Objective To investigate the correlation of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU ) infection and human papillomavirus (HPV) infection .Methods 348 outpatients in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of our hospital were performed the retrospective analysis .The cervical secretion samples were collected and simultaneously detected the common high risk types of HPV DNA (16 , 18 ,31 ,33 ,45 ,52 ,56 ,58) and UU DNA by using fluorescence quantitative PCRAB7300 detecting instrument .The two groups of da‐ta were set .In the first group ,UU DNA positive was taken as the experimental group and UU DNA negative as the control group , the data in the two groups were performed the detection positive rate analysis of common high‐risk HPV DNA .In the second group of data ,UU DNA copy number greater than 104 was taken as the positive control and UU DNA copy number less than 104 as the negative control ,two groups of data were performed the detection positive rate analysis of common in high‐risk HPV DNA .Results In the first group of data ,the UU DNA detection rate reached 67 .5 (235/348) ,the HPV DNA detection rate with UU positive was 14 .89% (35/235) ,while which with UU negative was 7 .07% (8/113) ,the difference between the two groups of data had sta‐tistically significant(χ2 =4 .302 3 ,P<0 .05) .In the second group of data ,the HPV detection rate with UUDNA copy number grea‐ter than104 was 17 .75% (30/169) ,while which with UU DNA copy number less than 104 was 7 .57% (5/66) ,the difference be‐tween the two groups of data was statistically significant (χ2 =3 .877 3 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion UU infection has a correlation with HPV infection ,UU infection will increase the probability of HPV infection ,moreover with UU content increase ,the HPV infection is increased .

Objective To study the relationship between parameter settings in the intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) planning in order to explore the effect of parameters on absolute dose verification.Methods Forty-three esophageal carcinoma cases were optimized with Pinnacle 7.6c by experienced physicist using appropriate optimization parameters and dose constraints with a number of iterations to meet the clinical acceptance criteria.The plans were copied to water-phantem,0.13 cc ion Farmer chamber and DOSE1 dosimeter was used to measure the absolute dose.The statistical data of the parameters of beams for the 43 cases were collected,and the relationships among them were analyzed.The statistical data of the dosimetry error were collected,and comparative analysis was made for the relation between the parameters of beams and ion chamber absolute dose verification results.Results The parameters of beams were correlated among each other.Obvious affiliation existed between the dose accuracy and parameter settings.When the beam segment number of IMRT plan was more than 80,the dose deviation would be greater than 3％ ; however,if the beam segment number was less than 80,the dose deviation was smaller than 3％.When the beam segment number was more than 100,part of the dose deviation of this plan was greater than 4％.On the contrary,if the beam segment number was less than 100,the dose deviation was smaller than 4％ definitely.Conclusions In order to decrease the absolute dose verification error,less beam angles and less beam segments are needed and the beam segment number should be controlled within the range of 80.

Objective To evaluate risk factors for multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDRAB)infec-tion,so as to provide reference for making preventive and control measures of MDRAB infection.Methods Clinical data of patients with Acinetobacter baumannii (A.baumannii )infection in a hospital between April 2011 and Sep-tember 2012 were surveyed,distribution and specimen sources of A.baumannii and MDRAB were analyzed,and risk factors of MDRAB were assessed.Results Of 236 isolates of A.baumannii,74 (31.36%)were MDRAB .The isolation rate of MDRAB in intensive care unit and neurosurgery department was up to 60.00%(27/45)and 58.06%(18/31)respectively;MDRAB were mainly isolated from wound (45.45%),respiratory tract (34.27%),and urinary tract (17.65%).Univariate analysis revealed that difference in length of hospital stay,use of serum albumin,fiberbronchoscopy, coma days,tracheotomy,use of ventilator,incisional drainage,urinary catheterization,use of carbapenems,and antimicro-bial days in different groups were statistically different (P <0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that tracheotomy(OR95%CI :1.152-7.187),use of ventilator(OR95%CI :1.263 -7.664)were independent risk factors for MDRAB infection.Conclusion Tracheotomy and use of ventilator play an important role in the producing and sprea-ding of MDRAB ,management on drug-resistant bacteria is important in reducing MDRAB infection.

