Due to the increasing use of hepatoeytes,the demand of hepatoeytes is increasing consistently in basic clinical research.The application of rational and efficient method of hepatoeyte isolation is a prereq-uisite for its application.At present,there are many methods of hepatoeyte isolation.This review summarizes the latest progress on them.

Many applications of wireless sensor networks can benefit from fine-grained localization. In this paper, we proposed an accurate, distributed localization method based on the time difference between radio signal and sound wave. In a trilateration, each node adaptively chooses a neighborhood of sensors and updates its position estimate with trilateration, and then passes this update to neighboring sensors. Application examples demonstrate that the proposed method is more robust and accurate in localizing node than the previous proposals and it can achieve comparable results using much fewer anchor nodes than the previous methods.

Objective To investigate incision pathogenic bacteria after spinal surgery, and observe clinical effects of therapeutic methods. Methods A total of 30 cases of early surgical incision infection (7 cases of superficial infection and 23 cases of deep infection) after spinal surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The basic data including clinical manifes-tations, diagnosis, treatment, etiology and follow-up results were analyzed. Results It was found that the mean infection time after operation was 2-15 days in 30 patients. Thirty-three strains were isolated including 18 gram-positive cocci (54.5%, and Staphylococcus aureus account for 13, 39.4%), 15 gram-negative bacteria (45.5%, and Coli communior account for 6, 18.2%). The drug susceptibility test showed that gram-positive cocci were highly sensitive to vancomycin, rifampin, tei-coplanin and cotrimoxazole. No vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus were found. Gram negative bacteria were high-ly sensitive to imipenem (100%). Seven cases of superficial infection were cured after dressing. Twenty-three cases of deep incision wound infection were no recurrence of infection after treatment by deep wound debridement, and postoperative cathe-terization. Conclusion The early wound infection after spinal surgery is usually due to Staphylococcus aureus. It is good to perform wound debridement, continuous perfusion drainage, and treatment with vancomycin for deep wound infection.

This article explores the possible influencing factor and regular pattern of temperature rise induced by photo-thermal effect of gold nanorods when irradiated with near infrared region (NIR) laser. We used transmission electron microscope and UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer to characterize gold nanorods, then used 808 nm NIR laser with different power to irradiate the gold nanorods in different conditions and measured the temperature of the above solution. The higher the concentration of gold nanorods, the faster the temperature rose and the bigger its amplitude was. When the concentration of gold nanorods was fixed, the relation between power of laser and amplitude of temperature rise was linear. Temperature rise was also related to the shape of container. It could be concluded that amplitude of temperature rise of gold nanorods reaction system was related with concentration of the particles, irradiated power and shape of the container, so that we could control the temperature easily by regulating the irradiated power size of NIR laser in the experiments.

Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of radioactive 125I seed implantation in treating recurrent cervical lymphatic metastases after radiotherapy. Methods During the period from Aug. 2011 to July 2012, 17 patients with recurrent cervical lymphatic metastases who had received radiotherapy before were admitted to authors’ hospital. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 23 metastatic lymph nodes were detected in the 17 patients. Brachytherapy treatment planning system (TPS) was used to formulate the number, activity and distribution of radioactive 125I seeds. The radioactive activity was 0.3 - 0.8 mCi (1.30 × 107- 2.96 × 107 Bq), and the matched peripheral dose (MPD) was 60 - 120 Gy. Guided by ultrasound and CT radioactive 125I seeds were implanted under local anesthesia. CT scanning was performed within 24 hours after the procedure. Postoperative D90 was (81.4 ± 2.1) Gy. CT examination was employed every two months to determine the tumor size and to record the complications. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months. The 6-month local control rate was 65.2%. The control rates (CR+PR) for<4 cm (n=10) and>4 cm (n=13) lymph nodes were 90%and 46%respectively, the difference between the two was statistically significant (P = 0.038). No significant difference existed between the control rate (CR + PR) and the un-control rate (SD + PD) for each lymph node group at cervical Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ grade Ⅱ was seen in 8 cases and grade Ⅰ in 7 cases. No severe complications occurred. Conclusion For the treatment of recurrent cervical lymphatic metastases after radiotherapy, radioactive 125I seed implantation is effective and mini-invasive with fewer complications. This technique is more suitable for < 4 cm solitary metastatic lymph node with clear border.

Objective To explore the dosimetric effects of the same number and activity of radioactive 125I seeds in different plane arrangements. Methods Simulated 9 distribution modes using 9 125I seeds were designed by three- dimensional treatment planning system (3D- TPS), and the isodose curves of 60 Gy, 80Gy, 130 Gy, 145 Gy and 200 Gy were obtained. The areas enclosed by the isodose curves, the longer and shorter radius of these isodose curves and the medical cost per unit area were calculated with the professional image analysis software. Results Obvious differences in areas enclosed by the isodose curves, the longer and shorter radius of these isodose curves and the medical cost per unit area existed between each other among the nine different distribution modes of 9 125I seeds. The distribution modes that had the maximum areas enclosed by 60 Gy, 80 Gy, 130 Gy, 145 Gy and 200 Gy isodose curves were x1.5y1.5, x1y1.5, x1y1, x1y1 and x0.5y1, respectively, with the corresponding areas of 1 583.86 mm2, 1 146.03 mm2, 768.30 mm2, 621.85 mm2 and 480.97 mm2, respectively. Conclusion The peripheral dose and the therapeutic efficacy are significantly influenced by the arrangement of 125I seeds when the same number and activity of the seeds are used. The dose distributions are more homogeneous when the maximum areas enclosed by the isodose curves are obtained.

