2.Effect of tibial diaphyseal lengthening on the longitudinal growth of the tibia

[Objective]To study the effect of tibial diaphyseal lengthening on the longitudinal growth of the tibia.[Method]Rabbit models of tibial diaphyseal lengthening and tibial osteotomy were established.Standard radiography of the tibia was taken and the length of the tibia was measured.Histology of the proximal and distal tibia was made and the thickness of the growth plate was measured.[Result]Tibial osteotomy alone stimulated the longitudinal growth of the tibia and increased the thickness of the growth plate.However,tibial diaphyseal lengthening suppressed this stimulation resulting in natural longitudinal growth and normal thickness of the growth plate that matched the normal side.[Conclusion]Diaphyseal lengthening of tibia does not inhibit the longitudinal growth of the tibia.

Henoch Sch?nlein purpura( HSP) is a vasculitis of primary systemic vascular lesions of aller-gic diseases in children. Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis( HSPN) is the most common allergic purpura sec-ondary renal disease,hematuria and(or)proteinuria of allergic in purpura the course(the most six months) can make diagnosis. The clinical manifestations varyies in severity,and the incidence has increased year by year,the incidence may be related to infections, allergies, immune abnormalities, immune damage and so on. So raising awareness of children nephritis,early diagnosis,early treatment has a great impact on the prognosis of children.
4.Retrospectire Analysis of 107 Cases of Liver Injury Induced by TCM or Chemical Medicine

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational drug use. METHODS:107 patients with drug-induced liver injury (DILI)admitted to liver disease department of our hospital during Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2015 were divided into TCM group and chemi-cal medicine group according to the type of medicine. DILI clinical characteristics,prognosis,medicine types of DILI were com-pared and analyzed between 2 groups. RESULTS:47 cases of DILI were induced by TCM,which mainly were health care and body beauty medicines(19.1%),rheumatism and arthritis medicines(14.9%)and dermatological medicines(10.6%). 60 cases of DILI were induced by chemical medicine,which mainly were antineoplastics(21.7%),antimicrobial(20.0%)and antituberculot-ics (11.7%). Gender,average age,the time from primary medication to disease attack and clinical classification were no signifi-cant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05). The clinical manifestations of the 2 groups were similar,except that fatigue was more common in the TCM group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The liver function indicators of TCM group as ALT,AST, TBIL and ALP were higher than those of chemical medicine group,while ALT and TBIL were significantly different between 2 groups(P<0.05). The liver injuries were more serious in the TCM group than in chemical medicine group,with statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05). After treatment,the prognosis and the prognosis of liver function indicator in 2 groups were not statistically sig-nificant(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Doctors and pharmacists should cooperate to master medication indication strictly,develop ADR monitoring and conduct blood concentration monitoring of high-risk DILI medicines,especially the hepatotoxicity of TCM so as to reduce the occurrence of DILI and guarantee the safety of clinical drug use.

The effect of molecular cytogenetics in pathogenesis of multiple myeloma (MM) is fundamental.The risk stratification system that based on molecular cytogenetics of MM is widely applicable in the prognosis of MM.The aberration of molecular cytogenetics is the most important marker of MM.At the same time,high-risk MM is associated with intra-clonal tumor heterogeneity and clonal evolution.The research of intra-clonal tumor heterogeneity and clonal evolution which based on the aberration of molecular cytogenetics will provide some additional information of the biology of MM and contribute to the optimum treatment for MM patients.
8.Curative efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with VAD regimen in treatment of multiple myeloma and its effects on coagulation function

Objective To study curative efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with VAD regimen in treatment of multiple myeloma and its effects on coagulation function.Methods 78 patients of multiple myeloma who received therapy from July 2013 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects, and divided into the control group and the observation group , the control group was treated with VAD regimen, while the observation group was treated with cyclophosphamide combined with VAD regimen.Then coagulation factor and anti-coagulation factor activity, adverse reaction, therapeutic effect after treatment between two groups were compared.Results After treatment, decreased blood coagulation factor, Protein C, protein S and antithrombin were increased between two groups , the difference was not statistically significant.Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was less than the control group[15.38%(6/39)vs 46.15%(18/39)], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group [ 89.74%( 35/39 ) vs 58.97%( 23/39 ) ] , the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclophosphamide combined with VAD regimen is well for multiple myeloma, which can effectively improve the patient's condition, improve the life quality of patients, and will not cause a greater impact on blood coagulation function.

10.Treatment of post-traumatic elbow joint flexion contracture by elbow joint distraction arthroplasty

[Objective]To explore the method and effect of elbow joint distraction arthroplasty in the treatment of post-traumatic elbow joint flexion contracture.[Method]An Ilizarov ring distractor of elbow joint was designed.From March 2003 to July 2005,three cases of elbow joint flexion contracture aged 16~17 years (one male and two females) with a flexion deformity of 70? in one case and 45? in two cases were treated.The joint distractor was applied with the wires in the upper limb and the joint hinge at the rotational centre of the elbow joint.No skin incision was made.To correct the deformity gradually,a continuous distraction force was applied by turning the nut on the distraction bar and periodic X-ray films were taken to confirm the position of the elbow joint.[Result]The elbow joint was finally extended to 0?~10?with an average 45?correction of flexion after an average 32 days of distraction.The range of elbow joint movement increased from pre-operative 75?to post-operative 115?.[Conclusion]The elbow joint distraction arthroplasty is effective in the correcting of the elbow joint flexion contracture and improving of joint function.
