Annexin A5 is a member of Ca 2+-dependent phospholipid binding proteins family .It exists in histocytes . And because of its unique structure , Annexin A5 plays an important role in many critical functions such as cell in-side/outside anticoagulation and pro-apoptosis .Moreover , Annexin A5 has certain relevance with many diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus ,tumour and other diseases .

Objective: To study alcohol related attention damage and factors having influence on it. Method: 39 inpatients with alcohol dependence were examined with Continuously Performance Test (CPT) before and after 6 weeks treatment. 45 normal staffs were collected as control. Results: The index of CPT in patient group at baseline was higher than that of normal control. After 6 weeks treatment, the above index declined but was still higher than control. The CPT results before treatment were related to plasma level of alcohol when admitted, age and history of alcohol use. Conclusion: Alcohol dose damage to the attention of patients in dependence.

Object To speed up the artificial propagation of the costly medicinal plant Dendrobium nobile Lindl. Methods The tender stems with lateral buds were tried as the explants and cultured on various culture media with different portions of hormon. Results The best medium for bud induction was the MS basic medium with addition of 6 BA (0.5 mg/L), NAA (0.2 mg/L), while MS with the addition of 6 BA (3.0 mg/L) NAA (0.5 mg/L), was suitable for propagation, MS with addition of IBA (0.3 mg/L), NAA (0.1 mg/L) was better for root growing, the striking growth rate was up to 95%. The young sprout was cultured fine on the base material mixed with coco crumbs, volcanic rocks and brick fragments (1∶1∶ 1) and covered by dried pteridophyte. Conclusion To provide the effective ways to reserve the resources of D. nobile and last its utlization.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of hip joint arthrodesis with the application of Kirschner wire and reconstruction plate in the treatment of advanced tuberculosis in total hip joint.Methods A total of 30 patients with advanced tuberculosis of the hip in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were divided as Kirschner wire group and reconstruction plate according to different surgical methods,with 15 cases in each group.The operation time,bleeding volume during operation (intraoperative and postoperative),fusion time,postoperative complications of two groups were observed and compared.Results Patients of two groups reached bony fusion.Compared with reconstruction plate group,Kirschner wire group had less blood loss,shorter operative time,longer fusion time,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Both Kirschner wire fixation and reconstruction plate arthrodesis are effective for patients with advanced tuberculosis of total hip joint,but the clinical efficacy of Kirschner wire fixation in hip arthrodesis was significantly better than the reconstruction plate.

Objective To analyze the effect on reproductive potential of salpingectomy in child-bearing period women.Methods Two hundred and forty-six tubal pregnancy patients were chosen,among whom 164 patients performed salpingectomy were classified as research group,and 82 patients retained ipsilateral tubal through conservative treatment were classified as control group.The levels of sex hormone,ovarian volume,sinus number of follicle,ovulation rate,reproductive outcome and reproductive status were compared between 2 groups.Seven patients were lost in research group,and 3 patients were lost in control group.Results One,three and six months after β-human chorionic gonadotrophin (β-hCG) put back,the serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) in research group were significantly higher than those in control group,FSH:(10.00 ±4.82) U/L vs.(6.69 ± 2.71) U/L,(9.11 ± 3.77)U/L vs.(6.81 ± 2.80) U/L,(8.30 ± 3.49) U/L vs.(6.41 ± 2.41) U/L;LH:(8.74 ± 3.56) U/L vs.(6.10 ± 2.59)U/L,(9.42 ± 3.09) U/L vs.(5.79 ± 2.10) U/L,(7.96 ± 2.53) U/L vs.(6.50 ± 2.71) U/L,and there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).One and three months after β-hCG put back,the serum levels of estradiol (E2) and anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) in research group were significantly lower than those in control group,E2:(111.44 ± 22.24) pmol/L vs.(128.22 ± 24.01) pmol/L,(108.74 ± 21.67) pmol/L vs.(126.30 ± 23.78) pmol/L;AMH:(3.22 ± 0.85) μ g/L vs.(3.64 ± 0.87) μ g/L,(3.67 ± 0.94) μ g/L vs.(3.83 ± 1.12) μ g/L,and there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Six months after β-hCG put back,there was no statistical difference in the serum levels of E2 and AMH:(127.85 ± 24.42) pmol/L vs.(131.28 ± 25.54) pmol/L and (4.35 ± 1.34) μ g/L vs.(4.47 ± 1.76) μ g/L,P ＞ 0.05.In salpingectomy patients,the ovarian volume and the sinus number of follicle at lesion side (salpingectomy side) after treatment of 6 months were significantly lower than those in no lesion side:(8.86 ± 2.36) cm3 vs.(9.74 ± 2.31) cm3 and (5.10 ± 1.14) pieces vs.(7.26 ± 2.52) pieces,and there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment of 2 years,the rate of ectopic pregnancy in control group was significantly higher than that in research group:12.66％ (10/79) vs.5.10％(8/157),and there was statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Especially,the patients who retained ipsilateral tubal conservative treatment had higher ectopic pregnancy rate:8.86％ (7/79) vs.0,and there was statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Salpingectomy can affect the reproductive potential,but it can decrease the probability of ectopic pregnancy.Whether patients with tubal pregnancy need to be treated by salpingectomy,depends on the extent of tubal lesions and fertility desire of the patients.