Diabetic ulcer (DU), one of the common and serious complications in patients with diabetes mellitus, often leads to infection, necrosis and amputation, and has a long and costly treatment period. Because of DU's unclear healing mechanism and the difficulty of delayed healing, its treatment and management have been a major challenge in clinical medicine. In recent years, the potential role of mitochondrial autophagy in DU has become a research hotspot with the in-depth study of mitochondrial autophagy mechanism. Previous studies have shown that mitochondrial autophagy is an important intracellular self-repair mechanism that plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular health and functional stability. During the development of DU, mitochondrial autophagy plays multiple roles in attenuating oxidative stress and inflammatory responses, maintaining mitochondrial functional homeostasis, influencing cell proliferation and repair capacity during DU healing, promoting DU healing, and enhancing antimicrobial capacity. In this paper, we illustrate the multiple roles played by mitochondrial autophagy in DU prevention and treatment, as well as the potential applications of mitochondrial autophagy in DU therapy. It is expected to provide a basis for the clinical application of mitochondrial autophagy in DU treatment, and provide more effective strategies and solutions for the treatment of DU.

Objective To study the effective dose and precaution time of the irradiation of the close contact from the radiators who underwent implantation of radioactive 125Ⅰ seeds so as to guide scientifically people how to avoid radiation damage.Methods Twenty patients with different types of cancer underwent implantation of radioactive 125Ⅰ seeds with the median value of implantation depth of 2.16 cm.Within 24hs after the operations the dose rates 30 cm and 100 cm from the skin were measured with pocket-size radiometer so as to imitate the situations of the close contacts.The effective doses and precaution times of different persons were calculated according to relevant formula.Results The dose rate a person received at the same time points (1,54,78,and 109 d,respectively) decreased along with the increase of the distance from the skin (t =5.962,5.961,5.961,5.962,P ＜ 0.05).and the dose rate a person received at the same distance from the skin decreased along with the extension of time (30 cm:t =6.236,6.236,6.235,P＜0.05;100 cm:t=7.310,7.315,7.314,P＜0.05).At different time points,the dose rates at 30 cm distance point were all significant higher than those at the 100 cm point (P ＜0.05).The adult living together,minors and pregnant women sharing the room,colleagues,adults who slept together with the patients began to reach the 50％ dose constraint values 0,54,78 and 109 days after the operation.Conclusions After their precaution time,it's safe to contact with the patients for the groups;otherwise,it's necessary to take some protect works within the precaution time.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and efficacy of endoscopy treatment for isolated gastric varices 1 with tissue glue and metal clips. Metheds The clinical date of 21 patients who treated tissue glue and metal clips were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2015 to Dec 2016. Results The treatments were completed successfully and reviewed by endoscopy after 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months. The gastric varices were reduced, and the serious complications of bleeding, embolism were little. Conclusion The endoscopy treatment for isolated gastric varices 1 with tissue glue and metal clips is contributed to clinical effect, and the treatment provides a reference for clinical treatment.

Objective To study the morphology and characteristics of the popliteal tibial nerve and measure relevant structural parameters of the peroneal nerve passing round the fibular head and neck by 3D(three-dimensional)MR advantage sequences,and provide valuable image information for basic research and clinical work.Methods Thirty-six left knee joints of healthy volunteers were scanned using 3D MR sequences,including 3D-FS-CUBE,3D-FS-SPGR.The anatomical features in MR imaging were observed by two doctors.The different level axis section areas of the popliteal tibial nerve were measured by reconstructed 3D MR advantage sequences.The coronal/sagittal diameters and the angle of the fibular head and neck(peroneal tunnel)were also measured and compared.SPSS 19.0 software was used for further statistical analysis.Results Optimum visual rates of the knee nerve of 3D-FS-CUBE,3D-FS-SPGR sequences were 25%,89%(P<0.01).Axial section of the tibial nerve of the popliteal space was as following:top level(Tn1,tibial nerve)(19.3 ± 1.02)mm2,midpoint level(Tn2)(23.6 ± 2.24)mm2,supracondylar level(Tn3)(29.1 ± 3.39)mm2.Coronal and sagittal diameters of the fibular head were(19.8 ± 2.95)mm,(19.7 ± 4.2)mm,and coronal and sagittal diameters of the fibular neck were(12.7 ± 3.1)mm, (13.6 ± 2.5)mm,respectively.The angle between the head and neck was 164°± 6.5°.Conclusion 3D-FS-SPGR sequence is the advantage sequence for displaying the knee nerves.The diameters of the popliteal tibial nerves gradually thicken from Tn 1 to Tn3.The structural measurements of the fibula head and neck have certain significance for fundamental research or prevention and treatment of common peroneal nerve entrapment.
