1.MR imaging of intramedullary subependymoma
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To delineate the MR imaging features of intramedullary subependymoma. Methods The MR imaging features of 4 cases of pathologically proved intramedullary subependymomas were analyzed retrospectively and correlated with operative reports, and the differential diagnosis was discussed. Results MR appearances of intramedullary subependymoma were as follows: (1) Intramedullary subependymoma often involved the cervical region or the extensive portions of the cervical and thoracic cord in 3 out of 4 cases, mainly affected adults, and was eccentric within the spinal cord. The tumor was in the thoracic-lumbar cord in 1 case. (2) They were heterogeneously hypointense relative to the normal spinal cord on T 1-weighted images and hyperintense on T 2-weighted images, occasionally with hemorrhagic foci (2 cases). (3) No enhancement or minimal enhancement was revealed on T 1-weighted images following Gd-DTPA administration (3 out of 4). Conclusion Intramedullary subependymoma are best delineated by MR imaging. The diagnosis of intramedullary subependymoma should be considered when above findings are confronted.
2.The Impact of Universal Coverage Policy on Catastrophic Health Payments in Thailand
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(10):95-97
Before 2002, the three existing basic medical security systems of Thailand covered 30% of the population, and the surplus population participated in the universal coverage(UC)policy of medical security system which promulgated in 2002. Since the implement of UC policy, it has improved the equity of medical service application and health financing, reduced Catastrophic Health Payments and low-income groups have obtained more benefits. The incidence rate of Catastrophic Health Payments decreased and the spending burden of catastrophic health expenditure in low-income groups decreased from 6.11%(2000)to 4.65%(2002).
3.Applied research of two-dimension code technology in management of armaria
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(9):175-177
Aimed at the importance and current situation of hospital medical equipment management, the paper has analyzed the method of application and advantages of two dimension code technology and intelligent terminal in the management of medical equipment. And the two dimension code conversion software, which was developed by using C++ language compiler software and medical equipment management system, could achieve two dimension code information conversion and label production of medical equipment for instruction, maintenance, meterage and scraping and other information. And the intelligent terminal couldbe used to obtain information in real time, and it could combine with the existed one dimensional code to achieve informationization management for medical equipment, and then gradually replace one dimensional code. Through discussed the advantages of two dimension code and compared with the traditional model, the results indicated that this technology could provide a new direction in developmental trends and application prospect, and enhance the management level for dynamic information, and solve the problems of inconvenience in updating information.

Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
Grasses infected by endophytes have an extraordinary impact on the ecology and economy of pasture and turf. In this review, we presented recent research progress on origin and evolution, biological and ecological impact, and perspective of the association in order to make full use of the widely distributed endophyte resources.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(01):-
Objective To explore the pathognomonic findings of anaphylactic shock in forensic medicine. Methods Animal model of anaphylactic shock was developed in guinea pigs. Substance P level in plasma was determined radioimmunoassay, and detected in laryngopharyneal tissue and the lungs by immunohistochemical SABC method followed by image analysis using BI - 2000 image analyzing system. Positive index (PI) was calculated. Results There was a statistically significant difference for substance P concentration in plasma between the guinea pigs with anaphylactic shock (131.01? 18.93pg/?l)and the control animals (87.70 ?7. 60pg/?l) (P

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(01):-
Objective To observe the number of pulmonary mast cell tryptase(MCT) after amniotic fluid embolism(AFE) in experimental rabbits.Method The experimental amniotic fluid embolism rabbits model was established by injecting the amniotic fluid(AF) or placental extracts mixed with amniotic fluid(PAF)into the marginal vein of the pregnant rabbits.Immunohistochemistry and microscopy were employed to observe the number of pulmonary MCT in AFE rabbits. Results A marked increase in MCT positive cells was observed in lungs in both AF and PAF groups(average cell number were 32 98 and 45 53respectively)as compared with the control group(average cell number was 11 25).Conclusion The results indicated that the number of MCT cells were marked increased in case of the AFE.

Objective To investigate the effects of treatment of proximal humeral fracture in the elderly with anatomical plate internal fixation. Methods Twenty-seven cases of proximal humeral fractures received operative treatment with anatomical plate.According to Neer classification, there were 18 patients with three-part fractures of the bone, there were 9 patients with four-part fractures of the bone. Results Twenty-seven patients were followed up for 6-24 months.According to the evaluation of Herscovici scales, the result were excellent in 17 cases, and good in 8,92.6% (25/27) of all reductions were excellent or good. The excellent and good rate of Constant-Murley score was 88.9%(24/27 ).Conclusion It is an ideal way to treat the displaced proximal humeral fracture with anatomical plate, which can provide rigid fixation,it allows early functional treating.
