Objective To evaluate the statues of P-selectin and chang of D-dimer in vivo in patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)and to observe how to vary under interneving of medicines.Methods P-selectin and D-dimer of fourty patients and twenty normal subjects were fluo-rescencelabled with its corresponding monoclonal antibodies by flow cytometry(FCM)and immune method respectively.Results In the early stage,P-selectin and D-dimer of patients with DVT is higher than that in normals,and they significantly decreased in different time after patients were treated.Compared with patients who were used on-sodium ozagrel,patients used sodium ozagrel have different P-selectin(P＜0.05),but D-dimer was similar(P＞0.05)after fourteen days.One month later,P-selectin and D-dimer of DVT patients were lower.However,the positive rate of P-selectin of DVT was still higher than normal subjects.Conclusions The platelet has been actived in vivo in patients with DVT,so do fibrinolysis.Sodium ozagrel can decrease the action of platelet.P-selectin and D-dimmer may be used in diagnose.Post-discharge patients are still high-risk group and must be followed-up regularly.

Objective To observe the effects of fasudil hydrochloride injections on the levels of endothdin(ET)-1,nitric oxide(NO)in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH),and analyze,its mechanisms in preventing cerebral vasospasm(CVS).Method Sixty SAH cases were randomly divided into fasudil group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).On 2nd and 10th day after in hospital,the speed of cerebral blood flow was measured by transeranial Doppier(TCD),and the levels of ET-1,NO in plasma and CSF were measured by radio-immunity.Results The incidence of CVS in fasudil group were significantly less than those in control group[6.67%(2/30)vs 36.67%(11/30),P<0.05].On the 10th day,the levels of ET-1 in plasma and CSF in fasudil group were signitlcandy lower than those in control group[(118.23±14.56)ng/L vs(132.26±15.18)ng/L,(138.23±16.58)ng/L vs (156.24±17.54)ng/L ](P<0.05),the levels of NO were significantly higher than those in control group [(88.25±15.54)μmol/L vs(70.26±14.86)μmol/L,(104.27±16.52)μmol/L vs(92.43 ±12.51)±mol/L](P<0.05).But there were no significant difference on the 2nd day(P>0.05).Conclusion Fasudil can reduce CVS in patients with SAH by lowering the levels of ET-1 and increasing the levels of NO in plasma and CSF.

Objective To investigate the effect of exercise on calcium modulin in myocardial sarcoplasmic re-ticulum of animal type 1 diabetes model in rat. Methods A total of 40 Spragne-Dawley rats were randomly dividedinto 4 groups : a normal control group, an exercise training group, a diabetes group and a diabetes plus exercise-traininggroup. At the end of 4- week-exercise training after the establishment of the diabetes model by intraperitoncal injectionof sterptozotocin, the animals were sacrificed and the level of blood glucose, insulin, blood fat and glycosylated serumprotein were tested. The gene expression of calcium modulin proteins was measured by reverse transcription-polymerasechain reaction, and the Western blotting technique was used to measure the protein of sarcoplasmic endoplasmic reticu-lure Ca<'2+> -ATPase (SERCA2) and phaspholamban (PLB). Results The level of biochemical indicator of exercisegroup is not affected when comparing with that of the control group, but significantly changed in diabetic group ( P <0. 01 ) ; The level of blood glucose, insulin, blood fat and glycosylated serum protein were ameliorated in diabetic rats inthe exercise training group. No significant changes in mRNA level of SERCA2, PLB and ryanodine receptor type 2(RYR2) were observed between control and diabetic group, the same to protein expression of SERCA2 and PLB. Butexpression of calcium modulin mRNA was significantly increased in exercise group and diabetic rats in the exercisetraining group comparing with that of the control and diabetic groups ( P < 0.01 ), the same to protein expression ofSERCA2 and PLB. Conclusion Exercise exerted good protective effects on the myocardial injury with 1 type diabetesrat, which might attribute to the upregnlated expression of SERCA2, PLB and RYR2 in diabetic rat heart.

Disorders of sex development (DSD) is a complex disease that involves multiple traditional professional disciplines.Multidisciplinary team(MDT) mode is a particularly advantageous treatment mode that has been developed in recent years for the diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases.This article is based on the analysis of research progress at home and abroad about DSD and MDT,and the latest advances application of MDT treatment try for DSD,probe into how to establish a DSD-MDT treatment mode in theory preliminarily.

The surveillance of schistosomiasis in Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province from 2004 to 2008 showed that the achievements of schistosomiasis control in local were consolidated.

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of 16-detector row computed tomography coronary angiography in detection of hemodynamically relevant stenosis(≥50%) of the coronary artery. Methods Twenty-six patients undergoing both multi-detector row CT and conventional coronary angiography were included in this retrospective study. CT scan were obtained with collimation of 16 and rotation time of 500 ms. Retrospective electrocardiographic(ECG) gating was used for image reconstrution. The stenosis degree was detected with axial scanning and three-dimensional reformation. Results With the results of conventional coronary angiography as golden standard, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predicted value and negative predicted value of the CT angiography in detection of hemodynamically relevant stenosis(≥50%) were 90.0%, 95.5%, 94.7%, 77.6%, and 98.2% respectively. Conclusion Sixteen-detector row computed tomography coronary angiography has high clinical value with evaluating hemodynamically relevant stenosis(≥50%) of coronary artery,and could be a significant guide for diagnosis and therapy of coronary heart disease.

Objective:To preliminarily explore the synthesis of a quercetin derivative 3′,4′,5,7-four-(O-methoxy carbonyl meth-yl) quercetin and its pharmacological activities. Methods:Quercetin as the reactant and N,N-dimethyl-formamide ( DMF) as the sol-vent, the target product 3′,4′,5,7-four-(O-methoxy carbonyl methyl) quercetin was obtained by the slow addition of methyl chloroace-tate in the presence of anhydrous K2 CO3 to introduce ether bond at 3′,4′,5,7- bit. The structure was characterized by LC-MS, 1 H-NMR and element analysis. The nanoemulsion of the product was prepared using a film dispersion method, and with intraperitoneal in-jection, the effect on pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia cardiovascular system in rats was observed. Results:3′,4′,5,7-Four-(O-methoxy carbonyl methyl) quercetin was successfully synthesized, and could be metastasized to a demethylation product containing dis-tal free carboxyl with increased polarity proved by metabolic tests in vitro. The results of electrocardiogram and animal experiments showed that the compound had improving effects on pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia in rats. Conclusion: The nanoemulsion of 3′,4′,5,7-four-(O-methoxy carbonyl methyl) quercetin with intraperitoneal injection shows significant antagonism against pituitrin-in-duced myocardial ischemia in rats.

Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway has a close relationship with cancer and is abnormally activated in many human cancers. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the third most common cause of cancer-related death worldwide, but the molecular mechanisms of HCC are still poorly understood. Current studies indicate that Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays a key role in the development and progression of HCC. Validating the role and mechanism of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in HCC will provide a theoretical basis for early diagnosis and treatment of HCC. In this review, we summarize the role of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in HCC and the progress of current researches.
