It is common in bacterial genomes of the integration of prophages. As an important participant of the vital movement of their hosts, prophages affect closely the biological properties of the hosts. Therefore, if we want to comprehend a bacterial genome fully, it is essential to recognize and understand accurately prophages in it. This article is a compendious review about the classification, distribution, identification, evolution of prophages and the interaction with their hosts.

A flow-injection chemiluminescence ( FI-CL ) reaction system with diperiodatoargentateⅢ was developed for the determination of hydrocortisone in human serum. The weak chemiluminescence signal from the reaction between DPA and sulfuric acid system can be greatly enhanced in the presence of hydrocortisone. The optimal conditions of the CL system were 1. 0 mol/L H2SO4, 2. 5×10-4 mol/L diperiodatoargentateⅢ, and flow rate of 4. 20 mL/min. Under the optimal conditions, the CL intensity was linearly to the concentration of hydrocortisone from 3 . 0 × 10-10 g/mL to 1 . 0 × 10-7 g/mL and the detection limit was 2 . 2 × 10-10 g/mL ( 3σ) . The relative standard deviation ( RSD ) was 0 . 6% ( n =11 ) for 5 . 0 × 10-8 g/mL hydrocortisone solution. The proposed method was successfully applied to the direct determination of hydrocortisone in serum samples with the recoveries of 93 . 0%-110 . 0%, and the relative standard deviations were 0 . 3%-3 . 2%. The possible chemiluminescence mechanism was investigated by measuring fluorescence spectra and UV-vis absorption spectra of the system.

Objective To promote the successful treatments of massive hemoptysis by summarizing the clinical data of 14 patients receiving surgery.Methods 14 cases of massive hemoptysis were retrospectively analysed,Eight male and 6 femal,aged 27-64 (45 ± 18) years including the application of CT,bronchoscopy and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).Results 14 patients received preoerative bronchoscopy and emergency operation.In addition,hymoptysis had not occurred after the surgery in these cases.Conclusion The standardized clinical pathways for massive hemoptysis and the application of preoerative bronchoscopy is essential for emergency treatment of massive hemoptysis.

Bronchiectasis combined with pulmonary carcinoma in situ is very rare condition.This study reported four cases and reviewed some literatures.The data of 66 cases treated from August 2012 to October 2013,whose initial diagnoses as bronchiectases were analysed.Four cases were diagnosed postoperatively as bronchiectasis with pulmonary carcinoma in situ after sugery,accounted for 6％ of surgical patients for bronchiectasis.Bronchiectasis has the risk of combined with pulmonary carcinoma in situ,this should be brought to the attention.

Objective To investigate the effect on the menstrual patterns and sexual quality of life of patients with adenomyosis after treated with Mirena IUD.Methods56 patients with adenomyosis who were treated with Mirena IUD were recruited from August 2009 to December 2009.We used Menstrual blood loss chart method,Dysmenorrhea score method and Brief Index of Sexual Function for Women (BISF-W) to evaluate the menstrual pattern,the volume of uterus and sexual quality after1,3,6,9,12 months.{Results53 patients were followed up,the rate was 94.6%.The condition of 56 patients became better after treated with Mirena for 3,6,9,12 months,dysmenorrhea[Placed before:(3.15±0.91)points;After placing:(1.41±0.51)points,(0.22±0.09)points,(0.07±0.01)points,0 points]and menstrual quantity[Placed before:(12.0±57.5)points;After placing:(71±23.1)points,(29±19.4)points,(18±10.5)points,(10±4.7)points]were both reduced(P＜0.05),the symptoms were not significantly improved after 1 month(P＞0.05).D2 indicators was significantly improved after 3 months of treatment (P＜0.05),sexual function was also improved after 6 months(P＜0.05～0.01).ConclusionsMirena IUD has a good effect on the menstrual pattern and sexual function for patients with adenomyosis.

Through mechanical analisis,it is discovered that the twined structure decides the amplification coefficient of the catgut tension.Many troubles of production can be explained with this mechanics model,and it could be used as a reference for medical sulures. 　　The paper gives an accurate calculating formular for catgut design and its direct tensile strength through improving mechanics model. It can raise the material strength from 10 to over 31% depending on its twined structure.

