1.Protection of the neurons and improvement of the cognitive function after transient global forebrain ischemia attack in NJS mice used batroxobin
Journal of Clinical Neurology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To observe protection of the neurons and improvement of the cognitive function after transient global forebrain ischemia attack(TIA) in NJS mice used batroxobin. Methods 56 NJS mice were divided into four groups: control group (ischemia attack group, but no using batroxobin), batroxobin group used 2 hours before ischemia attack, batroxobin group used 2 hours after ischemia attack and batroxobin used 24 hours after ischemia attack. The scores of cognitive behavior and the numbers of neuron apoptosis in CA 1 of hippocampus were estimated 72 hours after ischemia attack. Results The numbers of neuron apoptosis were fewer and the cognitive function was better in the group used batroxobin 2 hours before and after ischemia attack; the scores of the scales in the group used batroxobin 24 hours after ischemia were not different as compared with the control group. Conclusion Batroxobin can reduce the numbers of neuron apoptosis and promote the recovery of congnitive function in NJS mouse after TIA,but it should be used in the early stage after TIA.
2.Role of new emergency mode "Green track" in treatment of traffic injuries
Chinese Journal of Trauma 2010;26(7):617-619
Objective To explore the role of new emergency mode "Green track" in treatment on traffic injuries. Methods The data of 2 947 patients with traffic injuries rescued by prehospital emergency "green track" and inhospital emergency treatment from March 1998 to January 2009 were retrospectively studied in aspects of prehospital and inhospital treatment methods and their results. Results Of all patients, 2 089 patients were treated surgically and 858 patients treated conservatively, in which 2 736 patients (92.8%) were cured but 211 (7.2%) died, with mortality rate of 7.2%. Head, face and limbs were the main injury parts. Of all, 1 874 patients (63.6% ) were admitted into the hospital within one hour after injury. Conclusions The new emergency mode "Green track" , either prehospital or inhospital, can markedly improve success rate of treatment for traffic injuries, increase survival rate and is of importance to be clinically applied.
3.Predicting role of molecular gene marker in targeted therapy of non-small-cell lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2008;20(5):295-298
After many targeted drugs have entered into the treatment guideline or all stage clinical trial of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), many researchers undertake deep investigation on the role of molecular gene marker in targeted therapy of NSCLC. It is a good outset that mutation detection of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene direct the selection of EFGR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKI). To choose individualized therapy regimens according to molecular gene marker will be the important research direction, but also be the critical measure to improve the management level of NSCLC and prolong patient"s survival. Accompanied with deep investigation of targeted therapy, there will be more molecular gene markers to direct the formulation of individualized therapy regimens.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2009;18(5):454-455
Objective To explore the accuracy of college students' social cognition of their acquaintances' personalities, and the differences in accuracy between male and female students. Methods 84 participants were tested with Big Five Inventory to evaluate their acquaintances' personalities, while their acquaintances were tested to evaluate their own personalities. Results In the female group, a correlation between the participants' perceptions of their acquaintances and the acquaintances' self-perception turned out to be significant in dimension of extroversion(r=0.564,P<0.01) and in openness(r=0.508,P<0.01);however, in dimensions of neuroticism, extroversion and conscientiousness, significant differences were found (21.20±3.95 vs 24.76±5.01,t=4.254,P<0.01;27.33±5.36 vs 25.42±5.53,t=2.519,P<0.05; 30.76±5.18 vs 28.51±4.85, t=2.384,P<0.05);In the male group, correlation only existed in extroversion (r=0.404,P<0.05); in dimensions of extroversion and conscientiousness, differences were significant (28.28±5.21 vs 25.90±5.10,t=2.646,P<0.05;30.75±5.37 vs 28.18±5.81,t=2.315,P<0.05). Conclusions The accuracy of college students' social cognition of their acquaintances' personalities varies both in personality dimensions and in gender; students tend to evaluate their acquaintances' personalities as those which will conform to social expectancy or be of a benefit to their acquaintances.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To detect circulating autoantibodies to melanocytes in patients with vitiligo and its relationship to disease activity and subtypes. Methods IgG autoantibodies to melanocyte surface antigens were measured in sera from 334 patients with vitiligo and 50 normal individuals using a live cell enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay. Results Anti melanocyte IgG antibody was present in 67% of patients(165/250) with active non segmental vitiligo, 30.3% of patients(10/33) with inactive non segmental vitiligo, 40.54% of patients(23/51) with active segmental vitiligo and 21.42% of patients with inactive segmental vitiligo (3/14). The autoantibody levels were significantly higher in patients with active non segmental vitiligo and active segmental vitiligo than those with inactive disease or normal individuals. Conclusion Autoimmune mechanism may play an important role in both non segmental and segmental vitiligo.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(48):7825-7830
BACKGROUND:Interbody fusion is widely used in spine surgeries. Failed fusion may cause many complications, so it is very important to evaluate fusion before surgery. Imaging methods are commonly used to evaluate fusion, including X ray, CT and MRI. Above methods have their own specific methods and characteristics, which cause their differences in sensibility and specificity. OBJECTIVE:To review the research progress of imaging methods in interbody fusion. METHODS:The English key words were“lambar fusion, cervical fusion, interbody fusion, evaluation method”in the PubMed database. The literatures with detailed description of interbody fusion were selected for further review, including comparative study on a variety of evaluation methods of imaging means. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, a total of 40 papers were included. X-ray and CT are the most commonly used methods, while CT is more reliable. MRI, bone scan and other methods cannot correctly and directly evaluate spinal fusion. Overal judgment of symptoms, signs and different kinds of image data are more reasonable fusion evaluation strategies.

Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To evaluate facial nerve decompression for Bell’s paralysis. METHODS The reports of facial nerve decompression for Bell’s paralysis were searched in PubMed and CHKD(China hospital knowledge database). Then an include criteria was made, and all the cases included were analyzed all together. The efficiency of different kinds of decompressions and time was discussed, while the steroid therapy was used as the control. RESULTS Five articles were include after search, in these reports there were 147 patients treated by surgery and 105 patients by steroid. The general rate of complete facial nerve recovery by decompression was 57.10 %, and 48.90 % by steroid therapy. The rate of complete recovery of facial nerve was 90.70 % if all segment decompression was done within 14 days after facial nerve paralysis, and it will decrease to 25.00 % if the surgery was done during 15 to 30 days after facial nerve paralysis. If the decompression was done during 15-30 days after facial nerve paralysis, the general recovery rate of mastoid and horizontal segment decompression was 45.70 %, but the all segments decompression was 25.00%. CONCLUSION Facial nerve decompression should be done within 14 days after facial nerve paralysis, the surgery done after 14 days will not improve facial nerve recovery. Till now there are no evidence can prove that all segment decompression be better than mastoid and horizontal segment decompression for Bell's palsy.
