Selected mainly were acupoints in the adjacent areas and along the meridians, assisted by ashi points. Fengmen (BL 12), Geshu (BL 17) and Xuehai (SP 10) were selected for migratory arthralgia;Shenshu (BL 23) and Guanyuan (CV 4) for cold-aggravated arthralgia; Pishu (BL 20), Zusanli (ST 36)and Yinlingquan (SP 9) for damp arthralgia; Dazhui (GV 14) and Quchi (LI 11) for heat-induced arthralgia. Acupuncture in combination with far infra-red radiation was performed.76 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated and 74 cases with herb therapy as control. The result showed that there was statistically significant difference in curative effect between the 2 groups, χ 2=10.18, P＜ 0.01, indicating that the curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Statistics showed that there was no significant difference in curative effect among the 4 syndromic types, namely migratory arthralgia, cold-aggravated arthralgia, damp-induced arthralgia and heat-induced arthralgia. But there was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the above 4 syndromic types and deficiency-type arthralgia, indicating that the curative effect in deficiency-type arthralgia was worst.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy ofacupuncture plus Tuina therapy in treating supraspinatus tendinitis.Methods:One hundred patients with supraspinatus tendinitis were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 50 cases was treated with acupuncture plus Tuina therapy and the control group of 50 cases,with simple acupuncture.Treatment was given once daily,10 times as a course.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two courses oftreatment.Results:The total efficacy rate was 96.0%in the treatment group and 74.0%in the control group.x2 test showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus Tuina therapy is superior to simple acupuncture in treating supraspinatus tendinitis.

Objective:To investigate the effect of miR-26b on the invasion and migration of lung cancer cell and to explore its mechanism.Methods:qPCR was used to detect the expression of miR-26b in lung cancer.Luciferase reporter gene was used to detect interaction between miR-26b and hENT1.Transwell assay was used to detect invasion ability after treatment of miR-26b mimics.Scratch assay was used to detect migration ability after treatment of miR-26b mimics.The expressions of hENT1,ROCK-I and RhoA were detected by Western blot.The changes of cytoskeleton after miR-26b mimics treatment with phalloidin were observed.The effect of miR-26b mimics on the tumor size and volume of lung cancer was determined by subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice.Results:MiR-26b expression was significantly reduced in lung cancer.With the progress of lung cancer,the expression of miR-26b was reduced.With the progress in differentiation of lung cancer,the expression of miR-26b was decreased.Decrease of miR-26b was associated with lung cancer lymph node metastasis.HENT1 was the direct target of miR-26b;miR-26b regulated the invasion and migration ability of human lung carcinoma A549 cells.MiR-26b regulated the expression of hENT1,ROCK-1 and RhoA.After the treatment with miR-26b mimics,the F-actin staining was significantly reduced,whereas the formation of wrinkles and the formation of pseudopodia were significantly reduced.Subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice showed that miR-26b mimics treatment significantly reduced the tumor size and mass.Conclusion:MiR-26b plays a role in tumor suppression in lung cancer.miR-26b can regulate the invasion and migration ability of lung carcinoma A549 cells by targeting hENT1 depending on the RhoA/ROCK-1 pathway.