Background The filtering surgery is the main method of treating glaucoma.Fibrosis of filtering bleb is a key cause of failure of operation.The study about application of anti-scaring drug in filtering surgery is a hotspot.Objective Present study was to investigate the anti-scaring effect of paclitaxel aher trabeculectomy.Methods Thirty-two adult clean domestic rabbits underwent standardized trabeculectomy and randomly divided into 4 groups.Normal saline solution was used beneath the scleral flap during trabeculectomy for 3 minutes in 16 eyes of 8 rabbits as controls.0.3 g/L mitomycin C,0.2 g/L paclitaxel or 0.3 g/L paclitaxel was administered at the same way respectively in other 3 groups.Intraocular pressure (IOP) was measured,and eye numbers with function blebs were compared among 4 groups at the 4th,7th,14th and 28th day after surgery.The opening of filtration tunnel and the number of inflammatory cells were observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining,and proliferation of new collagen fibers was evaluated by Masson trichrome method.This study complied with the Regulations for the Administration of Affair Concerning Experimental Animals by State Science and Technology Commission(version 1988). Results No significant differences were found in the change of lOP among 4 groups before operation(F=0.54,P=0.83)and the 4th day aher operation(F=0.57,P=0.87).The IOP value was statistically lower in 0.3 g/L mitomycin C group,0.2 g/L paclitaxel group and 0.3 s/L paelitaxel group than the normal saline solution group(P＜0.05)with the lowest value in 0.3 s/L paclitaxel group in 7,14,28 days after operation(P＜0.05).Functional filtering bleb was seen in all the rabbit eyes in the 4th day after operation.In 7,14,28 days after operation,the number of eyes with functional bleb wag evidently more in 0.3 g/L mitomycin C group,0.2 g/L paclitaxel group and 0.3 g/L paclitaxel group compared with normal saline group(P＜0.05).The histological examination showed that the infiltration of inflammatory cells in filtering tunnel was much more obvious in normal saline solution group than the other groups with the most mild response in 0.3 g/L paclitaxel group.Masson trichrome revealed that proliferation of new collagen fibers in 0.3 g/L paclitaxel group was significantly decreased in comparison with those in other three groups at the 4th,7th,14th and 28th day after surgery(all P＜0.05). Conclusion Paclitaxel can inhibit the inflammatory response and collagen fibrosis and therefore open the filtering tunnel after it be used topically during the glaucoma trabeculectomy.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the resistant rates of Staphylococcus spp and Enterococcus spp isolated from clinical infections to antibiotics,and to provide reference method for effective control infections of Staphylococcus.METHODS The Staphylococcus spp and Enterococcus spp were identified with VITEK-32 automicrobiology system(AMS) and GPI card,drug resistance was detected with VITEK-32 AMS and GPS-107 card.Laboratory data were analyzed by WHONET-5 statistic software.RESULTS Among 1 445 Staphylococcus spp and Enterococcus spp strains isolated from clinical samples,330 strains(22.8%) were Staphylococcus aureus,872 strains(60.3%) were coagulase negative Staphylococcus,213 strains(14.7%) were Enterococcus faecalis,and 30 strains(2.1%) were E.faecium.From S.aureus 223 strains(67.6%) were MRSA,718 strains(82.3%) of coagulase negative Staphylococcus were MRCNS.The detectable rates of MRSA and MRCNS in 2004 were 75.3% and(82.3%,) which were higher than those in 2003(48.4% and 78.4%).Neither strains of S.aureus nor strains of coagulase negative Staphylococcus were found resistant to vancomycin.MRSA and MRCNS resistant rates were found(higher) than MSSA and MSCNS.From the isolated strains of E.faecalis in 2004,the resistance rates to(ciprofloxacin,) nitrofurantoin,gentamicin-500,levofloxacin,and penicillin G were found higher than that in 2003.(E.faecium)(resistant) rates were found significantly higher than E.faecalis.CONCLUSIONS Staphylococcus spp and Enterococcus spp are the main pathogens leading to clinical infections.The findings of these(surveillance)(studies) will enhance our knowledge regarding the problem of antimicrobial resistance and will serve as a basis for future policies and practice styles.

AIM: To investigate the effect of rosiglitazone , a peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor γ(PPARγ) agonist, on the expression of PPARγ, the activation of NF-κB and intestine injury in the rats undergoing ortho-topic autologous liver transplantation ( OALT ) .METHODS: Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group, sham group, OALT group and rosiglitazone (0.3 mg/kg, iv) pretreatment (ROS+OALT) group. The OALT model was established , and the intestinal tissues were collected 8 h after the liver reperfusion .The intestinal tis-sue sections were stained to visualize the damage .The expression of PPARγand NF-κB in the tissues, the concentrations of diamine oxidase (DAO) and fatty acid-binding protein 2 (FABP2) in the serum and the concentration of TNF-αand IL-6 in the tissues were measured .RESULTS:Compared with sham group , the intestinal mucosa of the rats showed obvious pathological injury after liver reperfusion in OALT group and ROS group , the Chiu’s scores of intestinal mucosa was signifi-cantly higher , and the serum concentrations of DAO and FABP 2 increased ( P<0.05 ) .After rosiglitazone pretreatment , the injury of intestinal mucosa of the rats was alleviated , the Chiu’s scores was lower and the serum concentrations of DAO and FABP2 decreased (P<0.05), the PPARγexpression was obviously up-regulated in the intestinal tissues, the nuclear translocation of NF-κB was reduced and the concentrations of IL-6 and TNF-αwere decreased .CONCLUSION: During perioperative period of OALT in rats , the inflammatory responses are obvious .Furthermore, obvious intestinal injury oc-curs .PPARγagonist rosiglitazone obviously up-regulates PPARγexpression and inhibits the inflammation in the intestines , thus protecting against intestinal injury in rats undergoing OALT .

