International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2008;16(9):707-709
Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9 is closely correlated with the pathophysiological processes of cerebral edema, inflammatory reaction and apoptosis after intracerebral hemorrhage. As a specific brain-derived protein, the different levels of S100B may present different physiological and pathological effects. Its concentration can reflect the degree of central nervous system damage. This article reviews the action mechanisms of MMP-9 and S100B in intracerebrai hemorrhage.
2.Study on pathogenesis for in-stent restenosis
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
In-stent restenosis after interventional treatment remains an unsolved and important clinical problem. The proliferation and migration of arterial smooth muscle cells are key events frequently followed by vascular restenosis after angioplasty and continuous inflammation may also be the other important factor for the restenosis after stenting. Study of the pathogenesis of restenosis may find some potentially novel therapeutic pathways for attenuating in-stent restenosis.

Journal of Medical Research 2017;46(6):68-70,143
Objective To determine the influence of Fe2O3 coloring method to the mechanical and transparency parameter of dental zirconia. Methods Presintered zirconia blocks were coverd with zirconia powder blended with different ratio of Fe2O3,then sintered to 1450℃.Mechanical property and transparency parameter were calculated. Results The L* value was in the range from 64.91 to 90.94.The a* value was in the range from 1.27 to 12.70.The b* value was in the range from 1.02 to 38.66.There was no significant difference (P > 0.05) of the flexural strength and in each group with the increase of Fe2O3.Conclusion This method produced dental zirconia specimens with light yellow to amber brown colors with the increase of Fe2O3 and no significant influence of mechanical property and transparency.

Objective · To explore the clinical application value of hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endometrium (TCRE) combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (Mirena) in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods · A total of 112 cases of adenomyosis patients were divided randomly into the combination group and Mirena group. The combination group (56 cases) was treated by TCRE endometrium endometrial resection, assisted Mirena treatment after operation. Mirena group (56 cases) was treated by Mirena only. The follow-up lasted 36 months after treatment, including measures of the volumes of menstrual bleeding, hemoglobin levels, dysmenorrhea scores, uterine volume, serum CA125 levels and incidences of complications. Results · The median follow-up duration was 42 months, and the three-year follow-up rate was 73.21% for the combination group and 50% for the Mirena group. After surgery, the volumes of menstrual bleeding of patients in 3-36 months decreased significantly, with an increase in hemoglobin level and a decrease in serum CA215 level and dysmenorrhea scores. Compared with their situations before surgery, the difference was significant (P<0.05). A comparison of uterine volume before and after surgery showed that there is a significant decrease in the uterine volume in both groups in6-12 months after surgery (P<0.05).Twenty-four months after surgery, it shows thatthe combination group has a much more significant decrease in uterine volume [(171.3±34.8) mm3] than Mirena group [(213.7±38.6) mm3] (P<0.05). The hysterectomy rate in Mirena group was significantly higher than that in the combination group (12.50% vs 5.36%); the ring expulsion rate was 16.07% in Mirena group and 5.36% in the combination group, and the break through bleeding happeningrate was 8.93% in Mirena group and 3.57% in the combination group. After 36 months an irregular small amount of vaginal bleeding rate was 62.25% in Mirena group, while it was only 12.50% in the combination group. There was significant differencewhen comparing above indices between two groups (P<0.05). There was no obvious differences in most common side effects of both groups. Conclusion · HysteroscopicTCRE combined with Mirena reduces significantly the irregular menstrual bleeding caused by merely applying Mirena. It has a prominent clinical efficacy and can be an effective approach in treatment of adenomyosis.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2016;30(2):98-100
OBJECTIVE:
To study the feasibility and the generalizability of the Remote fitting models of hearing AIDS from primary hospitals.
METHOD:
we comparative analyzed the speech recognition scores and satisfaction of 45 cases with traditional hearing AID fitting and with a hearing aid remote test respectively.
RESULT:
45 cases were analyzed in each group, including traditional hearing AID fitting model and remote test, and 35 recovered in traditional fitting model group, and the recovery rate was 77.8%; Remote fitting model rehabilitation 42 cases, recovery rate was 93.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). In 6 weekend wear hearing AIDS, traditional fitting model of speech recognition rate increased by 19.40% on average, the average distance fitting model speech recognition rate increases by 27.47%, the average distance fitting model than traditional fitting the speech recognition rate increased significantly more (8.07%). Effect of hearing aid international questionnaire results suggest: 45 cases using traditional model fitting hearing AIDS patients, 33 cases (73.3%) satisfaction, 12 cases (26.7%) patients after use. Remote and 45 cases of using hearing AIDS fitting model, satisfied with 40 cases (88.9%), 5 cases (11.1%) patients after use.
CONCLUSION
the curative effect and the satisfaction of remote fitting models of hearing AIDS on hearing impairment are better than that in patients with traditional fitting models. Therefore it is more worthy of clinical application especially in basic level hospitals.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(11):1295-1298
Objective To analyse the stress distribution of distal-extension removable partial dentures supported by mini implants. Methods The finite element analysis models of conventional removable partial dentures ( CRPD) and mini implants supported removable partial dentures (ISRPD) were established by modular denture model. The stress distribution of abutments and supporting tissues was compared by finite element analysis software Abaqus 6.5.Results Under vertical loading, the stress of abutment teeth, mucosa of edentulous region and alveolar bone of ISRPD model was lower than that of CRPD model. Under oblique loading, the stress of each part of CRPD model and alveolar bone of ISRPD model significantly increased, while that of abutment teeth and parodontium of ISPRD model decreased. Conclusion The distal-extension removable partial dentures supported by mini implants work well in protecting the abutments and supporting tissues.

Objective To analyse the stress distribution of precision attachment dentures used in distal-extension edentulous cases. Methods The finite element models of conventional removable partial dentures and precision attachment dentures were established by modular denture model, and the models of precision attachment dentures were established with 4┬4 as one abutment or 43┬34 as two abutments. The stress distribution of abutments and supporting tissues was compared by finite element analysis software Abaqus 6.5.Results Under vertical loading or oblique loading, the stress of abutments and supporting tissues from attachment dentures with two abutments was significantly lower than that from attachment dentures with one abutment. The stress of conventional removable partial dentures significantly increased under oblique loading. Conclusion It is reasonable for the design of attachment dentures with two abutments for mandibular distal-extension edentulous cases.
