Objective To study the chemical components of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma;To establish a method to determine the content of vitexin;To compare the content difference of vitexin from Anemarrhenae Rhizoma before and after salt processing. Methods 70% ethanol extract of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography technique, and compound was identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. HPLC was used with Ecosil column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2%acetic acid solution (14.5∶85.5), velocity of 1.0 mL/min, and determine wavelength of 340 nm. Results The compound was vitexin, a good linearity (r=0.999 8) in the range of 0.039 8-1.99μg. The average recovery rate was 98.02%, RSD=0.21%. Vitexin content was 0.008 5% in crude Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, 0.008 1% in processed products. Conclusion This is the first time separation of vitexin from Anemarrhenae Rhizoma. The method for content determination of vitexin is accurate, specific, and highly sensitive in the present experiment. Content of vitexin decreases slightly in processed products of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma compared with crude Anemarrhenae Rhizoma.

To introduce the application of CBL teaching method on neuroanatomy teaching in undergraduate of con -tinue education school .Cases selection and reconstruction , designing problems , organization , implementation and standardized teaching were analyzed .Finally, we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of CBL teaching method.

The Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Therapy of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) (2014) will be interpreted in this paper focusing on whether it is scientific and reasonable.Some advises and views will be put forward,hoping that it will be useful to improve the diagnostic and therapeutic ability on MDS for clinicians in our country.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy,adverse events and corresponding preventive measures of high dose methotrexate in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods Ninety-two patients with ALL who hospitalized in Heamotology Department of Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 46 cases.Patients in observation group were given high dose melhotrexate + vincristine + cytoxan + pirarubicin chemotherapy treatment,and in control group were given soft red enzyme + vincristine + metacortan dracin + L-asparaginase treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse events and the required course of remission of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 84.78％,while it was 80.43％ in the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference (x2 =0.45,P ＞ 0.05).The average remission was (1.26 ± 0.28) in the observation group,while (1.31 ± 0.31) in the control group,and no significant difference was observed (t =2.13,P ＞ 0.05).The complete remission rate of initial treatment,retreatment and refractory were 75.00％ (24/32),50.00％ (4/8) and 33.33％ (2/6) respectively in observation group,while 76.67％ (23/30),50.00％ (4/8) and 25.00％ (2/8) respectively in control group,and there was no statislically significant difference between two groups (x2 =0.98,P ＞0.05).The rate of bone marrow suppression in the observation group(23.91％) was lower than that in the control group(43.48％),while the rate of liver and kidney injury(54.35％) was higher than that inthe control group(17.39％),which showed significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The survival rate of 5 years in observation group was 67.39％,while 45.65％ in control group,and there was statistically significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The high dose methotrexate in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia was proved to be effective and the adverse reactions could be tolerated.

Purpose: To observe the curative effects of different treatments on genual osteoarthritis.Methods: The 148 cases were randomly divided into 4 groups: acupuncture group; Chinese herbs plus spectrograp irradiation group; comprehensive treatments group and western medicine group. Results:The total effective rate in these groups were 78.9%, 72.7%, 92.3% and 78.9% respectively, and there was not a significant difference among the groups (P＞0.05). The marked effective rate in comprehensive treatments group was higher than that in other three groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and Chinese herbs plus sepectrograp irradiation had certain effect on gonitis. Comprehensive therapies could coordinate the actions of acupuncture, and Chinese herbs plus spectrograp irradiation, and raise the curative effect.

Objective: To explore the early diaghostic value of thyroid hormone level in patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Methods: Our work included 4 groups:①Normal control group, n=40,②Impaired left ventricular diastolic function
group, n=40,③Failure of left ventricular diastolic function group, n=41 and④Impaired left ventricular systolic function group, n=40. The cardiac function was assessed by color Doppler lfow imaging and tissue Doppler imaging for the early diastolic mitral lfow velocity (E), the peak early diastolic mitral annular velocity (Em) and the ratio of E/Em. The blood levels of NT-proBNP and FT3, FT4, TSH, rT3 were examined in clinical laboratory.
Results: Blood levels of FT3 and rT3 were different in pair wise comparison among 4 groups, P<0.05, and FT4 and NT-proBNP were different in pair wise comparison among 4 groups, except for Normal control group and Impaired left ventricular diastolic function group, P<0.05. The TSH level was similar among 4 groups, P>0.05. The ratio of E/Em was negatively related to FT3 (r=-0.724, P<0.05) and FT4 (r=-0.49, P<0.05), while positively related to rT3 (r=0.87, P<0.05) and NT-proBNP (r=0.83, P<0.05).
Conclusion: The changes of thyroid hormone level may exist in patients with impaired diastolic function and it may vary with the severity of the cardiac dysfunction. Blood levels of NT-proBNP with thyroid hormone might be used as a reference index for early diagnosis of diastolic dysfunction.

Objective To study the effects of choline chloride on activities of myosin adenosine triphosphatase (mATPase) of muscle fibres and muscle atrophy in tail-suspended rats. Method Twenty-four adult female Sprague-dawley rats were averagely divided into 3 groups matched for body mass:control group(CON),tail suspension group(TS) and tail suspension group associated with choline chloride(TS+Cch).Weightlessness was simulated by 14 d tail suspension of rats;gastric lavage with choline chloride was given to 1/2 of the rats during tail suspension (15 mg/kg body weight.i.g.).Activities of myosin adenosine triphosphatase (mATpase) of intrafusal and extrafusal fibres in soleus (SOL) muscle were determined by Ca 2+-ATPase method.Paraffin sections of the soleus muscle were prepared by routine histochemistry method. Objective To examine the serum homocysteine,folic acid and Vitamin B12 levels in macrocytic anemia patients and observe their dynamic changes following therapy. Methods Homocysteine,folic acid and Vita-min B12 were analyzed by electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay. Complete blood cell count was analyzed by opti-cal method and resistance method. Results The homocysteine is significantly higher in nutritional megaloblastic a-nemia[ (71.26±27.84)μmoL/L ] than in drug-induced megaloblastic anemia[(11.44±5.06)μmol/L],in myel-odysplastic syndrome[ (9.51±4.13)μmol/L] and in the normal control group[(8.74±5.42)μmoL/L] (P<0.01). After treated with low-dosage folic acid and Vitamin B12,the patients with megaloblastic anemia presented slow declining but eventually normal homocysteine levels,compared with those received high-dosages. Conclusion Homocysteine can be used for differential diagnosis of macrocytic anemia. The duration of remaining of abnormal ho-mecysteine levels is related to the dosage of folic acid and Vitamin B12.

Objective To explore the experiences of internship in nursing homes among college students of elderly service and management major. Methods Descriptive phenomenological methodology was adopted in this study, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 10 college students of elderly service and management major. Data were analyzed based on Colaizzi' s phenomenological research method. Results Six themes were extracted including: sense of worthlessness;heavy burden of work;respond actively and continuous learning;sense of satisfaction and achievement;the future is mixed;eager to pursue further study. Conclusions College students of elderly service and management major have heavy burden of work and feel worthlessness, they worry about the future, so educators in colleges, managers of nursing homes and national policy-makers should take targeted measures to stable talent team of old-age service.
