China Pharmacy 2015;(23):3210-3212
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the determination of pemetrexed disodium in human plasma. METHODS:The plasma sample was determined by HPLC after protein were precipitated with strong acid. The determination was performed on Xterra?RP 18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-50 mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution(15∶85) at the flow rate of 1.2 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 225 nm. RESULTS:The linear range of pemetrexed disodium were 1.0-32.0 mg/L (r=0.999 9,n=5) with recoveries of 86.35%-87.25%. RSDs of inter-day and intra-day were lower than 4.21%(n=5). Minimum detection concentration of plasma was 0.05 mg/L. The patients with high plasma concentration easily suf-fered from arrest of bone marrow. The plasma concentration was(18.56±4.50)mg/L,which could induce ADR;when the plasma concentration was (14.05 ± 6.72) mg/L,no ADR was found. There was statistical significance after t-test (P<0.05). CONCLU-SIONS:The method is simple, quick, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the plasma concentration determination of pemetrexed di-sodium and human pharmacokinetics study.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the role of hippocampal mu-opioid receptors (MORs) in the formation of seizure susceptibility induced by kainic acid (KA). Methods The SD rats were injected subcutaneously with a convulsive dose of KA (10 mg/kg). Then mini-osmotic pumps were used for intrahippocampal injection with a selective MOR antagonist ?-FNA, and a selective MOR agonist PL017 in these rats. 7 days later, the seizure susceptibility was checked by a subthreshold dose of KA (5 mg/kg). Results All animals showed motor seizures over Stage 4 after a convulsive dose KA injection. 7 days later, 100% animals showed seizures over Stage 4 in KA, CSF + KA and PL017+KA groups after injection of subthreshold dose of KA, but only 28.5% in PL017+KA group. Mean latency of PL017+KA group was (10.1?3.0) minutes, shorter significantly than that of KA and CSF+KA groups (0.010.05). The mean stage of ?-FNA + KA group was 1.7?0.1, being reduced significantly as compared with the stages of other three groups ( P

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To assess the contribution of the portable chest computed radiography (CR) in evaluation of monitoring devices of the patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods One hundred and sixty-two cases with 387 chest radiographs in the ICU were analysed retrospectively. The location of the catheters of monitoring devices and complications were observed. Results The malposition of the catheters was detected in 47 cases(16.9%),including the endotracheal (ET) tubes too deep at the position, the central venous catheters placed into the internal jugular veins, and the position of the thoracic drain tubes to be deep not enough causing the drain to fall. The complications after operation of monitoring devices were not common, including pneumothorax caused by ventilatory assistance, atelectasis and pneumonia caused by malposition of the ET tubes, totally in 11 cases.10 cases with cardiopulmonary abnormalities were discovered accidentally in all 162 cases(6.2%) when evaluation of monitoring devices. Conclusion Bedside chest CR not only can show the catheter position and the complications of the monitoring devices ,but also the cardiopulmonary abnormalities of patients in the ICU.

Objective To observe and scale knee joint space of the patients who suffered adults' Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) in Shangzhi City of Heilongjiang Province in order to acquire basic knowledge for upcoming intervention trial. Methods Clinical test was proceeded in adults aged above 40 in Guanghui Village of Shangzhi City in 2007. In typical patients, bilateral knee X-ray was taken and knee joint space was scaled. Three points were chosen on inner and outer epicondyle of each knee and results were recorded. Results There were 307 peoples over the age of 40 in the village. Two hundred eighty-two accepted clinical test, in a rate of 91.9%. Eighty out of 282 suffered KBD, accounting for 28.4%. When the patients' condition became more serious, measurements from flank, middle, inside points on outer epicondyle of joint space presented a narrowing trend [degree Ⅰ: (5.85±0.17), (4.84±0.17), (4.36±0.18)mm; degree Ⅱ: (5.11±0.43), (4.24±0.34), (3.48±0.28)nun; degree Ⅲ: (3.59± 0.78), (3.10±0.56), (2.14±0.62)mm; Fflank, middle, inside= 6.547,5.372,10.302, all P < 0.05], but those on inner epicondyle of joint space did not[degree Ⅰ:(3.66±0.17), (3.47±0.17), (3.73±0.18)mm; degree Ⅱ:(3.55± 0.34), (3.54±0.29), (4.35±0.35)mm; degree Ⅲ: (3.19±0.72), (3.92±0.66), (4.51±0.72)ram; Finside, middle, flank= 0.351,0.356,1.883, all P > 0.05]. Joint space < 5.00 mm were found in 618, among which 363 were measured on inner epieondyle, obviously greater than those measured on outer epicondyle of joint space(255), the difference being statistically signifieant(χ2=9.59, P<0.05). Conclusions Adult cases of KBD occur in Guanghui Village. Knee joint space of adult patients narrows obviously, the more serious, the narrower, especially occurring more obviously on outer epicondyle, but frequently on inner epicondyle.
