1.Prognostic evaluation of the tongue carcinoma surgery with preservation of the integrity of mandible and dentition
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(2):215-217
Objective To evaluate the prognosis of tongue carcinoma surgery with preservation of the integrity of mandible and dentition .Methods Sixty four cases of tongue carcinoma surgery from January 2009 to January 2011 were randomly collected (sev‐en missed ,57 enrolled) .Through retrospective case‐control study on retention of mandibular dentition and mandible rectangle radi‐cal operation of tongue carcinoma radical operation of tongue cancer resection were analyzed the clinical data including the survival rate ,reoccurrence rate and post‐operation life quality .The questionnaire was conducted by fourth edition of UW‐QOL .Results There were no significant difference in survival rates of the two groups of patients between retaining the mandible and dentition and resection of mandible rectangle (P>0 .05) .Two different types of surgical procedures for treatment of jaw had no correlation with the reoccurrence rate (P>0 .05) .The quality of life in retaining the mandible and dentition was significantly higher than the rectan‐gular groups (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Under a strict choice of surgical indications ,preserving radical operation of tongue carcinoma of the mandible and dentition could achieve good results of surgical treatment ,and can significantly improve patients′quality of life after operation .
2.Research Progress in Angiotensin Ⅱ as Target Spot in TCM Anti-renal Fibrosis
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(4):125-128
Renal fibrosis is the final common pathway for all kinds of chronic kidney diseases to end-stage renal diseases. Angiotensin Ⅱ plays an important role in the process of renal fibrosis. How to block angiotensin Ⅱ has been a focus of nephrology. This article reviewed the progress in traditional Chinese medicine against renal fibrosis with angiotensin Ⅱ as research target.
3.Common causes of headache and the treatment
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(06):-
Headache is a common clinical symptom. Some headache disorders belong to secondary category. Many intracranial disorders, such as head trauma, cerebral vascular diseases, intracranial tumors and inflammation, can lead to headache due to mass effect, inflammation reaction, stimulation of vasoactive substances and decreased intracranial pressure.Furthermore, many drugs and other substances, disorders of eyes, nose, ear, mouth, neck and other systemic disorders can also cause headache. Many headache disorders can be determined by detailed case history and physical examination.Blood test, lumber puncture,CT,MRI and other imaging examinations are necessary methods for finding the causes and the treatment of diseases.
4.Clinical study of chemoradiation therapy in rectal cancer
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
Rectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in the gastrointestinal system. For the patients with resectable but high-risk rectal cancer, neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemoradiation plus surgery may improve local control.Compared to adjuvant chemoradiation, neoadjuvant chemoradiation showed the advantage of sphincter preservation. When the goal of preoperative chemoradiation was sphincter preservation, conventional radiotherapy was recommended.Through the analysis of the patients with 5-year survivals, the radiation had a similar impact on the survival as the chemotherapy alone for the patients with the intermediate risk factors. The impact on local control need to be further investigated before recommending chemotherapy alone for those subset patients.Advances in preoperative irradiation, postoperative irradiation and the comparison of preoperative irradiation with postoperative irradiation are also reviewed in this article.
5.Advance on the research and clinical treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors
China Oncology 2006;0(10):-
Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs) are rarely one of gastrointestinal carcinomas that originate from mesenchymal tissue.GISTs are characterized by expression of CD117 receptor in cells and have variable biological phenotypes ranging from benign to highly malignant. The most common complaints of patients with GISTs are abdominal pain, peptic ulcer, bleeding or/and obstruction in digestive tract.GISTs have an extraordinarily high rate of recurrence after surgical resection and are highly resistant to radiation and standard chemotherapy. The imatinib mesylate(Gleevec) is a selective inhibitor of the tyrosine kinase receptor. The outcome for the patients with GISTs treated by Gleevec was promising in terms of immediate response and survival fraction.Recent research shows that a new targeting therapeutic agent,SU11248,can prolong the survival time of the patients with GISTs who were resistant to Gleevec therapy.
6.Advances of study on tumor multi-drug-resistance and reversal agents
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
The multi drug resistance(MDR) of tumor cells has become a difficult problem in the chemotherapy of tumor, meanwhile, the mechanism of MDR are various:relevant drugs with reversal effects have been discovered. This review will provide the most impossible mechanisms of MDR and some prospecting reversal drugs.
7.STUDY ON SCAVENGING FREE RADICALS BY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS FROM BARLEY LEAVES
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(04):-
Objective: To study the scavenging capacity of extract from four kinds of barley leaves on superoxide free radical and hydroxyl free radical. Methods: Measure the content of superoxide free radical and hydroxyl free radical by nitro blue tetrazolium(NBT) photo-reduction. Results: Along with the flavonoid in the reaction liquid, the scavenging rate shows ascending trend . When the concentration of flavonoid is 12?g/ml, its scavenging rate is 95.56% and 94.12% on superoxide free radical and hydroxyl free radical respectively. Conclusion: The flavonoids of barley leave s have stronger anti-oxidative action.
8.Improving Students' Thinking Ability in Classroom Teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(09):-
Classroom teaching is the focus of teaching of school and main approach to medicine course, and the quality of classroom teaching is directly related to the development of students. Thus improving classroom teaching is very important to increase integral teaching of school. This paper discusses how to increase the thinking ability of students in classroom teaching.
9.Exploration on Pathophysiological Experimental Teaching Reform

We have reformed the traditional pathophysiological experimental teaching from improving experimental teaching method, optimizing experimental content, updating experimental teaching material, starting design experimental and founding general examine system.
10.Arthroscopic core decompression with autologous bone marrow induction material combined with titanium rod in the repair of stage II femoral head necrosis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(28):4460-4464
BACKGROUND:Although core decompression can contribute to the reconstruction of necrotic bone, its single use appears to have some deficiencies and cannot completely realize the reconstruction of the femoral head.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of arthroscopic core decompression with autologous bone marrow induction material combined with titanium rod in the repair of stage II femoral head necrosis
METHODS:A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 79 cases of stage II femoral head necrosis admitted at the South Branch of Tongchuan People’s Hospital from February 2011 to February 2013. According to the therapeutic methods, these cases were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (39 cases), and were given conventional core decompression and arthroscopic core decompression with autologous bone marrow induction material combined with titanium rod. Patients were fol owed up for 24 months, and the range of hip flexion and Harris scores on hip function and adverse events were observed and compared between two groups.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al the 79 patients successful y completed the 24-month fol ow-up. By the last fol ow-up, the range of hip flexion and Harris score were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). There was no failure case due to surgical material rejection. To sum up, arthroscopic core decompression with autologous bone marrow induction material combined with titanium rod is safe and effective for repair of stage II femoral head necrosis.