AIM: To observe the anti-apoptosis effect of liraglutide on the islet through microRNA-375 (miR-375) for providing additional pharmacodynamic evidence for its clinical application.METHODS: For in vivo study, C57BL/KsJ-db/m mice aged 8 weeks served as normal control group.A total of 40 male genetically diabetic C57BL/KsJ-db/db mice at the same age were randomly divided into diabetic control group (the db/db mice were injected subcutaneous-ly with equivalent amount of saline) and liraglutide group (the db/db mice were injected subcutaneously with liraglutide at dose of 300 μg? kg-1? d-1 ).After 8 weeks of administration, body weight (BW) was measured and blood was collected for detection of fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting blood insulin (FINS), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C).Before sacrifice, intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IPGTT) and insulin tolerance test (ITT) were conducted.The histopathological features in the islet tissue were examined with HE staining.The apoptosis in the islet tissue was detected by TUNEL staining.The protein levels of caspase-3, Bcl-2 and Bax were deter-mined by Western blot.The level of miR-375 in the islet tissue was detected by qPCR.For in vitro study, the MIN-6 cells were cultured and divided into control group (incubated with equivalent amount of solvent), miR-375 mimic group and miR-375 mimic +liraglutide group.The cell viability was examined by MTT assay.The protein levels of caspase-3, Bcl-2
and Bax were detected by Western blot.RESULTS: In the in vivo study, compared with control group, the levels of BW, FBG, FINS, TC, TG and LDL-C were decreased significantly in liraglutide group.The islet apoptosis was reduced by the administration of liraglutide.The expression of Bcl-2 was up-regulated significantly, while the protein levels of caspase-3 and Bax were down-regulated significantly in liraglutide group.The level of miR-375 was decreased significantly.In the in vitro study, the cell viability was decreased in miR-375 mimic group and increased in miR-375 mimic +liraglutide group. Moreover, the expression of Bcl-2 was decreased and the protein levels of caspase-3 and Bax were increased with the incu-bation of miR-375 mimic, while the expression of Bcl-2 was increased and the protein levels of caspase-3 and Bax were de-creased with the co-incubation of miR-375 mimic and liraglutide.CONCLUSION: Liraglutide attenuates islet apotosis, and the mechanism may be associated with its effects of reducing the elevated level of miR-375 in islet tissues.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for government in making control policy for tourist' drugstores.METHODS:The basic information,training information and the outcome of the training of 243 employees working in tourist' drugstores in Zhangjiajie were investigated by questionnaire survey.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The basic quality of employees working in tourist drugstores in Zhangjiajie is low,and they have a strong wish for training incited by "base pay plus royalty" and they believe that they can gain a lot benefits from the training.It is advisable to strengthen training among the employees involved in pharmacy,conduct the training after subdividing the employees' needs and work out teaching materials tailored to the characteristics of different people.

Objective To investigate the clinical features and risk factors of cytomegalovirus (CMV)infection in AIDS patients.Methods A total of 471 AIDS patients,including 173 with CMV infection and 298 without CMV infection were enrolled from Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from June 2015 to August 2016.Multivariate Logistic regression was performed to analyze the risk factors for AIDS patients infected with CMV.Results Among 173 patients co-infected with CMV,103 (59.54%)were diagnosed as CMV viremia,70(40.46%)were CMV end-organ diseases (EOD),in which CMV pneumonia (n =33)and CMV retinitis (n =22)were the most frequent diseases.Univariate analysis showed that sexual transmission,low CD4 +T lymphocyte counts,first visit,tuberculosis,pneumococcal pneumonia (PCP), long hospital stay and septicemia were risk factors of cytomegalovirus infection among patients with AIDS (P <0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that CD4 +T lymphocyte <50 cells/μL (OR =3.897,95%CI 2.354-6.453),concomitant tuberculosis(OR =4.619,95%CI 2.501 -8.529),PCP (OR =4.062,95%CI 2.345-7.038),sepsis (OR =2.553,95%CI 1 .098-5.936)were independent risk factors for CMV infection,while antiretroviral therapy (OR =0.559,95%CI 0.342-0.912)was a protective factor.Conclusions Hospitalized AIDS patients have a high incidence of CMV infection which has a tendency to induce multiple organ damage,and relevant risk factors should be avoid to accentuate disease as much as possible.

OBJECTIVE To assess the current status of nosocomial infection and antibiotics utilization of the hospital.METHODS The hospital infection rate was investigated,by means of prevalence survey and investigation of bed-side and cases records.RESULTS Of the 1620 surveyed cases,the prevalence rate was 5.49% and the case prevalence rate 5.93%.And the top three infected sites were the lower respiratory tract,upper respiratory tract and urinary tract(48.88%,13.54% and 10.42%,respectively).The total number of antibiotic use was 599 case-times.The incidence of antibiotic use was 36.9%.Of 322 cases,53.76% was intended for active treatment,and 34.56% for preventive regimen.CONCLUSIONS It is necessary to strengthen management of hospital infection and the management of clinical antibiotic usage in some wards.