Objective:To investigate the status of brain evoked potentials (BEP) and the relationship between BEP and psychiatric symptoms before and after treatment in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Methods: P_(300), auditory evoked potential (AEP), visual evoked potential (VEP) of BEP, Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and Impact of Event Scale (IES) were used to evaluate 86 patients with PTSD (PTSD group) and 56 normal controls (control group), PTSD patients were followed up with the same markers after 3.5 months treatment.Results:Compared with the control group, PTSD patients showed delayed latency and increased amplitude of P_(300)-P_3, delayed AEP-N_2 latency, and delayed VEP-P_2 latency. Shortened latency and decreased amplitude of P_(300)-P_3, and shorted VEP-P_2 latency were found after treatment. The mostly items of BEP were significantly related to psychical symptoms before treatment, and the changes of BEP were significantly related to the alleviation of psychical symptoms after treatment.Conclusion:BEP might be state markers of PTSD. The clinical application of BEP in PTSD is emphasized.

Objective To determine whether the AT, All66C gene polymorphism is associated with CHD in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Investigating the allele frequency and the genotype distribution of the AT1 All66C gene in the group of normal control (n= 73),simple diabetes (n= 80),diabetic CHD (n=43) by means of PCR-RFLP. Results The group of diabetic CHD had a significant higher frequency of C allele of the AT1 All66C gene than normal control (X2 = 6. 02,P＜0. 05) and diabetes (X2= 5. 71,P＜0. 05). Conclusion The result indicated that there was an association between the 1166C allele of the AT1 gene polymorphism and CHD in type 2 diabetes patients.

Objective To investigate the acute mountain sickness of servicemen during4.14Yushu earhquake relief work,and analyze the related factors of the sickness at the initial phase of acute plateau exposure.Methods 162 servicemen were sampled randomly and clusteringly from Yushu relief force during.the inidal phase of acute plateau exposure.According to theDiagnosis and treatment principles of the acute mountain sickness,the prevalence of the acute mountain sickness was judged among the servicemen.The scales of general status invested score(GSIS),the self-rating symptom scale(SCL-90)and the life event scale(LES)were used to investigate the related factors of the acute mountain sickness.Results 65.4% of servicemen in earthquake relief work had acute mountain sickness,including mild 17.3%,moderate 31.5%and severe 16.7%.The occurrences of pant,palpitation,dizziness,lips cyanosis and headache,were higher than other symptoms,accounting for 83.6%,79.1%,73.1%,61.2%and 58.2%.The positive significant correlation was found among the symptoms score of acute mountain sickness and age,marriage,trauma history,negative events,and the most genes(somatization,obsession,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoia,appetite,sleep)and total score of SCL-90(r=0.188～0.619,P<0.01 or 0.05).There was negative significant correlation among the symptoms score and the personality and social support(r=-0.254,P<0.01;r=-0.285,P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that the somatization,personality,marriage,social support and age were more important than other factors.Conclusion Attention should be paid to the acute mountmn sickness in the relief force during the initial phase of acute plateau exposure,and the morbidity rate of acute mountain sickness were correlated with the somatization,personality,marriage,social support and age.