Objective Establish an objective and fair evaluation index system for the implementation effectiveness of the National Major New Drug Development Program of China.Methods Based on literature review and Delphi method,the framework of the evaluation index system was built and analytic hierarchy process was applied to determine the priority of each indicator of the system.The objectiveness and validness of the results were assured by determining expert activeness coefficient,authority coefficient,indicator rationality,and by applying consistency check.Results A targeted and systematic evaluation index system was constructed for the National Major New Drug Development Program,and through expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process,the factor of product result was considered of the highest weight of 39.03％,followed by technical result,theoretical result and organization and management result.The evaluation index system suggested that product result and technical result are two relatively more significant factors to be considered during evaluation.Conclu sion After consultation on expert opinions,the evaluation index system for the National Major New Drug Development Program was constructed with each factor been assigned with a scientific and rational weight,and this will provide a guideline for the decision making of program administrators and evaluation practice.

Objective:To evaluate the role of Tg in diagnosis of lateral cervical lymph node recurrence in papillary thyoid cancer(PTC)after radioactive iodine(RAI) therapy.Methods:From Jan 2012 to Aug 2018, 22 PTC patients who received RAI therapy after operation were reoperated for lateral cervical lymph node recurrence. The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.Results:The median recurrence time was 30.5 (5-86) months. All 22 patients received RAI therapy after the first operation, and the median dose of RAI was 250mCi(100-700 mCi) and the episode of RAI therapy ranged from 1 to 4. All 22 PTC patients underwent neck reoperation, among which 20 cases were identified to have lymph node metastasis. The median number of lymph nodes dissected was 31 (8-83) and median number of metastatic lymph nodes was 4 (1-19) . The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography in detecting lymph node metastasis was 90.9%. Before reoperation, the median Tg was 1.305 (0.10-99.51) μg/L, with the cutoff value of Tg being 0.2 μg/L, and its sensitivity and specificity were 80.0% and 100%, respectively. The median stimulated Tg was 5.89 (0.14-255.80) μg/L in the 10 patients, with the cutoff value of stimulated Tg of 2 μg/L, and its sensitivity and specificity were 88.9% and 100%, respectively.Conclusions:The serum Tg level is helpful for monitoring the recurence of PTC, but recurrence cannot be completely ruled out for those with low Tg.

Objective:To investigate the BRAF(V600E)gene mutation of pediatric papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and refine their clinicopathological correlates. Methods:Tumor tissue samples of pediatric PTCs (≤18 years old) were collected from tumor tissue bank of Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from January 2012 to December 2016.The medical records of 22 patients with pediatric PTC were reviewed retrospectively.The frequencies of BRAF(V600E) mutation were evaluated and the correlation between BRAF(V600E) mutation and clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results:BRAF(V600E) mutations were present in 45.5% of cases (10 cases). BRAF(V600E) mutation in pediatric PTC was obviously lower than that in adults PTC(77.7%) ( &chi;2=11.250, P=0.001). BRAF(V600E) mutation in>12-year-old group (66.7%) was remarkably higher than that in ≤12-year-old group (20.0%) ( P<0.05). BRAF(V600E) mutation in female (69.2%) was greatly higher than that in male (11.1%) ( P<0.05). There was no significant correlation with BRAF(V600E) mutation and multiple tumor, tumor size, highly invasive subtype, extrathyroidal extension, lymph node metastasis and radiological history of infants (all P>0.05). The median follow-up time was 45 months.No patients died and BRAF(V600E) mutation was not associated with the increase of recurrence rate ( P>0.05). Conclusions:BRAF(V600E)gene mutation in pediatric PTC is lower than that in adults. BRAF(V600E) mutation does not portend a more aggressive clinical biological behavior in pediatric PTC.
