In order to investigate the species and categorization of Gasterophilus in Ili horse. We analysised the COI gene of the identified Gasterophilus dominant species and constructed NJ phylogenetic tree in the study. The results showed that infection rate was 100% in total of 16 775 the third phase Gasterophilus instar larvae.Four Gasterophilus species were identified, and showed serious mix infections.Dominant species were Gasterophilus nasalis, its relative dominance were 53.17%,and prefer to live in the cardia, others to irregular live in the pylorus of the horses.COI gene homology of GasterophiIus nasalis,Gasterophilus intestinalis,Gasterophilus pecorum,Gasterophilus haemorrhoidalis (GenBank Accession No.:GU265752.1,KR230402.1,KU578262.1,KT946620.1) were 99%,99%,99% and 100% respectively.Phylogenetic analysis results showed that the data were clustered with the Gasterophilus app.which publshed on the GenBank.G.intestinalis and G.haemorrhoidalis cluster together first, and then cluster with G.nasalis,at last all three kinds of Gasterophilus cluster with G.pecorum.When the COI gene is the target,in-group and out-group of the Gasterophilus can forms an independent evolutionary branch. This study provides useful parameters for the classification of Gasterophilus.

Objective:To find the best synthesis method of 6-benzyl-1-[ ( benzyloxy ) methyl ]-3-hydro-xy-5-(hydroxymethyl)pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione e for observing the change of its biological activity after N-3 hydroxylation .Methods:After trying some N-hydroxylation methods , the target compound was successfully synthesized via one-pot oxidizing process by sodium hydride ( NaH) and 3-chloroperbenzoic acid( m-CPBA);the anti-HIV reverse transcriptase ( RT) activity and integrase ( IN) activity of the tar-get compound was assayed via enzyme-linked immunesorbent assay ( ELISA) and phosphorylation of DNA package method .Results:The target compound could be obtained through the improved m-CPBA oxida-tive method by only one step , and the yield of the reaction could reach 60%-70%.And the structure of this compound was identified by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS;The activity result showed it added the an-ti-HIV IN activity after N-3 hydroxylation as well as retained the anti-HIV RT activity. Conclusion:The improved m-CPBA oxidative method is a convenient and efficient way to prepare the compound 6-benzyl-1-[(benzyloxy)methyl]-3-hydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione e which has both anti-HIV RT and IN activity .

Objective:
To understand participation and attitude towards online public opinion on gender issues among college students.
Methods:
Using convenient sampling, 450 valid questionnaires were collected from 9 colleges and universities in Xi an, Shaanxi Province, and self compiled questionnaires were used to investigate general demographic information, public opinion concern and participation of gender issues, case attitudes and the impact of online public opinion of gender issues.
Results:
A total of 371 participants (83.00%) paid attention to such events, and 210 (47.00%) participated in the discussion. Among the 326( 72.90 %) college students who were affected by such events, 62(13.90%) thought that such events had a lasting effect on self emotion, and 54(12.10%) thought that such events had further effects on self emotion, affect their own lives. Attention to and participation in the event(4.58±2.94), positive evaluations of victims(12.01±2.07), negative evaluations of perpetrators(5.99±1.60), and negative emotions(15.90±8.62) in female college students were significantly higher than those of males(3.85±2.67, 11.44± 2.02 , 6.56±1.83, 9.46±9.02)( t=2.76, 2.96, 3.48, 7.71, P <0.05).
Conclusion
College students have a high degree of attention to social public opinion events on gender issues, with significant gender difference. Schools, media and society should pay attention to the media literacy and mental health among college students.

Background and objective Sotfware oriented three-dimensional (3D) volumetric measurement of pul-monary nodules has been feasible in the follow-up of indeterminate pulmonary nodules, however, its value need a further vali-dation. hTe purpose of this study is to retrospectively analyze the chest CT data of patients with pulmonary nodules to compare the intra-observer variability of 3D and two-dimensional (2D) volumetric measurement. Methods Eighty-six pulmonary nod-ules in chest CT scans of 79 subjects were retrospectively analyzed. One radiologist measured the nodules twice with a 7 days interval using 2D and 3D methods respectively. hTe maximal diameter (X), the perpendicular diameter (Y) on maximal cross sectional area of the nodule and the caudo-cranial diameter (Z) were measured and the volume was calculated by two models:spherical and elliptical model. hTe 3D measurements were acquired with semi-automated sotfware with manual adjustment on unsatisifed nodule segmentation. Logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the effect of nodule location and mor-phology on 3D nodule segmentation. ANOVA and correlation test were used to evaluate the difference among three methods. Bland-Altman method was applied to quantify the intra-observer variability. Results Sotfware achieved satisifed segmentation for 86.4%nodules. hTe irregular and juxtavacular nodules have signiifcantly high odds rations (OR) of unsatisifed segmenta-tion as 4.0, 4.5, respectively. hTe volume measured by three method was signiifcantly different (F=6.5, P=0.012), while the repeated measurements did not led to signiifcant difference (F=1.813, P=0.182). hTe Spearman correlation effcient between 3D volume and 2D volume with sphere and ellipsoid model was 0.97, 0.88. hTe 95%limits of agreement of RD between two repeated measurements were-14%-11.6%,-37.7%-39.9%and-39.8%-45.8%for 3D, 2D with elliptical model and spherical model, respectively. Conclusion hTe 3D volume measurement of pulmonary nodules is more repeatable than 2D volume measurement. Unsatisifed segmentation can occurred on a small number of nodules, especially for irregular and juxtavascular nodules. For these nodules, the measurement of 3D diameters is recommended.
