1.Effect of exogenous sucrose on growth and active ingredient content of licorice seedlings under salt stress conditions.

Licorice seedlings were taken as experimental materials, an experiment was conducted to study the effects of exogenous sucrose on growth and active ingredient content of licorice seedlings under NaCl stress conditions. The results of this study showed that under salt stress conditions, after adding a certain concentration of exogenous sucrose, the licorice seedlings day of relative growth rate was increasing, and this stress can be a significant weakening effect, indicating that exogenous sucrose salt stress-relieving effect. The total flavonoids and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) activity were significantly increased, the exogenous sucrose can mitigated the seedling roots under salt stress, the licorice flavonoid content in the enhanced growth was largely due to the activity of PAL an increased, when the concentration of exogenous sucrose wae 10 mmol x L(-1), PAL activity reaching a maximum, when the concentration of exogenous sucrose was 15 mmol x L(-1), PAL activity turned into a downward trend, the results indicating that this mitigation has concentration effect. After applying different concentrations of exogenous sugar, the contents of liquiritin changes with the change of flavonoids content was similar. After applying different concentrations of exogenous sucrose, the content of licorice acid under salt stress was higher than the levels were not reached during salt stress, the impact of exogenous sucrose concentration gradient of licorice acid accumulation was not obvious.

Recently,the progress in employing transplanting stem cells to cure injured retina is very fast and has been continuously yielding exciting results.Various sources are used in the studies,including retina-derived cells such as M?ller cells and ciliary body cells,and non-retina-derived cells such as embryonic stem cells and brain-derived stem cells.This review briefly discusses the recent progress of these studies.
3.Effect of ascending blood formula on immune function and bone marrow suppression in patients with colon cancer chemotherapy

Objective To explore the influence of the old Chinese national match the experience of haplostele liters of blood prescription of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients with immune function and bone marrow suppression .Methods 94 cases of metastatic nodes in patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from February 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the re‐search object ,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different regimen in the treatment , with 47 cases in each group .Patients in control group was treated with conventional XELON chemotherapy ,and patients in the ob‐servation group recieved rise blood prescription treatment based on the chemotherapy in the control group .The immune function and bone marrow suppression situation in both groups were observed after two treatment cycles .Results The stable rate of the obser‐vation group was 42 .55% ,significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0 .05);the CD4+ /,CD8+ CD8+ and NK cells were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0 .05) ,while those of the control group was significantly higher than that in control group (P>0 .05);the CD4+ /,CD8+ CD8+ and CD4+ /cells were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0 .05);The incidence rate of KPS in the observation group and control group was 70 .21% ,70 .21% ,17 .02% ,14 .89% , 87 .23% ,25 .53% and 23 .40% respectively .The KPS score of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0 .05) ,and the G‐CSF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The treatment of advanced metastatic colorectal cancer patients in the course of chemotherapy to give rise to blood formula can effectively improve the patient′s immune function ,reduce the bone marrow suppression effect ,improve the quality of life ,and it is worthy of clinical application .
4.Therapeutic mechanisms of tumor necrosis factor-? monoclonal antibody on hepatopulmonary syndrome in rats

AIM: To investigate the expression of iNOS in the lung of HPS rats treated with tumor necrosis factor-? monoclonal antibody(TNF-?-McAb) and to investigate the therapeutic mechanism of TNF-?-McAb on hepatopulmonary syndrome.METHODS: Male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing(250?25)g,were randomized to sham operation group,common bile duct ligation(CBDL) group and CBDL+TNF-? McAb treatment group.Histopathological changes of the lung tissue were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin staining.The mRNA expression of iNOS in the lungs of hepatopulmonary rats was examined by RT-PCR,while the changes of iNOS in the protein level were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.RESULTS: The inflammatory responses in the CBDL rats treated with TNF-?-McAb decreased than that in CBDL group.Compared to CBDL group,the distribution of iNOS protein and the mRNA expressions in the lung tissue in TNF-?-McAb group were inhibited.CONCLUSION: TNF-?-McAb inhibits the expression of iNOS and plays a role in the treatment of HPS.
5.Monitoring on extravascular lung water in patients with septic shock and its prognostic value

Objective To analyze the alterative characteristics of the extravascular lung water (EVLW ) in the patients with septic shock and clarify its value on the prognosis of these patients.Methods By the methods of retrospective analysis,according to the ultimate survival,21 patients with septic shock were divided into survivor group (10 cases) and non-survivor group (11 cases).The clinical features of the patients were observed and hemodynamic monitoring was made with PiCCO monitor.The EVLW was measured and the relationship between the EVLW and the prognosis of patients was analyzed.Results On the first,second and third day,EVLW was (12.7 ±1.8),(11.3 ±1.3),(10.1 ±1.3) ml/kg in survivor group,and (14.4 ± 1.0),(14.6 ± 1.4),(14.6 ±1.3) ml/kg in non-survivor group respectively,and there were statistical differences between two groups (P <0.05).However,on the second day after the intensive therapy,EVLW in survivor group dropped significantly(P<0.05),but the non-survivor group only declined slightly,and compared with the result of the first day,there was no obvious difference (P >0.05).Conclusions The EVLW in the patients with septic shock increases significantly.The dynamic changes of the EVLW may be one of the factors for predicting the prognosis of patients with septic shock.
6.GATA4 Expression During Induction of the Cardiomyocyte-Like Cells Differentiation Regulated by miR-122

