Objective To investigate the expression and the roles of Angiopoietin 1(ang-1) and Angiopoietin 2(ang-2) in the endometrium of women with abnormal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods Analyzing endometrial pathological change of 1087 patients with abnormal bleeding after medical abortion in early pregnancy,and the endometrial specimens from 40 patients were randomly chosen for the study. The endometrial specimens from 20 women without abnormal bleeding after medical abortion were used as control group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2 proteins in endometria. Objective To investigate the effects of pulmonary arterial endothelium cells(PAEC) injuryed by tumor necrosis factor ? (TNF-?) on the proliferation of pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (PASMC) and the influence of heat stress response (HSR) on it .Methods Normal PAEC or PAEC endured with HSR were incubated with TNF-? at the concentrations of 500, 1000 and 2000u/ml in 1 hour, then cultured in DMEM without serum in 24 hours, the upper liquid was collected to prepare the endothelial cell-conditioned medium liquid (EC-CMⅠ or EC-CMⅡ ), in which PASMC were incubated in 24 hours as group Ⅰ or group Ⅱ respectively. The normal endothelial cell-conditioned medium liquid was also prepared to incubate PASMC in 24 hours as group Ⅲ.The PASMC were incubated without the endothelial cell-conditioned medium liquid as group Ⅳ.Flow cytometry was applied to determining the intracellular DNA content of the incubated PASMC. Objective This article is to discuss the best injection time after alcohol disinfection during the prophylactic immunization,provide theoretical support to guarantee the effect of disinfection in practical work,also guarantee the effect of vaccination especially for the vaccination of attenuated live vaccine at the same time reduce the side effect in disinfection.Methods Choosing the vaccination objects as experimental subject,each period contained 40 people,who were named as group A,B,C,D,E,with a total of 200 people.Using sterile cotton swab sampling and agar plate cultivation method,counting bacteria.Selecting vaccine either in liquid or in lyophilized form,counting the time of picking up the vaccine,dissolving it,suction and preparing the injector.Results After alcohol disinfection,there was 1 person and 1 colony growth in group A within 25 s.There were 1 person and 4 colonies growth in group B within 40 s.There were 3 persons and 3 to 12 colonies growth in group C within 60 s,there were 5 persons and 2 to 8 colonies growth in group D within 80 s,there were 8 persons and 3 to 13 colonies growth in group E within 100 s.The difference between group A,B,C and D was not statistically significant.All four groups mentioned above had significant difference compared with group E.The time of whole process for vaccine either in liquid or in lyophilized form was 1.05 min and 29 s.Conclusions During vaccine injection,especially injectable attenuated live vaccine,it is safe time to finish injecting within 25 to 45 seconds.In the operating process of vaccine inoculation,the freeting and drying dosage-form vaccine,the operation sequence must be set as dissolve the seedlings,disinfection,checkup information again and injections.For water dosage-form vaccine,the operation sequence is to disinfection,pulling out seedlings,checkup information again and injections.

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of anomalous origination of right gastric artery in interventional treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The dynamic enhanced CT scanning of the liver with a 64-slice spiral CT unit was performed in 72 HCC patients.In arterial phase,maximum intensity projection(MIP) and volume reconstruction technique(VRT) were used to observe the origin of the right gastric artery and its relationship with the hepatic artery.The findings were compared with the angiographic results.Results Of the total 72 cases,the anomalous origin of the right gastric artery was found in 43(59.8%).The anomalous origins of the right gastric artery included proper hepatic artery(n=19),left hepatic artery(n=17),gastroduodenal artery(n=4),right hepatic artery(n=2) and common hepatic artery(n=1).The results obtained from three-dimensional reconstruction were in good accordance with angiographic findings.Conclusion The anomalously originated right gastric artery most commonly originates from the left hepatic artery.Three-dimensional reconstruction obtained from the 64-slice spiral CT scans can provide the clear and reliable images of the right gastric artery,which is very helpful for the interventional procedure.

Objective To discuss the feasibility of displaying the extrahepatic feeding arteries in hepatocellular carcinoma with the help of multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction and to assess the clinical value of this technique. Methods Triple-phase enhanced CT scanning with a 64-slice spiral CT scanner was performed in 89 patients with advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Three-dimensional reconstruction techniques,including maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR),with arterial phase images,were used to display the origination and course of both the intrahepatic and extrahepatic supplying arteries of HCC. The results were compared with the angiographic findings. Results Of 59 cases with massive type HCC,extrahepatic supplying arteries were found in 33. In 21 cases of diffuse type HCC four showed extrahepatic supplying arteries,and in nine cases of nodular type HCC only one had extra-hepatic supplying arteries. The HCC could get their extrahepatic blood supply via eight pathways. A total of 44 extrahepatic supplying arteries were detected,and 19 anomalously originated hepatic arteries were found. Conclusion The extrahepatic supplying arteries in hepatocellular carcinoma are common findings and their supplying pattern are extremely varied,which may be associated with the type and location of the tumors. Three-dimensional reconstruction technique with the help of triple-phase enhanced CT scanning on a 64-slice spiral CT scanner can provide excellent images as vivid and ideal as angiography can afford. Therefore,the times of angiography examination,the use of contrast media as well as the dose of radiation to both the patients and the physicians can be reduced as far as possible. The detailed information about extrahepatic blood supply is very useful for improving the therapeutic result of HCC.

OBJECTIVE Xingnaojing injection(XNJ)is an extracts of Angong Niuhuang Pill that is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine used for the treatment of septicemia and stroke.This study aims to investigate the effect of XNJ on intestinal mucosal barrier in septicemia and intracerebral hem-orrhage(ICH)mice models.METHODS The septicemia mice models were induced by intravenous in-jection with lipopolysaccharide(20 mg·kg-1).And the ICH mice models were made by intrastriatal injec-tion of bacterial collagenase. The septicemia animals were treated intravenously with XNJ at dose of 2.5,5,10,or 15 mL·kg-1.The ICH animals were treated intravenously with XNJ at dose of 10 mL·kg-1. Thereafter, the permeability of intestinal mucosa was assayed by FITC-D method. RESULTS Com-pared with the control group(44.72±4.30),the permeability of intestinal mucosa in the mice in septice-mia group (233.68±28.18) was significantly increased (P<0.01). Treatment with XNJ at dose of 5, 10, and 15 mL·kg-1reduced the permeability of intestinal mucosa (150.45 ± 17.52,139.21 ± 17.05,132.55 ± 18.88,respectively, P<0.01)except 2.5mL·kg-1(240.71±21.42,P>0.01);Compared with sham group (57.88±7.31),the permeability of intestinal mucosa in the mice of ICH(282.25±23.78)was significantly in-creased(P<0.01). Treatment with XNJ (10 mL·kg-1)in the mice of ICH group ameliorated the change of permeability in intestinal mucosa (148.83±15.86, P<0.01). CONCLUSION XNJ exhibits the protec-tive effect on the intestinal mucosal barrier in septicemia and ICH, which will prevent the endotoxin to penetrate the intestinal mucosa and then to enter the circulation in infections and stress.
