Objective:To examine the relationships between acute stress disorder (ASD) symptoms,posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms and depressive symptoms in children survivors following the Lushan earthquake in China.Methods:One hundred ninety-seven children aged 1 to 14years (93 male and 104 female) were followed up at two and six weeks after Lushan earthquake.The ASDS,UCLA PTSD Reaction Index and DASS were used to measure the ASD,PTSD and depressive symptoms.Results:The average scores of ASDS and the depression subscale of DASS at two weeks after earthquake were(36.5 ± 10.9) and (3.3 ± 2.8),respectively.The average scores of UCLA PTSD Reaction Index and the depression subscale of DASS-21 at six weeks after earthquake were (18.5 ± 12.6) and (3.3 ± 3.5),respectively.The rates of ASD and PTSD were 28.6％ and 8.2％,respectively.The cross-lagged structural equation analysis with latent variables indicated that the ASD symptoms at two weeks after earthquake positively predicted PTSD symptoms (β =0.59,p ＜ 0.001) and depressive symptoms (β =0.29,p ＜0.001) at six weeks after earthquake.But there was no significant association between depressive symptoms at two weeks and PTSD symptoms at six weeks after earthquake.Conclusion:ASD symptoms in the early time postearthquake could predict subsequent PTSD and depressive symptoms,while depressive symptoms tend to remain stable within six weeks after earthquake.

Aim The kinetics of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (N-AChR) was stadied. MethodsThe saturation experiments of Torpedo electric organ N-AChR were taken with125I-?-BuTX. The results were calculated by Scatfit program. Experiments were thenperformed to study the kinetics of dissociation of ?-BuTX and nicotine from N-AChR,respectively. When their binding reached saturation, an excess of 1000 times ?-BuTX ornicotine was added. The saturation binding properties of the N-AChR extracted fromleg muscles of the 13th day chick embroys and optic lobes of the 20th day chick em-broys were studied. The results were calculated by Scatfit program. The othe experi-ments were taken to observe the competition between mcotine and 125I-?-BuTX forbinding with Torpedo, optic lobe and skeletal muscle of the chick N-AChRs. ResultsThe saturation experiments of Torpedo electric organ N-AChR resulted in a Scatchardplot of hyperbola which responded to the model of two kinds of receptor with on eli-gand.The difference of and B max between high affinity binding site and low affnitybineing site was significant. The dissaciation experiment showed that the fast dissocia-tion rate of tow ligands was 500 times more than that of the slow dissociation rate. Thisresult suggested that there may be two subtype N-AChRs.The saturation bindingproperties of N-AChR of leg muscles and optic lobe of the chick embroys revealed aScatchard plot of two kinds of N-AChR indicating a single type of site. The bindingaffinity of receptor of optic lobe was 100 times more than that of muscles. In competi-tion for Torpedo receptor by nicotine and 125I-?-BuTX, the values of IC50 were different:which suggested that two kinds of receptor sites were existent. In competition ofNicotine and 125I-?-BuTX for optic lobe and skeletal muscles of the chick N-AChR, thevalue IC50 of skeletal muscles N-AChR was 7. 7 times higher than that of optic lobe. Itindicated that two kinds of N-AChR subtype existed in the optic lobe and in theskeletal muscles of chick respectively. Conclusion N-AChR of Torpedo electric organcontains two kinds of subtype receptors. N-AChR of optic lobe of chick embroys is onesubtype receptor, and N-AChR of skeletal muscles of chick embroy is another subtypereceptor.

A certain amount of image noise is increased in low-dese protocols, but image quality is still acceptable without problem in CT localization. The reduction of radiation dose and the radiation harm to patients are the superiority.

AlM: To observe the effects of the coelomic cavity injection of triamcinolone acetonide ( TA) combined with laser photocoagulation on patients with retinal vein occlusion.
METHODS:Fifty-six patients of retinal obstruction with macular edema were accepted from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital. All patients received iodized lecithin and Xueshuantong. And, patients with central retinal vein occlusion ( CRVO ) , hemi- central retinal vein occlusion ( hemi-CRVO ) and branch retinal vein occlusion ( BRVO ) treated by TA combined with laser photocoagulation, respectively. Follow-up period was of at least 6mo
RESULTS: After the treatment of 1, 3 and 6mo, the central foveal thickness was reduced significantly ( P<0. 05). After followed up 6-12mo, the total effective rate of CRVO, Hemi-CRVO and BRVO patients was 83% ~95% and all the patients had no significant adverse reactions.
CONCLUSlON:Basing on the traditional treatment, TA combined with laser photocoagulation is more effective in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion and is worthy of clinical usage.

AIM:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Huoxiangzhengqi Oral Liquid (Herba Agastaches seu Pogostemi, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Pericarpium Arecae) and Tablet of Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi on the withdrawal symptoms from heroin. METHODS: 143 cases were randomly divided into three groups, namely control group (n=44), treating group A (n=48) and B (n=51). They were detoxified by using Lofexidine Hydrochloride Tablet (LFX) for 12d, and then, the control group took an imitate preparation, the treating group A took Huoxiangzhengqi Oral Liquid and Tablet of Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi for 60d, But group B took Huoxiangzhengqi Oral Liquid and Tablet of Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi from the time when detoxification began. And then, 10d after the two treating groups stopped taking Huoxiangzhengqi Oral Liquid and Tablet of Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi, the protracted abstinent syndromes of the three group were observed and scored for 7d. One year later, the drug re abusing case of the three groups were investigated through urinoscopy. Objective In order to know the effective of local oxygen therapy to promoting renovation of residual surface of bums wound.Methods Divided 60 patients with burns into the experimental group and the control group,there were 30 cases in the each group.Routine nursing cares were used in the control group,while the local oxygen therapy was used in the experimental group.Compare the condition of secretion of wound between the two groups.Results The wound healing time of experimental grou was(5.87±3.29)d,which significant shorten than that of in the control group,the kinds of bacteria in the control group was more than in the experimental group.Conclusions The local oxygen therapy can effective promote the healing of residual surface of bums wound,which can reduce the infection rate of bacteria.

Objective To measure the thickness of the iliotibial band(ITB)in normal adult volunteers and to evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ITB injury.Methods Ultrasonography was used to measure the thickness of the ITB in 20 normal adult volunteers,which were compared with the sonographic findings in 11 patients with iliotibial band friction syndrome(ITBFS).Results The thickness of the ITB in normal volunteers was(1.55±0.40)mm at the level of the femoral condyle and(2.05±0.30)mm at the insertions of tibial tubercle(Gerdy's tubercle).There were no significant differences between the right and left sides.In each of 11 patients with ITBFS,there was a more ITB thickness in symptomatic side than that of asymptomatic side(more than 30% in the difference between two sides).The ITB had a area of decreased echoginicity in symptomatic side.The thickened position of ITB were at insertion resion in 6 cases,at the level of femoral condyle in 3 cases and diffuse in 2 cases.Bursa fluid were found in 4 cases.Conclusions Ultrasonography can effectively evaluate the degree and range of ITB injury,and can give important information for clinical theraphy.
