Objective To explore clinical effects of laparoscopy applied in the female patients with infertility. Methods 468 cases of female infertility patients were diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy and 168 cases received follow-up survey. Results Among those infertility patients, the patients of normal pelvic cavity and the abnormal one were 49(10.47% ) and 419( 89.53% ). Among those patients of abnormal pelvic cavity .fallopian tube disease in 276 cases(65.87% ) was at the first place. The constituent ratio of endometriosis, ovary tumor, polycystic ovary, uterine myoma, female genital tract malformation and pelvic tuberculosis was 14. 80% ,5. 97% ,4. 30% ,3. 82% , 3. 34% and 1.91% .respectively. The patients of primary infertility and the secondary ones were 208 and 260 cases. In secondary infertility patients 69.23% (180/260) of patients were caused due to fallopian tube diseases, and the constituent ratio was higher than that in primary infertility 46.15% (96/208) (x2 = 14.05 ,P <0.05),while in primary infertility, the constituent ratio of endometriosis and normal pelvic cavity were 20.19% ,15.38% ,which were higher than that in secondary infertility respectively(x2 = 11. 78,11. 16, all P < 0.05). The pregnancy rate of 168 cases followed-up was 45.24% (76/168).47.37% ,84.21% pregnancy occurred within 6,12 months with laparoscopy. The shortest and longest time of pregnancy was 2 and 30 months, respectively. The median was 8months. Conclusion Laparoscopy playd an important role in diagnosis of infertility and improvement of pregnancy rate.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the relationships of electrophysiological characteristics between speech evoked auditory brainstem response (s-ABR) and auditory mismatch negativity (MMN), so as to provide more clues for the mechanism of speech cognitive behavior.
METHOD:
Thirty-three ears in 33 normal hearing adults were included in this study. Their s-ABR were recorded with speech syllables /da/ at 80 dB HL intensity. Meanwhile, two MMNs were recorded with 1 kHz frequency deviant extent and 40 dB intensity deviant extent in them. The electrophysiological characteristics of s-ABRs and MMNs, as well as the relationships of MMN latencies between s-ABR parameters including latencies in time domain, fundamental frequency(F0) and first formants(F1) in frequency domain were analyzed statistically.
RESULT:
MMN latency of frequency deviance showed a negative correlation tendency with s-ABR transient components, and it showed a positive trend with sustained components of s-ABR. While MMN latency of intensity deviance showed a positive correlation with s-ABR latency of peak V, A and D respectively, and it negatively showed a correlation with s-ABR latency of other peak s and amplitude of F0 and FI respectively. Only the s-ABR latency of peak F and MMN latency of frequency deviance, and the F0 amplitude of s-ABR and MMN latency of intensity deviance were moderate correlation statistically.
CONCLUSION
It was probably the neurons of frequency deviant MMN unmatched the characteristics of frequency with the neurons of s-ABR transient component, but well matched the characteristics of frequency with the neurons of s-ABR sustained component. Similarly, the neurons of intensity deviant MMN probably matched the characteristics of intensity with neurons of different components of s-ABR or not. These results may formed as a valuable clue for further investigation of speech perception and temporal processing abilities.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(12):-
Objective To compare effects of laparoscopic versus open anterior resection of rectal carcinoma on immune functions. Methods A total of 38 patients were given either laparoscopic(18 patients) or open(20 patients) anterior resection of rectal carcinoma from April 2004 to June 2005 in this department. The percentages of T-lymphocytes(CD_3,CD_4,and CD_8) and natural killer cells were calculated by using the flowcytometry. The levels of immunoglobins(IgG,IgA,and IgM) and complements(C_3 and C_4) were detected by using the immunonephelometry. Results In levels of T-lymphocytes,immunoglobins,and complements, there were no statistically significant differences between open and laparoscopic groups 24 and 96 hours after operation. In levels of natural killer cells,no differences were observed in laparoscopic group before and after operation(24 and 96 postoperative hours) while a significant decrease were found in open group after operation. Conclusions As compared with open surgery, laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal carcinoma has less influence on natural killer cells.

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of the lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration by CT scanning. Methods The clinical representation and CT view of 809 cases with degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to the different CT representation character, the degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc may be divided into the lumbar intervertebral disc denaturation bulge in 96 cases and the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in 713 cases. Conclusion CT scanning is a value method to diagnosing degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc.

Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the latency characteristics of speech evoked auditory brainstem response(speech-ABR)from healthy Chinese adults by different stimulation intensities and its significance in neural encoding of speech in the brainstem. METHODS ABRs to speech syllables of 32 subjects were recorded in four stimulus intensities varied from 20 to 80 dB SPL by 20 dB steps, under 11.1/s stimulus rate. A set of featured waves were determined under these intensities, and then the characteristics of their latencies were analyzed. RESULTS A series of featured waves were observed starting from onset response(including V and A waves), transitional C wave, then following frequency-following responses(FFRs), and the offset O wave. As the reduction of stimulus intensity, the latencies of speech-ABR delayed significantly(P

China Pharmacy 2005;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Antiviral oral liquid. METHODS: The determination was performed on Diamonsil C18(250mm?4.6mm,5?m). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate (6∶94) with flow rate of 1.0mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was 207nm and the column temperature was set at room temperature. RESULTS: The linear range of Ephedrine hydrochloride was 5.8~29.0?g (r=0.999 6), with average recovery at 98.13%,RSD=1.4%(n=9). CONCLUSION: This method was highly specific, sensitive and reproducible, and applicable for the quality control of Antiviral oral liquid.

Objective To explore the relationship between obese children with benign acanthosis ni-gricans and insulin-resistant and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Levels of glucose, insulin, and glucose/ insulin ratio were measured on fasting blood specimens, and anthropometric parameters including waist/hip ratio, fat mass, body fat percentage and body mass index were examined in 42 obese children with benign acanthosis nigricans, 60 cases of simple obesity and 20 healthy children controls. Glucose tolerance tests were performed in groups of obese children with benign acanthosis nigricans and simple obesity, respectively. Results Two of 42 obese children with benign acanthosis nigricans were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus. The rate of abnormal glucose tolerance and levels of blood sugar during 60 min and 120 min after glucose tolerance were significantly higher in acanthosis nigricans children than those in simple obesity (P
