OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of antibiotics to treat Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) infection in the clinic. METHODS:Resistant rate of PA in our hospital during 2011-2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Antibiotics use densi-ty(AUD)of 10 commonly used antibiotics were analyzed statistically, and the correlation of resistant rate with AUD was investi-gated by Spearman correlation analysis. RESULTS:One thousaud and eleven strains of PA were isolated in our hospital during 2011-2014,detection rate of PA always occupied the top 5 place. Top 3 antibiotics in the list of AUD were levofloxacin,ceftazi-dime,cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium. AUD of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium,levofloxacin,ciprofloxa-cin and meropenem were positively correlated with resistant rate of PA(r were 1.000,0.900,1.000,1.000,P<0.05). AUD of ce-foperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium were negatively correlated with resistant rate of PA(r=-0.900,P<0.05). AUD of imi-penem and cilastatin sodium, ceftazidime, gentamicin, aztreonam and amikacin had no correlation with resistant rate of PA(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:There is correlation between AUD of antibiotics and resistant rate of PA. It is of important significance to detect resistant rate of PA and the use of antibiotics regularly. Antibiotics should be selected cautiously in accordance with bacterial monitoring data, results of drug sensitivity tests, the amount and resistant rate of antibiotics, etc,in order to reduce resistant PA.

Objective:To explore the MRI features of cerebral amyloid angiopathy-related inflammation (CAA-ri).Methods:The clinical and imaging data of 12 patients with CAA-ri diagnosed in Affiliated Guizhou Aviation Industry Cor Ltd No 300 Hospital of Zunyi Medical University (9 cases), Xingyi People′s Hospital (2 cases) and Anshun people′s Hospital (1 case) from June 2013 to June 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. There were 3 females and 9 males, aged from 57 to 89 years old, with an average age of 71±10 years. The twelve patients included 5 cases with probable CAA-ri and 7 cases with possible CAA-ri. The duration of the disease ranged from 30 minutes to 2 years. One patient has ApoE ε4/ε4 gene overexpressed. All the 12 patients underwent MRI, including susceptibility weighted imaging in 12 cases, DWI in 10 cases, contrast enhanced MRI (CE-MRI) in 9 cases, MRS in 3 cases, MRA in 7 cases, and perfusion-weighted imaging in 1 case. Results:Imaging features of CAA-ri included encephalopathic, tumoral, classical cerebral amyloid angiopathy(CAA) manifestations. Twelve cases of encephalopathic manifestations showed patchy white matter hyperintensity (WMH) involving U-shaped fibers on T 2 weighted fluid-attenuated inversion recovery sequence (FLAIR), usually asymmetric, with various degree of mass effect, no diffusion restriction on DWI and no enhancement on CE-MRI. One case showed a single tumoral lesion with irregular enhancement on CE-MRI. The classic CAA findings included hemorrhagic lesions (microhemorrhage in 8 cases, lobar hemorrhage in 6 cases, subarachnoid hemorrhage in 3 cases, iron deposition on the brain surface in 7 cases) and ischemic lesions (microinfarction in 1 case, enlarged perivascular space and interlobar space in 4 cases). Follow-up showed lesions absorption and/or new lesion formation in 5 cases. Conclusions:The MRI features of CAA-ri are mainly patchy WMH involving U-shaped fibers on T 2 FLAIR, usually asymmetric, with wandering and alternating features, and inconsistency with clinical manifestations.

Objective To discuss the impact of relevant psycho-social factors on the driving adaptability. Methods A total of 870 vehicle drivers were screened out by stratified cluster sampling, and 620 drivers were finally selected for this study after eliminating those who had 1 -2 accidents. The 620 drivers were divided into accident group and non-accident group. Demographic questionnaire, life event scale, SCL-90 Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire were applied to investigate their general condition, life event, mental health and personality. All data were analyzed by t test and stepwise Fisher discriminatory, and then the discriminatory equations of driving eligibility were established. Results The scores of factors including positive life events, negative life events, family events, work events and social events in accident group were 9.62 ± 11.36, 34.53 ± 30.01, 24.05 ± 23.09, 16.78 ± 17. 12 and 2.82 ± 5.07, respectively, which were higher than 4.67 ± 6.25, 6.38 ± 10. 15, 6.48 ± 9.43, 3.96 ±6.55 and 2.02 ± 5.43 respectively in the non-accident group ( P < 0. 01 ). The total SCL-90 score and the scores of all factors in the accident group were higher than those in the non-accident group ( P <0. 01 ). The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire scores of the accident group were significantly higher than the non-accident group in N dimension ( 56. 32 ± 8.77 vs. 45.23 ± 8.06 ) and P dimension (52.22 ±10.43 vs. 48.31 ± 9.35 ) ( P < 0. 01 ). Fisher discriminatory equations: Faccident group = 0. 258 × X6 + 0.119 ×X9 +0.637 ×X17 +0.043 × X5-7.476; Fnon-accident group =0. 137 × X6-1. 000 ×X9 + 1.423 ×X17 +0.003× X5-2.601. Total discrimination accuracy of verification was 88.3%, and the total accuracy of prospective discrimination was 88.0%. Conclusions There is clear correlation of driving adaptability with coercion, anxiety, emotion and negative factors. The discriminatory equations are useful for selecting drivers because of high accuracy, and may play an important role in reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.
