Aim To investigate the effects of anti-morphine vaccines on pharmacological actions of morphine in mice.Methods Morphine-6-succinyl and morphine were conjugated respectively with Blue Carrier(BC) in the presence of carbodi-imide.After being immunized with both vaccines(M-BC,M-6-S-BC),the withdrawal syndrome and the abirritation were observed in mice.Results The withdrawal syndrome of the immune mice with M-6-S-BC and M-BC vaccines were reduced markedly compared with the model group,the skipping times were decreased and the latency was longer(P
2.Clinical study of effectiveness of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia

Objective To evaluate effectiveness of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 126 cases of trigeminal neuralgia were operated on by microvascular decompression via suboccipital retrosigmoid approach. It was found that nerves were compressed by vessels nerves in 122 cases. Cotton of Teflon was implanted between oppressive trigeminal nerve roots and vessels by minimally invasive surgery. Results 113 of 126 cases were followed up postoperatively for (1~9)years. Pain disappeared or died down in 110 cases. The total effective rate was 97.3%(110/113). Conclusions Microvascular decompression is effective treatment for trigeminal neuralgia.
3.Study on the Relation of Glycyrrhizic Glycoside on Hepatitis B Virus Replication in Vitro

OBJECTIVE:To study the relation of glycyrrhizic glycoside on hepatitis B virus(HBV)replication in vitro.METHODS:2.2.15cell line was used and treated with glycyrrhizic glycoside,the contents of HBsAg and HBeAg in the su?pernatant of cell culture with different concentrations of glycyrrhizic glycoside were quantified.RESULTS:The inhibitory rates of glycyrrhizic glycoside on HBsAg were83.8%,71.0%,62.1%,52.0%and29.7%respectively at the concentrations of800,400,200,100and50?g/ml respectively.CONCLUSION:Glycyrrhizic glycoside does not promote HBV replication in vitro experiment.
4.Optimization of whole-cell biocatalysis for phenylacetyl- 7-aminodeacetoxycephalosporanic acid production.

Cephalosporins are widely used antibiotics owing to their broad activity spectra and low toxicity. Many of these medically important compounds are made chemically from 7-aminodeacetoxycephalosporanic acid. At present, this intermediate is made by synthetic ring-expansion of the inexpensive penicillin G to form G-7-ADCA, followed by enzymatic removal of the side chain to obtain 7-ADCA. The chemical synthetic process is expensive, complicated and environmentally unfriendly. Environmentally compatible enzymatic process is favorable compared with chemical synthesis. In our previous research, metabolic engineered Escherichia coli strain (H7/PG15) was constructed and used as whole-cell biocatalyst for the production of G-7-ADC with penicillin G as substrate. The whole-cell biocatalysis was studied by single factor experiment, including the composition of substrates and the conversion conditions (OD600, pH, concentration of penicillin G, MOPS, glucose, time and FeSO4). After optimization, 15 mmol/L of G-7-ADCA was obtained. The process is convenient, efficient and economic. This work would facilitate the industrial manufacturing and further product research.

5.Application of low-dose radiation protocols in survey CT scans

A certain amount of image noise is increased in low-dese protocols, but image quality is still acceptable without problem in CT localization. The reduction of radiation dose and the radiation harm to patients are the superiority.
6.Evaluation on the Identification and Counting of Nucleated Red Blood Cells by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer

Objective To evaluate the identification and counting effeciency of nucleated red blood cells by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer. Methods Accurancy: nucleated red blood cells were counted from 38 specimens by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer and compared with the number counted under microscopy. Precision: 3 specimens with different values were counted for the nucleated red blood cells 10 times by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer and compared with the number counted under microscopy. The CV(% ) value was estimated.Results There was insignificant difference between the results obtained from Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer and those under microscopy. In the T-test, P >0.05, r=0.9893(P< 0.01).CV(% ) were 8.1% and 15.8% . It means that the Sysmex XE-2100 is more precise in analyzing the nucleated red blood cells than that under microscopy. Conclusion The nucleated red blood cells count by Sysmex XE-2100 is accurate and fast to obtain clinical data.

9.Association between HBV infection and HLA-DPB1 gene in population of Guangzhou Chinese

AIM: To investigate the association between HBV infection and HLA-DPB1 gene in population of Guangzhou Chinese. METHODS: 58 unrelated patients (test positive of HbsAg,HBeAg,HbcAb) and 75 unrelated healthy control individuals were typed by sequencing based typing (SBT) method in their HLA-DPB1 gene. RESULTS: The phenotype frequencies of HLA-DPB1 alleles of patients and control have no significant difference. CONCLUSION: These results indicate that there is no association between HLA-DPB1 gene and HBV infection.

Objective To investigate the mutation screening of the GJB3,GJB2,mtDNA 1555 A>G and SLC26A4 gene in Hainan Pronive population with non-syndromic hearing impairment.Methods PCR were performed with one pair of primer in the coding sequence of GJB3,GJB2,mtDNA 1555 A>G and SLC26A4 gene.Bidirectional sequencing of PCR products was subsequently applied in 429 patients with hearing loss.Results 55 patients gene mutation of 429 patients were found. The point mutation in mtDNA was found in 5 patients (1.1 7%).1 5 5 5 A>G mutation of mtDNA was found in 4 patients. 1494 C>T mutation of mtDNA was found in one patients.GJB2 gene mutation was found in 25 patients (5.83%).235 del C mutation of GJB2 gene was found in 9 patients.235 del C/GJB2 299 del AT mutation was found in two patients.235 del C mutation was found in 10 patients.176 del 16 mutation was found in 4 patients.SLC26A4 mutation was found in 22 patients (5.13%).IVS7-2 A>G mutation of SLC26A4 was found in 4 patients.2168 A>G mutation of SLC26A4 was found in one patient.IVS7-2 A>G mutation was found in 12 patients.2168 A>G mutation was found in 5 patients.538 C>T mutation of GJB3 gene was found in 3 patient.IVS7-2A>G mutation and 2168 A>G muation of SLC26A4 gene was found in 4 of 22 EVA patients.Conclusion GJB2 gene and SLC26A4 gene have revealed responsible genes for Hainan deafness patients.
