Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with Western medicine therapy , while on this basis the observation group was combined with the on serum CRP ,TNF‐α,blood lipid and hemorheology levels in cor‐onary heart disease angina pectoris .Methods Totally 114 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) angina pectoris were random‐ly divided into observation group (n=57) and control group (n=57) according to the random number table method .The control group was treated with Western medicine treatment ,while on this basis the observation group was combined with the therapy of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction .The treatment cource was 4 weeks in the two groups .Serum CRP ,TNF‐α,blood lipids ,hemorheol‐ogy levels ,frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack ,efficacy of angina pectoris and ECG and adverse reactions were contras‐tively analyzed in the two groups .Results The levels of serum CRP and TNF‐αafter treatment in the two groups were decreased (P<0 .05);sthe serum levels of CRP and TNF‐α after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0 .05);the TG ,TC and LDL‐C levels after treatment in the two groups were decreased (P<0 .05);the TC ,LDL‐C and TG levels after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0 .05);fibrinogen ,plasma vis‐cosity and whole blood viscosityafter treatment in the two groups were decreased (P<0 .05);the fibrinogen ,plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0 .05);the angina pectoris attack frequency after treatment in the two groups were reduced (P<0 .05) ,the duration was shortend (P<0 .05);but the angina pectoris attack frequency after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0 .05) ,the duration was shorter than that in the control group (P<0 .05);the total effective rate of angina pectoris and ECG in the observa‐tion group was higher than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .The two groups had no serious adverse reactions during the treat‐ment process .Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with Western medicine can reduce serum CRP ,TNF‐α,blood lipid and hemorheologic levels in CHD angina pectoris ,and has remarkable curative effect with safety and reliability .

Objective To investigate clinical results of bilateral triceps bradhii approach in Gartland Ⅲ supracondylar fracture of humerus in children by comparing with reduction interne and plaster immobilization. Methods 102 children with Gartland Ⅲ supracondylar fracture of humerus,4 ~ 13 years old, from May 2003 to May 2009,were randomly divided into operation group and control group,51 cases separately. The operation group was treated by bilateral triceps bradhii approach, while control group was treated by reduction interne and plaster immobilization. All patients were made function exercise 4 weeks later,X-ray check periodically and followed up about 16 months with angle patronner and elbow joint function recorded. According to Flynn clinical function criteria, all patients were classified and analyzed. Results After follow-up and elbow joint function evaluation,48 cases ( 94. 1% ) show excellent and good results,3 cases(5.9% ) fair and poor in operation group,32 cases(62. 7% ) and 19 cases(37. 3% ) in control group. The differences between two groups was statistically singnificant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comparing with reduction interne and plaster immobilization, bilateral triceps bradhii approach in Gartland Ⅲ supracondylar fracture of humerus in children has good clinical results and may be more effective therapy.

Objective:To investigate different incidences of recent complications after thoracoscopic lobectomy at different operation schedules in patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total of 730 patients with early stage NSCLC who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomies in the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Peking University People's Hospital from June 2013 to October 2017 were enrolled. Clinical data were collected retrospectively to calculate the incidence of postoperative complications. Meanwhile, the effects of different operation time periods(before 4pm or after 4pm, working day or weekend) on complications were compared, and the propensity score matching method was used to eliminate the confusion factors that may cause result bias. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression methods were used to analyze the independent risk factors of postoperative complications.Results:162 patients(22.2%) had complications within one month after thoracoscopic surgeries, and 53(7.3%) of them were major complications. After the propensity scores of the preoperative clinical factors were matched, there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between weekdays and weekends(18.7% vs 23.9%, P=0.267). There was also no significant difference in the effect of complications between the group before 4pm and group after 4pm on surgery(22.1% vs 27.9%, P=0.337). Conclusion:The incidence of recent complications in patients with early stage NSCLC after thoracoscopic lobectomy was as acceptable as 22.2%. The choice of operation schedules did not affect the postoperative complications.
