2.Femoral head coverage fate measured by CT three-dimensional reconstruction in developmental dislocation of the hip following manual close reduction: A 3-year follow-up analysis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(4):577-580
BACKGROUND: Spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction has been used to observe the femoral head coverage fate of developmental dislocation of the hip (DDH). However, most of research containing certain observing point, which lack of long-term follow-up and comprehensive analysis. This article wants to fill the gaps.OBJECTIVE: To study changes of femoral head coverage fate in DDH child after 3 years treatment by CT reconstruction. METHODS: Totally 73 patients with unilateral DDH treated by aluminium plate after manual close reduction was selected. Spiral CT scanning of femoral articulation was performed at 1 day before and 12, 24, and 36 months after reduction to measure the femoral head coverage fate changes. The normal hip of patient was served as control.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: All patients were included in the 42-53 months follow-up. After treatment, the femoral head coverage fate of patients were obviously than that of before treatment (P<0.01), which gradually approach to the normal level in 3 years, the first year after treatment is a key period for acetabulum development.

6.Longitudinal studies of patient′s condition, disability and quality of life in migraine patients
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(23):2983-2985
Objective To study the longitudinal change of Migraine patient′s condition ,quality of life and disability ;analyze the evolution of the relationship between headache frequency ,pain intensity ,medication and treatment efficacy .Methods Continuous registration of migraine patients ,using WHO-DAS Ⅱ to assess the disability ,using MSQ2 .1 to assess the health-related quality of life ,using headache diary to record the patient′s condition .Results Compared the conditions of before and after treatment ,the aver-age level of pain ,acute drug using and headache frequency ,were significantly improved .The three dimensions′scores of MSQ2 .1 were decreased .Conclusion In this study ,significant improvement were found in some of the disability and health-related quality of life .Continuity of treatment has an important role to improve health-related quality of life of patients and reduce disability .
7.GCV treating acute graft-versus-host disease
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1996;0(04):-
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of TK/GCV in the treatment of acute graft-versus-host disease in H-2 haploidentical mice induced by CD34 + cells mixed with TK + T lymphocytes transplantation. Methods CD34 + cells were separated from male parental donors, bone marrows, meanwhile T lymphocytes were gained from their spleens and transduced by retroviral vectors comprising TK gene. Both were mixed and transfused into female F1 recipient mice,CD34 + cells and TK + T lymphocytes each F1 recipient mouse received were 1?10 5 and 1?10 7,respectively. GCV was administered at the dosage of 50 mg ?kg -1 ?day -1 for 7 by intraperitoneal injections on the day 0 or 7 after transplantation. Results Acute GVHDs appeared in all mice. Survival time of the mice treated with GCV on the day 0 or 7 after transplantation was ( 26.6 ? 4.8 ) days and ( 40.5 ? 8.4 ) days, respectively. Therapeutic effect of GCV on the day 7 posttransplantation was better than that on the day 0 posttransplantation ( P
8.Optimization of Processing Technology for Atractylodes lancea Stir-baking with Bran by Box-behnken Re-sponse Surface Methodology
China Pharmacy 2015;(34):4844-4846
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the processing technology for Atractylodes lancea stir-baking with bran. METHODS:Us-ing the content of atractylodin, yield of water-soluble extract and ethanol-soluble extract, appearance score as comprehensive in-dex,the effects of excipient amount,stir-baking time and temperature on the quality of A. lancea stir-baking with bran were investi-gated by Box-behnken design-response surface method,so as to optimize the processing technology parameters of A. lancea stir-bak-ing with bran, and verification test were conducted. RESULTS:The optimized parameters were that the excipients amount was 10% medicinal material,stir-baking at 140 ℃ for 3 min;average comprehensive score of verification test was 0.39 (RSD=2.88%,n=3),which was close to predicted value 0.38. CONCLUSIONS:Box-behnken response surface method is reasonable and feasible for the optimization of the processing technology for A. lancea stir-baking with bran.

Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 1998;0(01):-
Objective: To expeore the effectiveress of partial splenectomy for treating splenic benign tumor. Methods: The 16 patients of splenic benign tumor were performed partial splenectomy. Six patients in all were adopted partial splenectomy plus great omentum encapsulation. Ten patients were used partial splenectomy plus glue spray. The postoperative complication was analyzed. Results: Only 1 patient suffered from left subphrenic abscess, one patient took place partial splenic necrosis, the rest had't complication. The average hospieal stay was 12 days. Conclusion: The partial splenectomy has few complications and the hospital stay is much short. This procedure is safe for treating splenic benign tumor.
10.Expression and clinical significance of Her-2/neu,MMP-2 and Leptin in serum and tumor tissue of gastric carcinoma
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2014;(1):76-80
Objective Detected Her-2/neu, matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2) and Leptin in stomach cancer serum and tissue, discussed their roles in occurance and development of gastric cancer. Methods Detected the ex-pression of Her-2/neu, MMP-2 and Leptin in serum by ELISA, and detected the expression of Her-2/neu, MMP-2 and Leptin in stomach cancer tissue by IHC. Results The positive rates of Her-2/neu, MMP-2, Leptin in gas-tric cancer serum were higher than the positive rates in control group ( P<0.05 ) . The positive rates of Her-2/neu, MMP-2, Leptin in gastric cancer tissues were higher than the positive rates in adjacent tissues (P<0.05 ). The positive expressions of two tests had consistency. In tissues, the positive expression rates of Her-2/neu,MMP-2 and Leptin were correlated with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage(P<0.05). Their ex-pression was not correlated with sex, age, size, site of tumor and the degree of differentiation. In serum, the posi-tive expression of Her-2/neu was correlated with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage( P<0.05 ) . The positive expression of MMP-2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis ( P<0.05 ) . The positive ex-pression of Leptin had no significant correlation with pathological features. Conclusion Her-2/neu,MMP-2 and Leptin promote the occurrence, development and transfer process of gastric cancer. It can be used for clinical diag-nosis, guide the targeted therapy and provide scientific and reasonable reference for gastric cancer prognosis.
