervention group, 56 cases in the control group.The control group received only routine symptomatic nursing,the intervention group received psychological intervention at the time of admission and postpartum psychological intervention.The maternal mental state, the third stage of labor time, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage of 24 h, the degree of nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of anxiety, fear and depression in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The third stage of labor in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was lower than that of the control group, and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage of 24 h was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 96.88%(62/64), and the nursing satisfaction was 78.57%(44/56)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).In the intervention group, two cases were prolonged labor, two cases were fetal distress, one case of placental abruption, in the control group three cases were prolonged labor, three cases of placental abruption, two cases of placenta previas.The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference.Conclusion Misoprostol combined with psychological intervention can significantly improve maternal adverse psychological status, reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce bleeding, improve nursing satisfaction.

Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and clinical oulcomes of aortic valve replacement (AVR) performed with minimally invasive technique.Methods From June 2010 to October 2011,20 cases of minimally invasive AVR were performed.The mean age was (47.60±12.28) ;12 males and 8 females.All patients are ventilated with a double-lumen endotracheal tube,through the 3nd anterior intercostals space with a 5 -6cmskin incision,right femoral artery and vein cannulation are used to establish CPB,direct aortic cross-clamped by Chitwood sliding clamp through the right 4th intercostals space,and completed the aortic valve replacement.Results Mean length of incision was (4.73±0.54)cm.Mean duration of cardiopulmonary bypass was (124±39.83)min,crossclamp time was (97.21±33.17) min.Median intubation time was (13.55±3.87)hours.Median duration of intensive care and postoperative hospital stay was (16.34±3.82)hours and (6.63±1.45) days,respectively.Hospital mortality was 0.There was no perivalvular leakage,Conclusion Minimally invasive aortic replacement with a modified Port-Access approach is feasible,small incisions,more cosmetic,shorter length of bospital stay and less need for blood transfusion are attainable.

The effects of ultrafine grinding on the dissolution rates of the effective components in Sanjie Zhentong capsule (SZC) were studied in this experiment. Fine and ultrafine powder of SZC intermediates were made by ordinary grinding and ultrafine grinding technology, and then granulated by wet granulation. SZC were prepared by fine powder, ultrafine powder and ultrafine granules, respectively. With resveratrol and loureirin B as investigated indexes, dissolution rates of the four intermediates in SZC were determined by cup method and HPLC. The dissolution rates of resveratrol in SZC prepared by fine powder, ultrafine powder and ultrafine granules were 26.11%, 63.27%, 67.49%, respectively; and the dissolution rates of loureirin B were 7.160%, 20.29%, 23.05%, respectively. The dissolution rate of resveratrol and loureirin B in SZC prepared by ultrafine granules was the best. D90 size of ultrafine grinding was 13.221 μm and could improve the dissolution rates of resveratrol and loureirin B in SZC.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effects of acupuncture at "Tianshu" (ST 25) on electro-activity and mechanical motility at different phases of migrating motor complex (MMC) during jejunal digestion period in rats with detached jejunum, so as to explore the effect and mechanism of acupuncture on regulating intestinal movement.

METHODSSixteen adult SD rats were selected. Electrodes were implanted in the serous membrane of intestinal smooth muscl.e and high-sensitivity sensors of strain gauge were sutured on serosal surface, and then the rat was anesthetized and its jejunum was detached. Electro-acriviry and mechanical motility of jejunal smooth muscle were recorded simultaneously. Acupuncture was applied at "Tianshu" (ST 25) at MMC I , MMCII and MMC III, respectively, to observe its influence on electro-activity and mechanical motility.

RESULTSAt phase of MMC I, there was no obvious change of the fast wave before and after the acupuncture, while the frequency and amplitude of slow wave and mechanical motility were both significantly decreased compared with baseline (P < 0.01). At MMCII-Ill, the frequency and amplitude of fast wave, slow wave and motility were all significantly decreased compared with baseline (P < 0.01). Acupuncture at "Tianshu" (ST 25) had prohibited effects on electro-activity and mechanical motility of jejunal smooth muscle in rats with detached jejunum.

CONCLUSIONAcupuncture at "Tianshu" (ST 25) has obvious prohibited effects on electro-acrivity and mechanical motility at MMC I , MMC II and MMC III time phases in rats with detached jejunum. The possible mechanism is that acupuncture at "Tianshu" (ST 25) could prohibit jejunum movement through reflex path of skin-sympathetic.

This study was designed to explore the RNA interference technique in inhibition of the expression of the mouse fibrinogen like protein 2 (mfgl2), which has been reported to be involved in the development a variety of diseases including fulminant viral hepatitis. A plasmid named p-mfgl2shRNA,complementary to the sequence of mfgl2 was constructed, while another short hairpin RNA (shRNA)which was a mutated form of the mfgl2shRNA sequences was used as a control. A plasmid named pEGFP-mfgl2 expressing the mfgl2-EGFP fusion protein was also constructed for the screening of the effect of p-mfgl2shRNA on mfgl2 expression. By cotransfection of p-mfgl2shRNA and pEGFP-mfgl2 or pcDNA3.1-mfgl2 expression construct into CHO cells or HeLa cells, the inhibition of mfgl2 expression by mfgl2shRNA was analyzed by direct observation through fluorescent microscopy, FACS, RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry staining. The experiments showed the significant inhibitory effect of p-mfgl2shRNA on mfgl2 expression at 48h post-transfection in both CHO and Hela cell lines with the inhibitory efficiency as high as 80.1%. The study demonstrated that the construct of p-mfgl2shRNA successfully interfered with the mfgl2 expression in vitro.