Objective To identify the miR-122 which regulateing GATA4 expression during the induction of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (bMSCs) differentiating into cardiomyocyte-like cells. Methods BMSCs were isolat-ed from bone marrow and induced to differentiate into cardiomyocyte-like cells using 5-azacytidine. The miR-122 which may regulate expression of GATA4 were predicted using miRanda and TargetScan softwares and identified by dual luciferase report system. The expressions of miR-122 and GATA4 were determined using q-PCR during the differentiation of bMSCs into cardiomyocyte-like cells. Results The induced cells were completely in contacted with adjoining cells and uniform in shape and aligned parallelly. Cardiac troponin I (cTnI) expression was detected by immunofluorescence cytochemistry. Using dual luciferase reporter system in vitro, miR-122 were proved to be able to effectively inhibit GATA4 expression by binding the 3′UTR of GATA4 mRNA. q-PCR results showed that the expression of miR-122 is negatively correlated with that of GATA4 mRNA transcription. Conclusion These results indicated that miR-122 regulate the expression of GATA4 during the induction of cardiomyocyte-like cells.
7.Experimental study on diagnosing the brachial plexus injury through quickly detecting the ChAT activity

Objective To explore a better method to diagnose the brachial plexus injury as pre-or post-ganglionic,which is quick,simple,quantitative,cheap and accurate.Methods Forty-five SD rats were divided randomly ino pre-or post-ganglionic brachial plexus injury models group,and the choline acetyl- transferase(CHAT)activity was detected by using the radioisotope after different days.Results The ChAT activity of two groups both fall day by day:in the pre-agnglionic group,it falls quickly,and reach 1/10 of nor- mal(675?258)cpm;in the post-ganglionic group,it falls slowly,and reach 1/2 of normal even after 90 days (4906?1119)cpm.Conclusion Intra-operative measure of ChAT can be used to differentiate pre-or post- ganglionic brachial plexus injury.
9. Effects of exogenous trehalose on growth of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seedlings and total flavonoid content under salt stress

Objective: To study the effects of exogenous trehalose on the growth and total flavonoids content of licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) seedlings under NaCl stress. Methods: Using licorice seedlings as the material, the effects of NaCl stress on physiological growth, enzyme activity, ion content, osmotic regulation and total flavonoid content of licorice seedlings were studied in this experiment, Microsoft Excel 2010 was used for data processing and analysis, and SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for data analysis of variance. Results: Trehalose (10-20 mmol/L) significantly reduced the damage of NaCl to licorice seedlings, and the effect was the best when the concentration of exogenous trehalose was 15 mmol/L. Under NaCl stress, when exogenous trehalose concentration was 15 mmol/L, the growth of licorice seedlings was the most exuberant and the growth amount increased the most, and the K+ and K+/Na+ concentrations that affected the osmotic regulation of licorice seedlings increased the most, while the concentrations of Na+ and Cl- were decreased compared with those without NaCl stress. When the concentration of exogenous trehalose was 15 mmol/L, the activity of antioxidant enzymes in licorice seedlings under NaCl stress could be improved, and the content of light and chlorophyll in plant cells under NaCl stress could be increased. When the concentration of exogenous trehalose was 15 mmol/L, the contents of soluble sugar, proline and cellular regulatory substance MDA in licorice seedlings under NaCl stress could be reduced. Conclusion: The application of exogenous trehalose with appropriate concentration under NaCl stress can promote the growth of licorice seedlings and the accumulation of effective components, reduce the harm of salt damage to the growth of licorice, and enhance the growth ability of Licorice under NaCl stress.
10. Mitigation effect of exogenous sucrose on root growth of licorice seedlings under salt stress conditions

Objective: To explore the mitigation effect of exogenous sucrose on the root growth of licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) seedlings under salt stress conditions. Methods: Licorice seedlings were taken as experimental materials, an experiment was conducted to study the effects of exogenous sucrose at different concentration on the growth and content of active ingredients, soluble sugar, proline, and activity of enzyme in licorice seedlings under NaCl stress conditions; Then to determine related indicators and analyze data by using the software SPSS 19.0. Results: This study showed that: Under salt stress conditions, after adding a certain concentration of exogenous sucrose, the relative growth rate of licorice seedlings per day was increasing, and this stress could be a significantly weakening effect, indicating that exogenous sucrose had salt stress-relieving effect. The total flavonoids and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) activity were significantly increased, the exogenous sucrose could mitigate the seedling roots under the salt stress, the licorice flavonoid content in the enhanced growth was largely, due to the activity of PAL, increased, when the concentration of exogenous sucrose was 10 mmol/L, PAL activity reaching a maximum; While the concentration of exogenous sucrose was 15 mmol/L, PAL activity turned into a downward trend, the results indicating that this mitigation had the effect depended on the concentration. After applying exogenous sucrose at different concentration, the content of licorice acid was higher than that under salt stress and reached the level without salt stress; The impact of exogenous sucrose at gradient concentration on licorice acid accumulation was not obvious. The content changes of proline and soluble sugar showed the correlation between the two. When 15 mmol/L of exogenous sucrose was applied both of them reached the controlled level; While the concentration of exogenous sucrose increasing on this basis, the contents of soluble sugar and proline in licorice seedlings were also on the rise. Compared with seedlings without salt stress treatment, the SOD and CAT activity in seedlings under the salt stress was increased; Certain concentration of exogenous sucrose could reduce the activity of SOD and CAT in seedlings under the salt stress. Conclusion: The exogenous sucrose may increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes in licorice seedlings, thereby maintaining a low level of reactive oxygen species in seedlings, and reducing the hurting degree of peroxide to cell, and improving the tolerance of licorice seedlings to the salt stress.
