Conclusion The postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy can make the patients with radical operation to obtain the apparent benefit during the survival period .The adjuvant chemotherapy of oral capecitabine plus oxaliplatin or oral Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potas-sium after D2 radical operation may be the best scheme at present .
5.Dispute and consensus about surgical approaches and lymph nodes excisional area of esophageal carcinoma.
Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2011;14(9):667-670
Surgical approaches for esophageal carcinoma are many and varied. Minimally invasive techniques are increasingly used widely in esophagectomy as they not only ensure patients' therapeutic effects, but also reduce trauma and accelerate recovery. The lymph nodes excisional area of esophageal carcinoma is still in controversy. It is necessary to carry out further researches on selective lymph nodes excision, which can decrease complication rate and improve patients' survival in the meantime.

6.Specific expression of nucleolin in cap-stage tooth germ of mouse
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the specific expression of nucleolin in the development of cap-stage tooth germ of mouse embryo, and detect the possible biological function of nucleolin. Methods In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were performed to detect the expression of nucleolin mRNA and protein in the development of tooth germ at embryo day 15(E15).Double staining for apoptotic cells and nucleolin was employed to explore the relationship between nucleoin and apoptosis in tooth germ. Results The expression of nucleolin mRNA and protein was mainly detected in the cervical loop, inner epithelium and the underlying dental papilla. Moreover, nucleolin protein was also located in the primary enamel knot and basement membrane. It was revealed by double staining that the fluorescence images of nucleolin and the location of apoptotic cells were not overlapped. Conclusion The expression pattern of nucleolin mRNA do not completely coincide with that of nucleolin protein at the cap stage of tooth germ. The location for nucleolin protein in the basement membrane suggests that nucleolin may be involved in the reciprocal interactions between the inner epithelium and dental papilla mesenchyme, subsequently affect the morphogenesis of tooth germ.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(5):304-305
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Naoxueshu oral liquid on cerebral hemorrhage caused by hypertension. Methods140 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly dividied into two groups with a 1∶1 ratio, treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group received Naoxueshu oral liquid 30 ml daily, while that in control received Naoxuekang oral liquid 30 ml daily. The changes of score on Chinese medical integration,National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke scale and the volume of intracranial hemorrhage were evaluated before and a month after treatment.ResultsThe decrease of NIH score of patients in treatment group was (12.73±3.94),but(4.72±3.01) with the control's (t=13.5327,P<0.001). The decrease of the volume of intracranial hemorrhage of patients in treatment group was (13.28±4.17) ml,but (8.37±7.24) ml with the control's(t=4.9228,P<0.001). ConclusionComparing with Naoxuekang,Naoxueshu can accelerate absorption of hematome and ameliorate the recovery of neurological disability more efficiently.

Thioredoxin-related protein 14 (TRP14),a new member of Trx family,is a novel disulfide reductase with conservative CPDC motif. Its structure and function are comparable to Trx,which is the representative member of Trx family. However, there are many differences. When tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) induced cells to produce the active oxygen,TRP14 can change oxidatin state of dynein light chain(its substrate),act as a sensor of the intracellular redox state to regulate NF-κB signaling pathways induced by TNF-α,MAPK and apoptosis signaling pathways.
