Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective: To compare influence of residual dentin stress on condition of different post length of posterior teeth post-core,to discover reasonable post length of posterior teeth post-core,in order to instruct clinic rational design. Methods:Models were created by abrasive method and way which pictures were acqiured with digital camera. To generate three-dimensional models of maxillary firster molar which is short in medial palatal cusp restored with post-core crown. Then analyse magnitude and distribution of model residual dentin stress by the three-dimension finite element analysis.Result:When maxillary firster molar which is short in medial palatal cusp restored with middle fusion metal post-core and porcelain fused mental crown,on condition of 1/2 post length and2/3 post lengths,it has the same magnitude of Von mises stress? most main stress ? least main stress and the same stress distribution on residual dentin. Conclusion:When maxillary firster molar which is short in medial palatal cusp restored with middle fusion metal post-core and porcelain fused mental crown,on condition of 1/2 post length and2/3 post lengths,it has no infulence in magnitude and distribution of stress of residual dentin.
2.Establishment of three-dimension finite element mode of residual root restored with post-core crown
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objiect:To generate three-dimension finite element mode of the first maxillary molar residual root restored with post-core crown,to analyse the stress of post-core crown of posterion tooth. Methods:Models were generate by CT scan,Mimics software and Abaqus software. Result:The three-dimensional models of the first maxillary molar residual root restored with post-core crown were generated. Conclusion:The generated three-dimensional models of the first maxillary molar residual root restored with post-core crown.were highly similar in geometry and mechanics to the real instance, which could be used to study stress of posterion tooth residual root restored with post-core crown
3.The three-dimension finite element analysis on stress of different materia post-core of posterior tooth with or without PFM
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(12):-
Objective:To compare influence the residual dentin stress of posterior teeth post-core different materials with or without porcelain fused metal crown (PFM), in order to instruct clinically rational choice of materials. Method:Models were created by abrasive methnd which piclures were acqiured with digital camera. Three-dimensional models of maxillary first molar short in medial palatal cusp were constructed and restored with of different materials post-core on condition of having or not having PFM. Then the magnitude and distribution of model residual dentin stress were analyzed by the three-dimension finite element analysis. Result:1 When maxillaU first molar which is short in medial palatal cusp was restored with post-core and porcelain fused mental crown, its peak value of stress was evidently less than that with post-core but without porcelain fused mental crown, meanwhile, they had different stress distribution. 2 When maxillary first molar which is short in medial palatal cusp was restored with post-core and porcelain fused mental crown, post-core of different materials had little influence on peak value of stress of residual dentin, but post-core of high elasticity modulus change normal dentin stress distribution, while post-core of low elasticity modulus did not. Conclusion:On the condition of normal occlusal force, PFM is extremely important to protect no-vital tooth, which is crucial for successful post-core crown. Meanwhile, post-core of different materials show little difference in fracturing rate of tooth restored with post-core and porcelain fused menial crown, and the fracture namely happen.
4.Growth property of rat hair follicle stem cells cultured in serum-free K-SFM in vitro
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(15):-
Objective To study the change of growth property of rat hair follicle stem cells cultured in serum-free K-SFM in vitro. Methods Rat hair follicle bulge cells were isolated and cultured in two different conditions, serum-free K-SFM and DMEM/F12 with 10% fetal calf serum. Growth property, colony-forming efficiency (CFE), and K19 expression were analyzed. Results The CFE and positive expression of K19 were significantly higher in bulge cells cultured in serum-free K-SFM than that of DMEM/F12 with 10% fetal calf serum (P
5.Clinical treatment of 44 cases of stage Ⅱ testicular seminoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(10):697-698
Objective To evaluate operation and chemotherapy in patients with stage Ⅱ testicular seminoma. Methods Forty-four patients with stage Ⅱ testicular seminoma collected from February 1993 to August 2007 were treated with cisplatin-based chemotherapy with repeated course. The retroperitoneal lymph node in ten patients were resected and two patients operated after chemotherapy. Results Resected tissue in eight patients after chemotherapy were necrosis and fibrosis, two patients were viable cancer. All patients were followed up for two to eight years. Five year survival rate was stage ⅡA 100 %(11/11), stage ⅡB 91.67 % (22124), stage Ⅱc 77.78 %(7/9). Conclusion For raising survival rate and controlling disease development of the patients who suffered from stage Ⅱ testieular seminoma, the repeated courses of chemotherapy should be given as early as possible.
6.Transcranial Doppler detection of cerebral vascular reserve
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(8):594-599
Diastolic and systolic dysfunction of cerebral artery is an important pathophysioiogical basis of the occurrence and development of cerebrovascular diseases, and is also the presence of decreased cerebrovascular reserve capacity. Cerebrovascular myogenic and metabolic regulation abilities can be evaluated by different methods so as to reflect cerebrovascular reserve capacity, of those, transcranial Doppler ultrasonography is the most widely used one. Various diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and carotid atherosclerosis also have great effect on cerebrovascular reserve capacity.
7.Application of SWOT analysis in medical equipment maintenance and management
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(4):143-145
Objective: To observe and summarize the routine maintenance situation, and research relevant countermeasure and provide the optimal solution based on the problems in maintenance of medical equipment. Methods: To adopt SWOT method to analyze the problem of equipment maintenance, and make effective countermeasures by using relevant statistical methods. Results: The SWOT method that was applied in maintenance work has improved accuracy of maintenance work for equipment, and increased operation rate of equipment and serviceability rate, at the same time, the satisfied degree of medical staffs and patients has been increased. Conclusion: Through SWOT method to analyze the situation of maintenance for equipment, the work key points can be effectively improved, and the blindness and dead ends of equipment maintenance management can be found. Therefore, this method can reduce the labour intensity of maintenance staffs, increase work efficiency, and provide essential guarantee for medical work of hospital.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(12):934-937
Bronchoscopy is an indispensable method to diagnose and treat children with respiratory dis-ease treatment,it′s the foundation of pediatric interventional pulmonary procedures. Because of the widely use and the steady accumulation of clinical experience, the value has been consistently affirmative. This review de-scribes the interventional therapy of airway dysplasia via bronchoscopy.
