1.Brief analysis of the function of university students as information members in information interacting
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(09):-
The system of college and university students serving as information members is the important approach for students to participate in teaching and management, which is important guarantee system to perfect and enhance teaching quality, and boost the educational reform. This article makes brief analysis of the function of college and university students seving as information members in information interacting, including the role of a bridge, the role of a regulation and the role of a supervision. It is very important to further exert and explore the students’ information member role in the teaching and the management.
2.Clinical value of exhaled nitric oxide in childhood asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(3):244-249
Allergic asthma is a chronic obstructive disease of the airways characterized by airway hyperresponsiveness, inflammation and remodeling.Exhaled nitric oxide (eNO) level is highly correlated with eosinophilic airway inflammation.Since the advantage of noninvasion, convenience, and specificity of eNO measurement,it has been widely used as a biomarker. In this article eNO metabolism and its effects on airway physiology and pathophysiology are described. The usefulness of eNO in asthma diagnosis and management is discussed in detail.
3.Application of evidence-based nursing on improvement of compliance behavior and treatment effect in patients with glaucoma
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(24):49-50
Objective To investigate the factors influencing compliance behavior and treatment effect of glaucoma patients, and explore evidence-based nursing on compliance behavior and treatment effect of these patients. Methods 110 subjects with glaucoma were enrolled from Tangshan Gongren hospital. The subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 55 patients in each. The experimental group accepted evidence- based nursing while the control group accepted traditional nursing. The percentage of compliance behavior and treatment effect were statistically analyzed. Results The percentage of compliance behavior and treatment effect of the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing played an important role on compliance behavior and controlling the intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma.
4.Discussion on Legal Issues of Drug Records
China Pharmacy 1991;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide suggestions for the documentation and management of drug records.METHODS:To analysis the related legal problems of relationships between drug records and medical records, medication records and patient rights, drug records' role as evidence, legal responsibility and risk, countermeasures and recommendations will be presented.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:From the legal perspective, the drug record can be used as evidence as medical record and the inappropriate documentation of medication record may lead to legal responsibility. It is important to have a good understanding of the legal meaning of drug records, improve the documentation of drug records and enhance the management of drug records.
5.Clinical nursing path teaching application in teaching children with mycoplasma pneumonia
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;13(10):1033-1035
Objective To explore the clinical nursing path teaching method application in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect. Methods 93 higher vocational nursing students of two classes of Grade 2011 were chosen as the subjects, one class as the experimental group(46),and the other class as the control group(47).The traditional teaching method was used in the control group, while method of clinical nursing path was used in the experimental group. Two groups of nursing students were given closed book exams and questionnaires to evaluate teaching effectiveness of the two groups.SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis, count data using x2 test, measurement data using t-test,test level α=0.05.Results The experimental group students' test scores were significantly higher than the control group(85.26 ± 3.57)vs.(76.39 ± 4.16),and the difference was statistically significant P=-0.02.The survey showed that there were more students in the experimental group than in the control group who made a positive comment on the questionnaire's role in helping improve students'learning autonomy, their critical thinking ability, and promote their grasp of the content of the disease. Conclusion Clinical nursing path teaching method as a new kind of teaching method, can improve the teaching effect.
6.Establishment and assessment of a laparoscopic pneumoperitoneum model in vitro
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
0.05),but at 72h,96h,120h after exposure, the absorbance values in carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum group were always significantly higher than those in control group at the same time(P0.05).Conclusions:The model established with a special airtight container and an automatic pneumoperitoneum meter is an ideal one for research about laparoscopy in vitro, and the carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum in this model increases the in vitro growth of human cervical carcinoma cells.
7.Effect of different pneumoperitoneums on the growth of human cervical carcinoma cells in vitro
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To evaluate the effects of different pneumoperitoneums used in laparoscopy on the growth of human cervical carcinoma cells in vitro. Methods:Human cervical carcinoma cell line(CaSki)were cultured in vitro and then exposed to pneumoperitoneums of pure carbon dioxide or pure nitrogen gas with the untreated group as control. The cell growth was determined by MTT assay, flow cytometry and electron microscopy. Results:Carbon dioxide stimulated the cell growth from 48h to 120h after treatment. For nitrogen gas group, there was a transient descent of cell proliferation from 48h to 72h after treatment. The tumor cells of carbon dioxide group in G2-M phases significantly increased. Active karyokinesis was observed in carbon dioxide group while slight mitochondrion swelling was observed in nitrogen gas group with the nucleus space expanded. Conclusions:Carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum could increase the growth of human cervical carcinoma cells in vitro whereas nitrogen gas pneumoperitoneum had inhibiting effect on the cell growth.
9.Gene expression of nuclear receptor corepressor in androgen independent prostate cancer and its clinical significance
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
Objective To explore the gene expression of nuclear receptor corepressor(NCoR) in androgen independent prostate cancer(AIPC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of NCoR and androgen receptor(AR) was detected by two-stage immunohistochemical method in 15 cases with AIPC,20 cases with androgen dependent prostate cancer(ADPC) and 20 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) respectively. Results The rate of NCoR expression in AIPC,ADPC and BPH was 20%,80% and 95% respectively and the difference of NCoR expression between AIPC and ADPC,BPH was significant(P
10.Effect of different dosage of tamoxifen on the morphology of the mammary hyperplasia of rats
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To study the effect of different dosage of tamoxifen (TAM) on the morphological change of experimental mammary hyperplasia. Methods:The animal model of mammary hyperplasia of Wistar rats was induced with estradiol and progesterone. One hundred and eighty female Wistar rats were selected randomly into group A (control group ) , group B (model control group), group C (166.7 ?g dosage of TAM),group D(333?g dosage of TAM) ,group E(500?g dosage of TAM),and group F(667?g dosage of TAM) and fed for 2 months.Samples of breasts were collected and observed under light microscope and electronmicroscope. Results:For light microscope observation :there were obvious difference between premedication and postmedication in group E and F, respectively ( P 0. 05), implying that 500 ?g dosage and 667 ?g dosage of TAM had obvious inhibitory effect on mammary hyperplasia under light microscope. Conclusion:Through light microscope and electronmicroscope observation,TAM especially 500?g and 667?g dosage proves to have obvious inhibitory effect on mammary hyperplasia induced by estradiol and progesterone.
