Objective:To study the influence of r-tPA and urokinase in curative effect and thrombolysis time on patients with acute and severe pulmonary embolism after interventional thrombectomy .Methods:After reviewing and analyzing the clinical data of 19 acute and severe pulmonary embolism patients , we classified them into two groups in accordance with the application of r-tPA and urokinase to compare the changes of their heart rate , blood pressure , pulmonary arterial pressure , arterial partial pressure of oxygen and hemachrome before and after thrombolysis , as well as the thrombolysis effect time the two groups took. Results: The heart rate, blood pressure, pulmonary arterial pressure , arterial partial pressure of oxygen of the patients in both groups gained remarkable improvement after operation ( P<0 .05 );the pulmonary arterial pressure of the r-tPA patient group dropped but not significantly compared with that before operation ( P>0.05); the pulmonary arterial pressure of the urokinase patient group dropped significantly compared with that study before operation ( P<0.05 ); the hemachrome of both patient groups did not significantly drop after operation ( P>0 .05 );the thrombolysis effect time by adop-ting r-tPA was remarkably shorter than that caused in thrombolysis by adopting urokinase ( P<0 .05 ) . Conclusion: Both r-tPA and urokinase are effective in interventional thrombolysis for acute and severe pulmonary embolism .However , r-tPA could significantly shorten the time caused in thrombolysis without increasing any bleeding risk.

Objective To study the early expression of ca]pain Ⅱ and microtubule associated protein 2 (MAP2) mRNA in the hippocampus of the lateral fluid percussion injury rats. Methods 18 Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. The changes of Calpaln Ⅱ and MAP2 mRNA in hippocampus 3 h after injury were detected by real-time PCR. Results Compared to the control group (n = 6), the expression for Ca]pain Ⅱ mRNA increased obviously(P <0.01)in the lateral fluid percussion injury group(n=6) ,the expression for MAP2 mRNA degraded obviously(P <0.01). Compared with the lateral fluid percussion injury group(n =6) ,the expression for calpuin Ⅱ mRNA in the mild hypothermia group degraded obviously (n = 6), the expression for MAP2 mRNA increased obviously(P <0.01). Conclusion Mild hypothermia may act as neuroprotection by inhibiting the expression of Ca]pain Ⅱ and easing the degradation of cytoskeleton.

Objective To survey the urinary iodine (UI) status of school children aged from 8 to 10 in Nanchang City, and to provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling the iodine deficiency disorders (IDD). Methods From 2009 to 2012, Donghu, Xihu, Qingshanhu, Qingyunpu, Wanli, Nanchang, Xinjian, Jinxian and Anyi 9 counties (areas) were chosen in Nanchang City as monitoring areas, and five townships were selected according to the five directions as east, west, south, north and centre in each county (area), one school was selected in each township, 20 school children aged from 8 to 10 (10 males and 10 females) were chosen as respondents. Ammonium persulfate digestion-arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry (WS/T 107-2006) was used to detect UI. The monitoring data on UI of 8 to 10 years old school-age children were collected and analyzed. Results From 2009 to 2012, a total of 3 600 urine samples were collected, the median of urinary iodine (MUI) was 257.35 μg/L. In the 4 years, the MUI of school children aged from 8 to 10 was 315.30, 314.80, 262.92 and 112.73 μg/L, respectively, the MUI decreased year by year, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=631.129, P<0.05). Compared with 2009 and 2010, the proportion [15.22% (137/900), 14.67% (132/900), 25.11% (226/900), 30.22%(272/900)] of MUI of 100 -199μg/L (moderate intake) in 2011 and 2012 increased year by year; the difference was statistically significant (χ2=93.977, P< 0.05). The MUIs between different counties (areas) were statistically significant (χ2=36.520, P<0.05). The MUI of children aged 8 (280.10 μg/L), 9 (255.11 μg/L) and 10 (249.20 μg/L) decreased with increasingage (χ2 = 7.813, P < 0.05). The MUI of male students (269.70 μg/L) was higher than that of female students (247.60μg/L), the difference was statistically significant (Z = - 3.704, P < 0.01). Conclusions Iodine nutrition status of 8 to 10 years old school-age children in Nanchang City is good, iodine intake meets the body's need. It is suggested that the monitoring for UI of school-age children should be strengthened in order to prevent the potential harmful effects of inappropriate iodine intake.

Objective To investigate the endemic situation of human Toxoplasma gondii infection in Nanchang City in 2014 and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the evidence for control measures. Methods The high?risk population of T. gondii infection in Nanchang City was collected as an experiment group, and a control group was settled with the ratio of 1∶1. The serum tests and epidemiology surveys were conducted simultaneously, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The total positive rate of human T. gondii was 5.17%(124/2 400)among the whole population in Nanchang City in 2014. The positive rate was 7.50%(90/1 200)in the experiment group and 2.18%(34/1 200)in the control group, and the difference was significant(χ2=26.668,P<0.05). The results of univariate analysis indicated that different dietary habits and health habits were closely related to the infection of T. gondii(χ2=16.522,64.954,both P<0.05). The result of Logistic analysis showed that the risk factors of T. gondii infection were occupation, educational levels, raising cats, contacting animals or raw meat, and eating raw or uncooked beef. Conclusion The high risk population of T. gondii infection is the key population of the toxoplas?mosis control. Unhealthy dietary and living habits are key influencing factors of toxoplasmosis, and the related health education and surveillance work should be strengthened.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(1):45-48
OBJECTIVETo compare differences of clinical therapeutic effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion with different doses for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
METHODSSixty cases of IBS were randomly divided into a saturated-dose group (30 cases) and a traditional-dose group (30 cases). Heat-sensitive moxibustion was applied in both groups. The acupoints that had the strongest heat-sensitive feeling were selected and treated by warm and suspended moxibustion with moxa stick. Disappearance of heat-sensitive feeling was taken as the sign of treatment time in the saturated-dose group, while the traditional-dose group was treated for 15 min each time. The treatment in both groups was given twice a day for first 5 days, and from the sixth day it was given once a day for continuous 25 times, totally 30 days. Clinical symptom scores and therapeutic effect before and after treatment in two groups were observed.
RESULTSAfter the treatment, the cured and markedly effective rate was 75.0% (21/28) in the saturated-dose group, which was inferior to 44.4% (12/27) in the traditional-dose group (P < 0.05). The clinical symptom scores, including diarrhea, abdominal distension and pain, were obviously reduced in two groups compared with those before the treatment (all P < 0.05). Compared with the traditional-dose group, the symptom scores of diarrhea and abdominal distension in the saturated-dose group were obviously decreased (0.87 +/- 0.13 vs 1.27 +/- 0.21, P < 0.01; 1.12 +/- 0.41 vs 1.32 +/- 0.26, P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe moxibustion featured with disappearance of heat-sensitive feeling and saturated dose has better therapeutic effect than that with traditional-dose for treatment of IBS. As individual dynamic amount of moxibustion, disappearance of heat-sensitive and quantitation varies from person to person, which is one of the key factors to obtain the best curative effect.
