Cancer Research and Clinic 2008;20(8):505-506
The latest results from the FLEX trial wag presented in ASCO annual meeting which was hold in June.2008 in Chicago. The study demonstrated that chemotherapy based on Cetuximab plus Cisplatin significantly increased the overall survival of NSCLC patients, including all histological subtypes. The new findings confirm that Erbitux is the first targeted thempy to show a significant survival benefit in NSCLC patients across all histological subtypes.
2.Clinical analysis of serum level of hyaluronic acid, laminin, type Ⅲ procollagen peptide and type IV collagen in 140 Graves' disease patients
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To observe the effect of hepatic function in hyperthyroidism patients with serum levels of hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin, type Ⅲ procollagen peptide and type IV collagen. Methods:We measured them in 140 patients with Graves' disease and 33 healthy subjects by radioimmunoassay.Graves' disease patients were divided into two groups, one including 59 patients with primary diagnosis and not treated with antithyroid drug(ATD),the other group including 81 patients were once treated with ATD.Results:HA concentration was significantly higher( P
3.Cultivation and Purification
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
s To some extent, liberal education is a kind of cultivation. In essence, cultivation and purification are two of the ways of the transformation of human beings, each with its own doctrine and the subsequent applicability. A comparative research between cultivation and purification is made in the article. Based upon the demarcation between the two categories, the author has expounded his own understanding on the idea of the Confucian cultivation in the context of the liberal education in current Chinese university.

5.Clinical treatment of 44 cases of stage Ⅱ testicular seminoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(10):697-698
Objective To evaluate operation and chemotherapy in patients with stage Ⅱ testicular seminoma. Methods Forty-four patients with stage Ⅱ testicular seminoma collected from February 1993 to August 2007 were treated with cisplatin-based chemotherapy with repeated course. The retroperitoneal lymph node in ten patients were resected and two patients operated after chemotherapy. Results Resected tissue in eight patients after chemotherapy were necrosis and fibrosis, two patients were viable cancer. All patients were followed up for two to eight years. Five year survival rate was stage ⅡA 100 %(11/11), stage ⅡB 91.67 % (22124), stage Ⅱc 77.78 %(7/9). Conclusion For raising survival rate and controlling disease development of the patients who suffered from stage Ⅱ testieular seminoma, the repeated courses of chemotherapy should be given as early as possible.

7.Progress in clinical research of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and postopera-tive epidural analgesia on restoration of gastrointestinal function after fast-track colonic surgery
Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;(z1):245-247
General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and postoperative epidural analge-sia is capable of accelerating the recovery of gastrointestinal function, providing better postoperative pain re-lief,improving the patient's satisfaction as well as shortening hospitalization dates. The article summarized the mechanisms of epidural analgesia influencing the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
8.Common causes of headache and the treatment
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(06):-
Headache is a common clinical symptom. Some headache disorders belong to secondary category. Many intracranial disorders, such as head trauma, cerebral vascular diseases, intracranial tumors and inflammation, can lead to headache due to mass effect, inflammation reaction, stimulation of vasoactive substances and decreased intracranial pressure.Furthermore, many drugs and other substances, disorders of eyes, nose, ear, mouth, neck and other systemic disorders can also cause headache. Many headache disorders can be determined by detailed case history and physical examination.Blood test, lumber puncture,CT,MRI and other imaging examinations are necessary methods for finding the causes and the treatment of diseases.
9.The Differences of CT Appearance in Single Vertebral Tuberculosis and Metastasis
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the morphological difference of spinal single vertebral tuberculosis and metastasis by means of CT.Methods CT features of 16 cases of single vertebral tuberculosis and 17 cases of single vertebral metastasis which were proven by clinically and/or pathology, were retrospectively analyzed, and then the CT differential criteria of the two categories of diseases was recommended. Results The reliable CT findings for vertebral tuberculosis were as follows: involvement of anteriomedial potion of vatebral body, presence of sequstra in lesion ,marginal sclerosis in the edge of lesion, calcification within paravertebralmass or abscesses ,only edge enhancement of more of paravertebralmass.Metastasis was characterized by involvement of posteriomedial portion of vertebral bone, absence of sequestra within lesion ,no calcification within paravertebralmass. Both of them had normal intervertebral disc. Conclusion The different CT features of the single vertebral tuberculosis and metastasis are helpful in differerntiating diagnosis ,the morphological change of intervertebral discs is not helpful in differerntiating diagnosis .
10.Chest X-ray appearances in SARS: analysis of 72 cases
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the chest X-ray appearances and dynamic imaging changes in severe acute respiratory syndrome diagnosed clinically. Methods The sequential chest X-ray examinations at 1-4 day intervals were performed in 72 patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome. Results The findings on chest X-ray images were analyzed. The abnormalities on the chest X-ray films most commonly occurred at 4-7 days after onset (53 cases, 73.6%), and the most severe manifestations on the chest films usually presented at 8-14 days (54 cases, 75.0%). The absorption of the abnormal changes on the films occurred at 15-21 days in most cases (37 cases, 51.4%). The main features included bilateral or unilateral single or multiple patchy shadows (58 cases, 80.6%), and the lesions changed rapidly at the peak period. The lesions presented wandering features in some cases. The lesions still remained on CT scans in 11 cases (11/20, 55.0%) within one month after the absorption on X-ray film. Conclusion The chest radiography can be used to display dynamic changes of SARS, but it isn't able to distinctly demonstrate tine pulmonary lesions of SARS.
