3.Research of Effective Network of Emotion Electroencephalogram Based on Sparse Bayesian Network.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(5):945-951
Exploring the functional network during the interaction between emotion and cognition is an important way to reveal the underlying neural connections in the brain. Sparse Bayesian network (SBN) has been used to analyze causal characteristics of brain regions and has gradually been applied to the research of brain network. In this study, we got theta band and alpha band from emotion electroencephalogram (EEG) of 22 subjects, constructed effective networks of different arousal, and analyzed measurements of complex network including degree, average clustering coefficient and characteristic path length. We found that: (1) compared with EEG signal of low arousal, left middle temporal extensively interacted with other regions in high arousal, while right superior frontal interacted less; (2) average clustering coefficient was higher in high arousal and characteristic path length was shorter in low arousal.

5.Diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(2):124-127
Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumors of the diges-tive tract. Along with histology progress, the people have made the new progress regarding the mesenchy-moma understanding, also proposed the new viewpoint to its treatment, the therapy of GIST has changed from surgical resection alone to surgery after the application of tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The article reviews the therapy of GIST and proposes possible therapeutic regimen.
6.Qualitative study about head nurses' experiences about year-ending comprehensive check of work
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(29):26-29
Objective To know the experiences of head nurses about year-ending comprehensive check of work. Methods Interviewed 10 head nurses by qualitative study methods, summarized and ana-lyzed their experiences about year-ending comprehensive check of work. Results Five subjects about the year-ending comprehensive cheek of work were summarized, they were questions about the meaning of the check, experiences of the value of the nursing management work, influence of check on emotion, expectation of the head nurses' role and the ideas about future check. Conclusions The related nursing managers should emphasis head nurses' working designation and role, and then increase their working interesting, promote clinical nursing management developing smoothly.
7.The development of lottery addiction scale for Chinese lottery buyers
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2009;18(8):757-759
Objective This study aims to develop a lottery addiction scale (LAS) for Chinese welfare lot-tery buyers. Methods A scale made by authors was applied to 8238 welfare lottery buyers from 31 provinces, one sample of 4071 cases for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) ,and the other 4167 cases for confirmatory factor analy-sis (CFA). Results Through EFA, the scale consisted 10 items established, and it was divided into two factors: functional impairment and emotional dependency. These two factors could explain 45.5% of total variance, The scale was confirmed by CFA (X2/df=13.34 ;IFI=0.96 ;CFI=0.96 ;NFI=0.96 ;RSMEA = 0.054). The internal consistencies of the scale answered to the basic statistic criterion (r=0.59~0.74). Criteria validity shown by higher LAS scores in high expending group than low expending group was also satisfying. Conclusion The LAS has good psychometric features and could be applied to Chinese lottery buyers.
8.The Advantages of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Postoperative Thyroid Carcinoma
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(3):234-235
Thyroid cancer is one of common malignant tumor in neck, which can occur in any age. Females are more likely to have this disease than males. Most patients get a nodule on their thyroid, which typically does not cause any symptoms. Surgical resection is an effective method to cure thyroid cancer. In recent years, more and more evidence support that traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the recovery of postoperative thyroid carcinoma.
9.The surgical experience of the recurrent hepatolithiasis of 163 cases
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2008;31(12):12-14
Objective To study the ways and effect of surgical treatment for recurrent hepatolithiasis. Methods The therapeutic patterns and the clinical effect were retrospectively analyzed for 163 patiens8 with recurrent hepatolithiasis from January 2004 to December 2006.The 86 patients were partical hepatectomy, the 77 patients were no hepatectomy. Results The excellent rate was 96.5%,the incidence of residual stone and recurrence was 5.8%and 1.2%respectively in partical hepatectomy-but 85.7%,15.6% and 11.7%in no hepatectomy. There were statistical significance between the partical hepatectomy and no hepatectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the partial hepatectomy is better than that of the nohepatectomy for the patients with gallstone.
10.Effects of Resuscitation at 100% Oxygen Environment or Room Air Environment on the Ultrastructure of Neurons in the Cerebral Cortex of Hypoxic Neonatal Rat
Acta Laboratorium Animalis Scientia Sinica 2010;18(1):74-77
Objective To compare the effects of resuscitation at pure oxygen environment(100% oxygen) or room air environment (21% oxygen) on the uhrastructure of cerebral cortical neurons in hypoxic neonatal rat. Methods Twenty Sprague-Dawley neonatal rats aged 7 days were divided into the pure oxygen environment (POE) and room air environment groups (RAE) after hypoxia, and each group was divided again into 24 h and 72 h subgroups. The pups were placed in an incubator containing 8% O_2 to be at acute hypoxia continued for 2.5 h.The pups were reoxygenated immediately after the above mentioned hypoxia. The pups of POE group were then placed in an incubator containing 100% oxygen and the flow time was 30 rain. The pups of RAE group were reoxygenated with room air in an incubator for 30 rain.According to the planned time points the pups were sacrificed and the brain was removed at 24 h and 72 h after treatment, respectively. The tissue of frontoparietal cortex of the fight cerebral hemisphere was prepared for transmission electron microscopic examination. Results In each reoxygenation group, edema was found in the neurons, neuropil and intercellular space. In the RAE 24 h group, the nuclear membrane in neurons was unclear, the amount of cell organelles was reduced, the mitochondria were swollen with damages of cristae. The rough endoplasmic reticulum was dilatated or vaeuolized and with reduction of ribosomes. The Golgi complex was vacuolized. The number of lysosomes was obviously increased. In the RAE 72 h groups, the changes were similar to those of the former group, but apoptotic-like nuclei and necrotic neurons were more frequently seen. The cellular damages of POE 24 h group were milder than those of RAE 24 h group. The mitochondria and rough endoplasmie reticulum were more abundant and showed less pathological changes in the POE 72 h group as compared with those of RAE 72 h group. Conclusion The rats of POE reoxygenation display milder ultrastructural damages, less apoptosis, necrosis and edema in cerebral neurons than those in rats after RAE reoxygenation. The protective effect of POE resuscitation on cerebral damage of hypoxic neonate rats is superior to that after RAE resuscitation. This hypoxic neonatal rat model may serve as a suitable animal model for research on cerebral cortex neurons caused by hypoxia.