Objective To make a concrete analysis of micro-perfusion pump and compatible syringes used in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for low birth weight infants,and to find solutions to the defects in application.Methods 20 ml sterile syringes were set different infusion rates (1ml/h,5ml/h,6ml/h,10ml/h),different infusion time (5min,30min,lh).Then,the card slot on the micro-perfusion pump where the end of 20ml sterile syringe was placed was regulated.The regulated syringes were also set different infusion rates (5ml/h,6ml/h,l0ml/h) and time as before.The error accuracy was calculated.Results The results showed that at the end stage of 20ml sterile syringes pumping,there was always 0.5～1.5 ml residual liquid which could not be pumped out,but perfusion pump displayed injection was completed.Before regulation,the error accuracy between different infusion rates of 20ml sterile syringes was 6.00％,3.80％,2.33％,1.30％ respectively.However,after improvement,the regulated syringes could completely pump all liquid out,and the error accuracy between different infusion rates and different infusion time was also superior to pre-improvement.Conclusions Improved micro-infusion pump and sterile solution prefilled syringe have no drug residual,and display high accuracy and small error accuracy.

Objective To evaluate the protective effect of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) against interleukin (IL)-17-induced injury to keratinocytes,and to explore its mechanism.Methods Some cultured HaCaT cells were divided into 3 groups to be treated with IL-17 alone at concentrations of 50,70,90 μg/L,respectively,with those receiving no treatment as the blank control group.Some HaCaT cells were divided into 5 groups:IL-17 group treated with 90 μg/L IL-17 alone,IL-17 + EGCG group treated with 90 μg/L IL-17 and 60 μmol/L EGCG,IL-17 + SP600125 group treated with 90 μg/L IL-17 and SP600125 (a JAK signaling pathway inhibitor),IL-17+ EGCG + anisomycin group treated with 90μg/L IL-17,60xmol/L EGCG and anisomycin (a Janus kinase signaling pathway activator),and blank control group receiving no treatment.After different durations of treatment,CCK-8 assay was performed to evaluate cellular proliferative activity,flow cytometry to detect cell apoptosis,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to measure expression levels of IL-6,IL-23 and IL-8,and Western-blot analysis to determine protein expressions of c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and phosphorylated JNK (P-JNK).Results IL-17 promoted cellular proliferation of HaCaT cells,and the proliferation rate,which was correlated with the concentration of IL-17,reached the maximum in the 90-μg/L IL-17 group (P ＜ 0.05).EGCG at 60 μmol/L significantly inhibited cellular proliferation of,promoted apoptosis in,and reduced IL-6,IL-23 and IL-8 expressions in,HaCaT cells induced by 90 μg/L IL-17 (all P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the IL-17 group,the IL-17 + EGCG group and IL-17 + SP600125 group both showed significantly decreased P-JNK expression,cell proliferation rate and IL-6,IL-23 and IL-8 expression levels (all P ＜ 0.05).However,compared with the IL-17 + EGCG group,the IL-17 + EGCG + anisomycin group showed significantly increased protein expression of P-JNK,cell proliferation rate and IL-6,IL-23 and IL-8 expression levels (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion EGCG protected against IL-17-induced injury to HaCaT cells,such as abnormal cell proliferation,apoptosis and inflammatory response,likely by inhibiting the JNK signaling pathway.

Since the 1990s, studies on intemet addiction and mobile phone addiction have been concerned.Of which, internet addiction refers to internet surfing via personal computers, and mobile phone addiction is usually set within the phone calls and sending short message.In recent years, the time and frequency people using mobile phones have been increasing rapidly with the popularity of smart phone and the development of mobile Internet.Some severe cases show an excessive use of mobile phone, even dependent or addictive symptoms.These results in a variety of physical, psychological and social problems of the individuals.However, today's mobile phone dependence or addiction is beyond the scope of calling and texting, but more on the use of the network function.So it needs to redefine this behavior addiction and its criteria by combining both internet addiction and cell phone addiction.It is named as mobile internet addiction.The definition would help to study the mechanism of the development of mobile internet addiction, and provide theoretical foundations for developing effective intervention strategies.

Objective To explore the influence of core competence evaluation on continuing education of training nurses in operation room.Methods Questionnaires were administered to 42 training nurses by using the registered nurse core competence scale (CIRN) in operation room.Results The level of core competence of training nurses in operation room was medium (3.25 ± 0.45).Legal and ethical practice dimension of scores was the highest (3.55 ± 0.63).The single average of clinical nursing dimension was the advanced lowest (3.11 ± 0.54).The nurses self identity was the core influencing factors by multiple stepwise regression analysis in regression.Conclusions The core competence of training nurses in operation room is on the middle level,The focus is to improve the ability of clinical nursing in continuing education.To give more attention and support in self identity of the operation room training nurses,and to provide the scientific basis for the training plan and specialist training for them,in order to promote the continuing education projects of training nurses.
