2.The clinical efifcacy of Matrine injection on malignant cancer pain treatment
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(2):104-105
Objective To evaluate the clinical efifcacy of Matrine injection on malignant cancer pain treatment. Methods 100 patients in Central Hospital of Huanggang from February 2010 to April 2013 were randomly divided into two groups(control group and research group) for retrospective study(n=50). Based on the conventional treatment, control group were received three-step analgesic ladder, and research group were treated with matrine injections. The pain scores and Karn of sky scores were evaluated and compared before and after treatment in each group, and were compared between two groups. Results The pain score and Karn of sky score in research group after treatment were signiifcantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Matrine injection could relief pain level and improve patients' quality of life of malignant cancer patient.
3.Disease burden of stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;21(12):913-917
Stroke is a type of neurological disease with high morbidity, disability, and mortality. It has become a global public health problem. At present, the stroke burden in countries around the world has shown an upward trend. This article reviews the extent of population health hazards caused by stroke,as well as the evaluation of economic burden of the disease.
5.Advance in research on CML therapy by gene silence and adoptive cellular immunotherapy
Military Medical Sciences 2013;(11):870-872
Chronic myeloid leukemia is a kind of malignant cloning hyperplastic disease of hematopoietic stem cell .The treatments based on molecular biological and immunological techniques will become the new therapies .Gene silence can improve the effects of molecular targeted therapeutic drugs through two ways: one is the target mRNA can be digested by siRNA and the other is target gene lose the stability and reduce the generation of protein mediated by miRNA .Adoptive cel-lular immunotherapy is a treatment method through injecting immunocompetent cells such as CIK , NK, etc into the body of cancerous person .This can improve the immunity of body and the effects of molecular targeted therapeutic drugs .The fur-ther study about basic theory , molecular mechanism and clinical effects will be continued .
6.Effect of neuropeptides on periodontium and oral bone repair
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(11):1780-1786
BACKGROUND:With the development of researches on periodontal disease etiology and neuroendocrine factors, the role of neuroendocrine factors on the pathogenesis of periodontal disease and tissue restoration has become a hot spot.
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the biological effect of neuropeptides on periodontal tissues and the changes of periodontal tissue after nerve injury.
METHODS:A computer-based search of articles was performed in CNKI, Wanfang and PubMed databases using the key words ofneuropeptides, calcitonin gene related peptide, substance P, vasoactive intestinal peptide, neuropeptide Y and periodontal tissuein Chinese and English. The included articles focused on the effect of various neuropeptides on periodontal tissue.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Calcitonin gene related peptide, substance P, vasoactive intestinal peptide, and neuropeptide Y positive nerve fibers are widely distributed in periodontal support tissues. When sensory nerves are damaged, the target cel s in periodontal tissues are influenced due to changes of nerve fibers distribution and neuropeptide release. They also play a role in the reconstruction of alveolar bone, immune function of periodontal ligament and periodontal tissue. This evidence shows that neuroendocrine factors are closely linked with periodontal tissue. However, these studies concentrated in the animal models for orthodontic and fracture, the effect of the neurotransmitters such as neuropeptides on periodontal disease and the mechanisms need further exploration.
7.Age-related changes of rat bone histomorphometry and its correlation to other parameters of bone metabolism
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2003;0(09):-
Objective To study the age-related changes of rat bone histomorphometry and its correlation to other parameters of bone metabolism. Methods Ten female SD rats at the age of 3 months old,9 months old and 15 months old were labeled with tetracycline(30 mg/kg) via abdomen on fourteen and four days before executing. Histomorphometry were performed on L4 and right tibiae. Physical density of left femur and L2 were measured. Anti-compression property of L3 was assayed. Serum levels of calcium and phosphorus and 1,25(OH)_ 2 D_ 3 were determined. Results Compared with the 3-month-old rats, the trabecular bone volume(TBV) of L4 and right tibiae decreased 43.3%( P
8.Synthesis and identification of the conjugation of nonylphenol and ovalbumin
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
Objective:To conjugate nonylphenol and ovalbumin(OVA).Methods:Nonylphenol was conjugated to OVA by Mannich reaction with formaldehyde in phosphate buffer(PBS, pH=8.0).And we identified the conjugate by antichip and ultraviolet scan. Results:Nonylphenol was conjugated to OVA successfully, and nonylphenol monoantibody recognized the conjugate less than 2.68 ?g/ml.Conclusion:This is an easy method to produce the conjugate of nonylphenol successfully.
9.Contradictions and the Corresponding Solutions Appearing When A Drugstore Pharmacist Is Doing His Duty
China Pharmacy 2005;0(14):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the contradictions existing during the time when a drugstore pharmacist is doing his duty.METHOD:The existing contradictions were analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Pharmacists should be educated to solve the contradictions and strengthen propaganda; The evaluating system should be strictly enforced, and the registered pharmacists should be strictly evaluated;Surveillance should be strengthened and the regular supervising system should be established.
10.Progress in surgical treatment of unstable sacral fractures
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2017;19(2):180-184
Treatment of sacral fractures, unstable ones in particular, has attracted more and more attention.Despite numerous classification systems for sacral fractures, the commonly used ones are Denis and Tile classifications.Stable sacral fractures deserve conservative treatment, but unstable ones should be treated surgically,by operative reduction, internal fixation to reconstruct stability of the pelvis, and prevention or relief of nerve compression. There are many methods of internal fixation for unstable sacral fractures, and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. This review summarizes the progress in surgical treatment of unstable sacral fractures and makes comments on the latest surgical strategies.
