Objective To evaluate the feasibility and outcomes of robotic-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty in children .Methods A retrospective study was performed in patients who underwent robotic-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty ( Anderson-Hynes ) at our institution between January 2014 to August 2014.Totally 6 boys were diagnosed as left ureteropelvic junction obstruction depending on the symptoms and radiographic studies .The mean age was 9 years ( range 4 -12 years ) .Results The procedure was performed successfully without conversion to open surgery in all of the cases .Mean operative time was 216 min (range 175-269 min), with a mean robotic anastomosis time of 45 min (range 30-60 min).Mean estimated blood loss was less than 15 ml.The mean hospitalization was 4.5 days.Mean follow-up period was 10 months ( range 7 -14 months ) .There were no perioperative complications , and recovery was uncomplicated (without recurrence, pyelonephritis, nephrarctia) in all of the patients. Conclusion Robotic-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty can be safely performed in children older than 4-year-old with ureteropelvic junction obstruction .

Objective To explore the multi-target mechanism of neuroprotective effect of Buyang Huan-wu Decoction (BYHWD)against cerebral ischemia injury by using molecular docking. Methods 230 ingredients and metabolites of herbal Chinese medicines of BYHWD were collected and docked with seven active binding sites of five glutamate receptors. The potential anti-cerebral ischemia injury active com-pounds were screened and the molecular mechanism of the active ingredients was analyzed using molecu-lar docking. Results Calycosin, formononetin, perlolyrine and lactiflorin, main compounds of BYH-WD,interacted with two or more binding sites of glutamate receptors, which showed that BYHWD’s neu-roprotective effect against cerebral ischemia in the way of multiple compounds working on multiply targets and multiply sites.Majority of components from the chief drug Radix Astragali (Huangqi)and minority of components from deputy drug Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui)and assistant herbs Rhizoma Chua-nxiong,Radix Paepmoae Rubra (Chishao),and Flos Carthami (Honghua),consistent with the combi-nation principles of BYHWD.Conclusion The multi-target neuroprotective effect of BYHWD against cerebral ischemia injury was studied at the molecular level, which can guide the application of BYHWD in clinic.Meanwhile, this study also can provide reference for discovering novel traditional Chinese medi-cines to treat cerebral ischemia injury.

Objective:
To understand the HIV and syphilis infection and related treatment status of low-fee female sex workers (FSWs) in 3 provinces of China.
Methods:
Four cross-sectional survey data of low-fee FSWs from six cities (counties) in Guangxi, Yunnan and Hunan Province between October 2012 and July 2015 were obtained from the national science and technology major special project intervention study for reducing sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) in low-fee FSWs' database, which included social demographic characteristics, sexual service characteristics and related medical care seeking behaviors, etc. A total of 2 050 subjects were included in the database.
Results:
The age of the subjects was (35.16±9.76) years old, with a minimum age of 15 and a maximum age of 67. Those who use condoms every time in commercial sex accounted for 58.9% (
