Targeted therapies of breast cancer offer a possibility of effective and individualized therapy based on the molecular profile of the tumor.Currently there are three main types of targeted therapeutic drugs for breast cancer,the first category is the monoclonal antibody against the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) including trastuzumab,pertuzumab,lapatinib,T-DM1.The second is targeting VEGF such as bevacizumab.The last one everolimus is a mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) inhibitors.A number of trials suggest that the addition of targeted therapy to chemotherapy or endocrine therapy significantly improved PFS and OS in patients with breast cancer.

Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway regulates cell proliferation,differentiation,and takes part in the process of gene expression and cell migration.The recent researches have shown that abnormal Wnt/β-catenin signal is closely related to the development of breast cancer and other tumors.Elucidation of the relationship between Wnt/β-catenin and breast cancer can help to reveal its mechanisms and provide a new insight into breast cancer prevention and treatment.Here,we summarize the latest advances about components and mechanism of Wnt/β-catenin pathway in breast cancer as below.

Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin combined with aspirin on carotid atherosclerotic plaque and blood biochemical parameters in patients with minor stroke.Methods 120 patients with acute minor stroke were randomly divided into A group,B group and C group,40 cases in each group in 40 cases.On the basis of conventional treatment,A B,C groups,were given 10,20,40mg atorvastatin + 100mg aspirin,continuous medication for 6 months.Before and after treatment,the lipid metabolism and oxidation indexesindices,blood rheological parameters,carotid IMT and plaque area were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,TC,TG,LDL,HOMA-IR,IMT and plaque area were significantly decreased in all groups (t =12.687,3.653,10.590,3.675,all P ＜0.05),and TC,TG,LDL,HOMA-IR,IMT and plaque area of C group were significantly lower than those of A group and B group,the differences were statistically significant(F =63.315,5.987,4.876,4.354,3.657,3.887,all P ＜0.05).After treatment,fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte rigidity index and hs-CRP were significantly decreased(t =3.437,4.325,3.876,3.487,all P ＜ 0.05).And the hs-CRP of C group were was significantly lower than those that of A group and B group,the difference was statisticallysignificant(F =4.532,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with aspirin can significantly improve the carotid atherosclerotic plaque and blood biochemical parametersindexes in patients with minor stroke,and high dose atorvastatin has better effect in on patients with'carotid plaque,lipid metabolism and inflammatory reaction better effect.

Through the medium of protein transduction domain(PTD) composed by a small number of alkaline peptides, the functional proteins linked covalently with DNA, peptides, proteins or other macromolecules can across the membranes of mammalian cells, even the blood-brain barrier and transfer unconventionally that isn't like classical pathway. The distinct property of PTD that can take along fused protein entering into cells unconventionally offers a new vehicle to gene therapy for some diseases and has dulcet applied perspective.

Long non-coding RNAs are RNA transcripts longer than 200 nt without any function of coding protein,and gradually become a new focus of cancer research because of their important roles in regulating genes expression at the epigenetic,transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels.Recently,more researches show that are closely related to the occurrence of breast cancer and other tumors.Therefore,in this review,we summarize the developing understanding of LncRNAs associated with breast cancer.

Objective: To evaluate the pharmacodynamic of clematis. Methods: 1) The relaxation of isolated ileum muscle of guinea pig by clematic was tested. The antagonism of clematis on histamine or Ach induced ileum muscle contraction was tested also. 2) By using the model of turning of trunk, the pain releasing effect of clematis was evaluated. 3) The experiments about anti-inflammation action of clematis were carried out in two models. Results: Clematis relaxed the ileum muscle. It also antagonized the contraction of the muscle caused by histamine and Ach. A single intrapeditional administration of clematis to Kun-Ming mice significantly prolonged the latency and reduced the writhe number at the turning of trunk model; clematis dose-dependently inhibited the mouse ear swelling caused by xylol. It also had anti-inflammation effect at the other model. The results demonstrated that clematis could release the pain, suppress the inflammation and smooth muscle contraction.

DNA methylation is one of the most important epigenetic mechanism and molecular biological basis in tumor suppressor gene silencing.It is now well recognized that solid malignant tumors can release a significant amount of genomic DNA into systemic circulation,and with more than 90％ of this total circulating cell-free DNA derived from tumor tissue,which can reflect the overall cell heterogeneity of the tumor itself.In breast cancer,the presence of abnormally high DNA concentrations in plasma has been reported,and changes in the levels of these circulating DNA associated with tumor burden and progression have been confirmed repeatedly.Accumulating data strongly suggested that DNA methylation patterns found in circulating cell free DNA were similarly with the primary tumor,and could be a useful biomarker in early diagnosis,prognosis assessment,and recurrence monitoring for breast cancer patients.Here,we summarize the latest advances in this research field.

Objective To establish the standard for quality control ofQingyan Granule. Methods The chief components of the preparation, Sophora Tonkinensis radix et rhizoma, Adenophorae radix, Lonicera japonica caulis, and Ophiopogonis radix were identified by TLC qualitatively. The contents of licorice glycosides and glycyrrhizic acid were determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on Thermo Syncronis C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile with 0.05% phosphoric acid solution (A)-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (B), and gradient elution (0-8 min, 19%A;8-35 min, 19%→50%A). Detection wavelength was 237 nm, and flow rate was 1 mL/min.Results The spots in TLC were clear. There were spots with same color on the corresponding location of reference substance and reference herbal, negative control without interference. The linear range for licorice glycosides was 0.05-0.5μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.97%, RSD=1.74% (n=9). The linear range for glycyrrhizic acid was 0.1-2μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.74%, RSD=1.28% (n=9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, with high reproducibility, which can be used for quality control ofQingyan Granule.
