Intracranial aneurysm often result from congenital defects of regional cerebral artery wall and increased endovascular pressure. Its occurrence and development are associated with several risk factors including genetics, smoking, hypertension, cerebral atherosclerosis and vasculitis. With the application of gene chip technology for the past few years, the research of pathogenic genes associated with intracranial aneurysms was further deepened, and some susceptibility genes closely associated with the occurrence of intracranial aneurysms have been found, and this suggests that intracranial aneurysm may be a polygenic disease caused by the combined action of multiple genes.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the protective role of transient focal ischemic precondition(PC) against permanent focal cerebral ischemia, to define the proper time dose for precondition, and to study the reaction of astroglia in cerebral ischemic tolerance. Methods Temporary middle cerebral artery occlusion(10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes) followed three day reperfusion before permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion(PMCAO) transcranially was used as precondition in Wistar rats. The protective role was evaluated by observing the neurological deficits, analyzing the infarct volume and studying changes of pathohistology. The reaction of astroglia was observed by using anti GFAP immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with the control group, 20 min ischemic precondition, which did not produce neuronal damage obviously, alleviated the neurological deficits and reduced the infarct volume significantly( P

Objective To study the methods and effects by using thrombolytic catheter in interventional treatment for patients with acute lower limb arterial thrombosis or embolism. Methods One hundred and twelve patients suffered acute lower limb arterial thrombosis or embolism. There were 85 cases of acute lower limb arterial embolism induced by atrial fibrillation in coronary or rheumatic heart disease, other 27 cases of arterial thrombosis caused by different reasons. Interventional treatment by inlying thrombolytic catheter was applied and continuous perfusion was received locally in all patients. Results Complete recanalization was got in 77 cases (68.8%) of 112 cases. Partial re canalization was got in 23 cases (20.5%), and ischemia limbs were saved in spite of chronic limb ischemia(chronic spasmodic limb) occurring in the later follow-up. Nine cases (8.0%) were amputated as a result of irreversible limbs necrosis, 3 cases (2.7%) died from acute renal failure resulting from reperfusion injury or recurrent cerebral embolism. Conclusion Interventional treatment by inlying thrombolytic catheter is a safe and effective method with lower amputation rate for acute lower limb arterial thrombosis or embolism in patients.
6.Research progress on mechanism of bone marrow relapse in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Journal of Experimental Hematology 2013;21(1):231-235
The mechanism of bone marrow relapse in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia has been deeply researched in recent years. The roles of hematopoietic stem cells, some gene abnormalities including IKZF1, JAK, CRLF2 and CREBBP, as well as mutation of genes influencing drug resistance have been confirmed to related with relapse of disease. The microRNAs, gene expression profile of patient, microenvironment of bone marrow including bone marrow fibrosis, mesenchymal stem cells and matrix metalloprotease, also play an important role in the process of leukemia recurrence. This article reviewed the details mentioned above.
