1.Marketing License System of Drugs at Home and Abroad:A Comparative Study
China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the evolvement of the current drug marketing license system in China. METHODS: The registry classification, the drug registration procedure and the combination of marketing license and production license both at home and abroad were analyzed comparatively. In addition, the necessity and feasibility of the drug marketing license system in China were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The current drug marketing license system that centered on license No. goes against the investigation of legal ability, drug administration mode, medicine technology transfer system and original equipment manufacture thus remains be reformed. There is still difficulty for the enforcement of drug marketing licensor system, yet it should be carried out step by step until its establishment.
2.Clinic Treatment of Infective Diabetic Foot
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical characteristics and the present condition of infective diabetic foot. METHODS A total of 100 cases with infective diabetic foot were classified into the wet gangrene and composite gangrene, and treated by the systemic and local modality in combination. RESULTS The cure rate of the wet gangrene and composite gangrene was 29.5% and 18.2%, respectively and the effective rate was 83.3% and 68.2%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The combined therapy is effective for the treatment of diabetic foot.
3.Clinical Study of Mind- and Qi-regulating Acupuncture for the Treatment of Postoperative Gastroplegia
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;(1):34-35
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mind- and qi-regulating acupuncture in treating postoperative gastroplegia. Methods Thirty-six patients with postoperative gastroplegia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 18 cases each. The control group received conventional acupuncture and the treatment group, acupuncture at points for regulating mind and qi (Baihui, Sishencong and Yindang) in addition. Pre- and post-treatment Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) scores and gastric drainage volumes, and the number of treatments and the recovery rate were recorded in the patients. Comparisons of them were made between the two groups. Results There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the HAMD score in the two groups (P<0.01). There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the HAMD score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in gastric drainage volume in the two groups (P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the number of treatments and the recovery and marked efficacy rate between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Mind- and qi-regulating acupuncture helps recovery and can also reduce the number of treatments in gastroplegia patients.
4.High-intensity Interval Training for Aerobic Capacity and Physical Health (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(1):13-18
The high-intensity interval training often consisted of groups of interval high-intensity exercise of exhaustion or above 90%maximal oxygen consumption, which can be applied to improve aerobic capacity. Adaption of skeletal muscles might be resulted from high-intensity interval training, including recruitment, glucose metabolism and activity of mitochondrial oxidase, etc., and improve maxi-mum oxygen uptake. It has been used for physical fitness, such as weight reduction, rehabilitation of heart diseases and diabetes mellitus, etc.
5.Clinical application of anti-carbamylated protein antibody
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(4):421-426
Rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) was a common autoimmune disease characterized with main clinical manifestations of chronic inflammation in joints.Anti-carbamylated proteins(anti-CarP)antibody, as a promising bio-marker, played a crucial role in the diagnosis of RA patients and the screening of pre-RA patients .In this article , recent progress on the study of anti-CarP antibody and RA related diseases has been reviewed , which was expected to provide new references for the diagnosis and treatment of related clinical diseases .

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of senile patients with lumbar disc protrusion . Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of senile lumbar disc protrusion from 1990 to 2000 were reviewed retrospectively. Results 48 patients had been followed for 6 months to 7.5 years with average 4 years. Excellent and good results were 41 cases (85.4%).Conclusions There was atypical symptom in the senile patients with lumbar disc protrusion. CT was an important methods for diagnosis. The after concomitant diseases were controlled, resecting half vertebral lamina and enlarging fenestration were performed. The therapeutic results were satisfactory.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;18(7):1188-1194
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding RNAs about 18-25 nucleotides in length, involved in post-transcriptional genes regulation process.Previous studies showed that miRNAs played an important regulatory role in pancreatic development, gene expression, and synthesis and secretion of insulin.A variety of miRNAs which expressed in islet β cells may affect the proliferation and differentiation of islet β cells.Since miRNAs showed tissue specificity, their expression changes were closely related to some diseases. Thus, integrative studies with miRNAs over the essence of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine could provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetes.

Journal of Clinical Surgery 2017;25(8):621-623
Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of modified ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract (LIFT) for low anal fistula. Methods We follow-up visited 20 patients with low anal fistula underwent modified LIFT procedures (Since the outer edge shape of anal fistula incision fistula and the branch into the intersphincteric groove, proximal lateral internal sphincterotomy ligation. The wound was closed to the whole layer of closed suture after removal of the pipe wall).Median follow-up duration was 10(range 3-15) months. To compile statistics on the wound healing time, the clinical healing rate, the recurrence rate and the fecal incontinence score (Wexner score) of those patients. Results The wound healing time was (15.3 ± 4.8) d.The prime success rate of fistula healing was 75 % (15/20) after the modified LIFT procedure.2 cases of low complex anal fistula presented with wound infection, and 3 cases (including 1 cases of simple low anal fistula,2 cases of low complex anal fistula)had fistula with infection. They were cured after appropriate treatment.During follow-up of 3 to 15 (median 10)months,1 cases of simple low anal fistula recurred in third months after surgery. To the end of the follow-up,the total clinical healing rate was 95% (19/20),of which 12 cases of low complex anal fistula total cure rate was 100% (12/12).Preoperative fecal incontinence scores (Wexner score)were all 0 points. At the final follow-up,18 (90%)cases of fecal incontinence score were 0 points,1 (5 %) cases were 2 points and 1 (5 %) cases were 1 points. Conclusion Modified LIFT is better balance the relationship between cure rate and anal function. The sphincter preservation is complete. The fistula is thoroughly cleared. The cure rate is high. The recurrence rate is low.Does not cause anal defects and deformities. It has little influence on the function of anal control, the operation is simple, and it is suitable to be popularized.
