2.Changes of transcutaneous oxygen pressure and transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure during altitude training
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(20):2985-2991
BACKGROUND:Generaly, higher transcutaneous oxygen pressure indicates stronger aerobic fitness. Decreased transcutaneous oxygen pressure and increased transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure reflect severe fatigue, muscle hypoxia, and poor function state.
OBJECTIVE:To observe changes in transcutaneous oxygen pressure and transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure in biceps brachi of excelent male rowing athletes during 6-week altitude training, and analyze relationship of the changes to training load.
METHODS:The training containsthreestages,i.e., before, during and after altitude training. Transcutaneous oxygen pressure and transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure were determined using PeriFlux System 5000 laser Doppler flowmetryin athletesintheresting-fasting state in the morning. Lactic acid level in athletes was determined using 6-grade load test 1 week before altitude training and 2 weeks after the end of altitude training.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Transcutaneous oxygen pressure and theratio of transcutaneous oxygen pressure to transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure showed the W-shape change, and transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure showed the V-shape change. These results suggest that the arrangement of the altitude training program is suitable, namely“reserve physical fitness at the plain stage, add amount and enhance degrees of altitude training load at the early and late stages”,andit can provide a better training load structure model for the post-altitude training. Transcutaneous oxygen pressure and transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure, in particular the ratio of them, canbeused to evaluate the degree of exercise load that athletes receive. At the same time, capilaries oxygen can be quantified by testing transcutaneous oxygen pressure.Transcutaneous oxygen pressureis recommendedas a noninvasive index to monitor changes in aerobic capacity of athletes.

4.THE CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE PATHOGENITIC FACTORS OF HYPERTENSION IN PATIENTS WITH NIDDM
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
A part of pathogenetic factors of hypertensionin twenty--seven patients with hypertensive NIDDM (group 1) were observed. The control groupsincluded non-hypertensive NIDDM (group 2, n=46 ), primary hypertension (group 3, n= 15) andhealthy persons (group 4, n= 15). The oral glu-cose tolerance test (OGTT), insulin releasing test(IRT ), atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), an-giotensin I (ATI), aldosterone (ALD), wholeblood volume and urine protein were measured. The results showed that the plasma insulin andsodium levels and the whole blood volume weresignificantly higher in group 1 than those in con-trol group 2, the ANP level was rather lower than that in control group 4. Although the results werecorresponded with the theory that the circulatinghyperinsulinemia may lead to sodium retention andinhibited an adequate ANP stimulation by sodiumchallenge which turn to hypertension, nonhyper-tensive NIDDM patients (group 2) also have thesame findinge. So the retention of sodium and wa-ter can't be used to explain the mechanism of hy-pertension in NIDDM patients, the other patho-genetic factors especialy the factors related to thehyperinsulinemia such as PGE and PGI need to beinvestigated futher.
5.Changes of DNA content in the fibroblasts of narrow pedicled subdermal vascular network flap during its surviving
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2002;0(01):-
Objective To study the dynamic changes of DNA content of the fibroblasts in narrow pedicle subdermal vascular network flap (SVNP) during their surviving. Methods Eighteen pieces of surviving skin in pig back with size of 16 cm?8 cm and pedicle wideness of 4 cm were stained with acridine orange, and their DNA contents were measured with the adherent cell analysis and sorting cytometer 570. The tissue samples were taken at 3, 4 ,5 ,and 7 days after operation from different parts of the flap. Results The DNA content of fibroblast in the proximal part of the flap was slightly changed, those in the middle portion increased from 3rd to 5th day and became normal at 7th day, and in the distal portion progressively increased after operation. The results suggested that the transitional part of the flap and skin graft in the middle portion was most active in function and metabolism, and well survived, but the distal portion of the graft was poor in surviving and had a long repairing period. These indicated that local tissue hypoxia stimulated proliferation of fibroblasts and synthesis of the DNA in a short time, but as time wert by, the proliferative speed and DNA synthesis in the individual cell were heterogeneous, probably because of the degeneration or necrosis of some epidermal cells in the graft. Conclusion The wideness and length of the pedicle as well as its vascular anastomoses should be readjusted to promote the blood circulation of the distal skin graft tissues.

7.Analysis of the current situation of clinical nursing ward rounds
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(02):-
The paper first sums up the types of clinical nursing ward rounds and points out that at present two types play a dominant role in China, viz. the problem-based nursing ward round and the nursing procedure-oriented nursing ward round. Then it expounds the goal of clinical nursing ward rounds, introduces the forms, participants, and schedules of nursing ward rounds, and analyzes the major problems that currently exist in this aspect. The paper argues that it is imperative for the hospital to reinforce the management of nursing ward rounds and ensure that they are well planned and prepared and highly standardized and focused so as to improve their quality.
8.Effect of tumor necrosis factor ? or angiotensin Ⅱ on tissue factor expression in human vascular endothelial cells
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
AIM: To investigate the influence of tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF ?) or angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) on tissue factor(TF) gene expression and the regulatory effect of upstream sequence on TNF ? or Ang Ⅱ-induced TF gene transcription in human vascular endothelial cells.METHODS: TF mRNA in endothelial cells was analyzed by in situ hybridization. By means of gene recombinant technique, we constructed two luciferase reporter genes containing different upstream sequence of TF gene. The two luciferase reporter genes, together with the intracontrol plasmid pSV-?-gal were co-transfected respectively into cultured human vascular endothelial cells. The relative luciferase activities were detected.RESULTS: TNF? or Ang Ⅱ could increase the expression of TF mRNA in vascular endothelial cells. TNF? and AngⅡ could significantly increase the luciferase expression in the p-244/+121bp Luc transfected endothelial cells, respectively. The luciferase expression in the p-111/+121bp Luc transfected endothelial cells decreased significantly compared with that in the p-244/+121 bp Luc transfected endothelial cells and there was no significant difference compared with control group. CONCLUSION: Upstream sequence p-244/-112bp of TF gene may play an important regulatory role in TNF ? or AngⅡ-induced TF gene expression in human vascular endothelial cells.
