This study was based on live yeast cell derivative (LYCD), which was produced by live yeast cell stressed with high temperature and H 2O 2. The results showed that pretreating of low dose(37℃and 0.2mmol/L H 2O 2) could increase the content of GSH and the activity of SOD and CAT. These pretreatment could induce the resistance to lethal concentration of H 2O 2. LYCD was produced by yeast treated with 37℃ and 0.2mmol/L H 2O 2. And it was found that the survival of yeast treated with lethal concentration of H 2O 2 obviously increased, while LYCD was added in yeast culture. It indicated that LYCD could have resistance to oxidative condition.

Health management plays an important role in the control of medical costs and in maintaining people' s health.Since the beginning of health management performance in our country, the major problems were:inadequacy of govement's support;imperfect laws;irregular marketing operation;lack of feasible health management model;controversy over long-term economic benefits;lack of awareness on health in common people and so on.To solve these problems,it is necessary to strengthen government support, and enhance people's health awareness, and explore the health management model consistent with the actual situation in China.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical and laboratory characteristics of pulmonary infection caused by Nocardia otitidiscaviarum. Methods The clinical data of a patient with pulmonary infection caused by Nocardia otitidiscaviarum were reported, and the clinical characteristics, laboratory characteristics and drug sensitivity of pulmonary infection caused by Nocardia otitidiscaviarum were summarized in combination with the relevant literature at home and abroad from January 2010 to December 2022. Results A 67-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital on June 30, 2020 because of "repeated chest tightness and shortness of breath for 3 years, aggravated cough, expectoration and fever". The sputum, alveolar lavage fluid and blood of the patient were collected for culture, and the detected pathogenic bacteria were identified. There are pathogenic bacteria growing in sputum and alveolar lavage fluid, which are identified as Nocardia otitidiscaviarum by Autof ms mass spectrometer. According to the results of pathogenic bacteria and the patient's condition, meropenem combined with compound sulfamethoxazole tablets were given anti-infection treatment, and the patient's condition improved and discharged. Conclusion The clinical manifestations and imaging features of nocardiosis are lack of specificity, and are prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Etiology is the key to disease diagnosis, and clinical examination and culture should be conducted in time.

The aim of this study is to construct specific shRNA expressing plasmids, and to observe their effects on H9c2 cardiomyocytes injury induced by hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R). RIPK1 and RIPK3 are the key kinases mediating the process of necroptosis. Using recombinant DNA technology, we inserted the synthetic shRNA into pSUPER vector to construct RIPK1-shRNA or RIPK3-shRNA plasmid respectively. We transfected H9c2 cardiomyocytes with the two shRNA plasmids respectively, before we treated them with H/R stimulation. Then, we measured the relevant genes and proteins by real-time PCR and Western blot. Meanwhile,we detected the markers of necroptosis and cardiomyocytes injury. The results showed that inhibition of ripk1 or ripk3 gene expression by its specific shRNA might protect the cardiomyocytes injury induced by H/R stimulation.

Tetradrine-tashionone II(A)-PLGA composite microspheres were prepared by the SPG membrane emulsification method, and the characterization of tetradrine-tashionone II(A) -PLGA composite microspheres were studied in this experiment. The results of IR, DSC and XRD showed that teradrine and tashionone II(A) in composite microspheres were highly dispersed in the PLGA with amorphous form. The results of tetradrine-tashionone II(A) -PLGA composite microspheres in vitro release experiment showed that the cumulative release amounts of tetradrine and tashionone II(A) were 6.44% and 3.60% in 24 h, and the cumulative release amounts of tetradrine and tashionone II(A) were 89.02% and 21.24% in 17 d. The process of drug in vitro release accorded with the model of Riger-Peppas. Tetradrine-tashionone II(A) -PLGA composite microspheres had slow-release effect, and it could significantly reduce the burst release, prolong the therapeutic time, decrease the dosage of drugs and provide a new idea and method to prepare traditional Chinese medicine compound.

Purpose To investigate the expression and significance of ArhGAP29 and E-cadherin in endometrial tissue of intrauterine adhesions (IUAs) and to explore their roles in the pathogenesis of IUAs.Methods The expression of ArhGAP29 and E-cadherin was detected by immunohistochemical PV 9000 two-step method. The correlation between ArhGAP29 and E-cadherin expression and clinical features was analyzed. Results (1) The immunoreactive score (IRS) of ArhGAP29 and E-cadherin in normal endometrial tissue were higher than those in IUAs endometrial tissue (P =0.017,P =0.004).(2) IRS of ArhGAP 29 and E-cadherin in moderate IUAs patients were higher than that in severe IUAs patients (P =0.020,P =0.026).In IUAs patients without amenorrhea, the IRS of ArhGAP29 and Ecadherin were higher (P =0.019,P =0.031) than that in IUAs patients with amenorrhea.(3) The decrease of ArhGAP29 expression had a significantly parallel relationship with the negative expression of E-cadherin (r =0.725,P < 0.001).Conclusion The expression of ArhGAP29 and E-cadherin decreases in endometrial tissue of IUAs patients, which is related with degree of IUAs severity.ArhGAP29 and E-cadherin may participate in the IUAs formation.

BACKGROUND:Occluder implantation in patients with congenital heart disease can increase in vivo platelet adhesion and aggregation, resulting in thrombosis on the occluder surface. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of the occluder on platelet function in patients with congenital heart disease undergoing transcatheter closure. METHODS: Clinical data from 124 patients with congenital heart disease undergoing transcatheter closure were retrospectively analyzed. These patients were divided into groups of atrial septal defect in 46 cases, patent ductus arteriosus in 43 cases and ventricular septal defect in 35 cases according to the types of congenital heart disease. The positive rates for peripheral blood CD62p, CD63 RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:There was no difference in the positive rates of peripheral blood CD and thrombin sensitive protein were compared before and 6 hours, 24 hours, 12 months after occluder implantation. 62p, CD63 and thrombin sensitive protein among three groups prior to occluder implantation. Up to 6 hours after occluder implantation, the expression levels of peripheral blood CD62p, CD63 and thrombin sensitive protein reached peak in the three groups, especialy in the patients with atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect, then gradualy decreased. After 12 months, the expression levels of CD62p and CD63 recovered in the patients with patent ductus arteriosus and ventricular septal defect, but stil maintained a higher level in those with atrial septal defect (P < 0.05). The expression of thrombin sensitive protein showed no difference among the three groups at different time. These findings indicate that after occluder implantation, the platelet activation is more remarkable and lasts longer in the patients with atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect, especialy in those with ventricular septal defect.
