1.The relationship between the depressive symptoms and congnitive funcion of eldrly patients

Objective To analyze depressive symptoms and its relationship with cognitive function of elderly patients in mental hospital.Methods To investigate 221 cases of elderly patients aged more than 60 years old selected from Yiwu third people's hospital and were screened by Chinese version of center of epidemiological survey depression scale (CES-D) and Chinese version of mini-mental states examination (MMSE).Results (1)153 cases (69.2%) of elderly patients suffer from definite depression symptoms.(2) The depressive symptoms of elderly patients,with different age,sex,educational level,have no significant difference.(3)The depressive symptoms have relationship with their cognitive function impairment on elder patients.Conclusion Routine screening for depressive symptoms and cognitive function is necessary for elderly patient with depressive or cognitive function impairment.
3.Efficacy of different doses of rt-PA in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore different doses of recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator (rt-PA) intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction.Methods 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction were as the research subjects selected from May 2014 to May 2015 for rt-PA thrombolytic therapy, who were divided into two groups according to rt-PA thrombolytic agent dose, 65 cases in each group.Evaluated the clinical efficacy of thrombolytic therapy after treatment in accordance within 24 h intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) , symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage (SICH) , other bleeding symptoms and for 3 months after treatment the prognosis was good rate, total mortality.For pre-treatment, the degree of defect nerve function after two groups of patients were scored by NIHSS score, correlation analysis between the two groups of clinical efficacy and function of the degree of nerve defect before treatment.Results 3 months after thrombolysis total mortality in the standard dose group was significantly higher than that in the low-dose group (P<0.05) .After treatment, both groups NIHSS scores were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05); After treatment, NIHSS score 4-8 points in the proportion of low-dose group was significantly more than that in the standard dose group (P<0.05); NIHSS score 9-16 points, 17-24 points in the proportion of low-dose group were significantly less than that in the standard dose group (P<0.05).NIHSS9-16 points of patients after total mortality three months in the standard-dose group was significantly higher than that in the low-dose group (P<0.05) . Conclusion Different doses of rt-PA thrombolytic therapy in acute cerebral infarction are basically the same, and the degree of neurological deficit does not affect the efficacy, but reduce mortality in patients 3 months after low-dose rt-PA treatment, it is worth widely used in clinical practice.
4.Surgical treatment of esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma

There are a variety of surgical treatments of advanced esophagogastric junction cancer,type Ⅰ 、Ⅱ mainly by transthoracic approach,part of the type Ⅱ by transabdominal approach,type Ⅲ mainly by left thoracoabdominal approach (LTA) or transabdominal.Intraoperative lymph node dissection is one of the most important factors which affect the postoperative survival rate.The cardia right lymph node (NO.1),the cardia left lymph node (NO.2),gastric lesser curvature (NO.3) and left gastric artery side (NO.7) should do regular cleaning.
5.Determination of Phosphorus and Silicon in Edible Vegetable Oil by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

An analytical method was developed for determination of P and Si in edible vegetable oil using inductively coupled plasma-tandem mass spectrometry (ICP-MS/MS).The microwave-assisted acid digestion of vegetable oil using HNO3 + H2O2 was carried out in closed vessels.The mass spectral interferences were eliminated by O2 mass shift when promoting reaction with O2 inside the collision reaction cell (CRC), and the monitoring of P as 31P16O+ product ion significantly improved the accuracy of the analysis.H2 was added into the CRC for H2 on-mass reaction.The interferences were eliminated by the quadrupole analyzer to accurately identify 28Si+.The effects of the flow rate of O2 and H2 in ORS3 on the signal intensities and BECs of 31P16O+ and 28Si+ were investigated.The optimum O2 and H2 flow rate was determined.Under the optimized conditions, the limits of detection were 0.043 and 0.66 μg/L for 31P16O+ and 28Si+, respectively.The accuracy of the analytical method was assessed by the analysis of the standard reference materials lubricant oil (SRM 1848) from the National Institute of Standard and Technology.No significant differences were observed between the certified values and measured values.This method was used to analyze 5 kinds of edible vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil, corn oil and soybean oil) from different regions of China, and it was found that the content of P was the highest in peanut oil, and Si showed the highest content in soybean oil.
6.Preparation and clinical application of mandibular protraction appliance

Objective To design a mandibular protraction appliance and to observe its effect in the treatment of mandibular retrognathia with malocclusion of Angle class II and division I. Methods 30 cases of mandibular retrognathia with Angle class II and division I malocclusion were treated with the mandibular protraction and edgewise appliance. Cephalometric radiograph and measurement were taken before and after treatment. Statistical analysis were performed. Results After treatment, maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth were arranged in dental arch neatly. Molar relationship and overjet and overbite were returned normal. SNB, ANB angle and Co-Po, Iis-SP, Mis-SP were remarkably changed. Conclusion The mandibular protraction appliance is an orthopedic force applicance. It can effectively induce forward movement of mandible and in the meantime restrain maxillary growth. It is feasible for the treatment of mandibular retrognathia.
7.Intra-Sac Pressure Measurement of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm to Reveal The Characters of All Types of Endoleak

0 but was obviously lower than P_ sys in no endoleak. P_ sac approached P_ sys in type Ⅰ and type Ⅳ endoleaks. Some researches showed that P_ sac in type Ⅱ endoleak was higher than that in no endoleak and even approached P_ sys , however the other researches showed that P_ sac in type Ⅱ endoleak was lower than that in no endoleak. Conclusion Postoperative P_ sac dropping greatly eliminated the risk of aneurysm rupture, which symbolized the success of endovascular therapy. Even if the type Ⅰ endoleak of small size might lead to obvious elevation of P_ sac , which necessitates management. The impairment and management tactics of type Ⅱ endoleak remained equivocal, which required further study.

9.The usage of intravenous immunoglobulin in neonatal infection

Intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) contains multiple-antigen-specific IgGs and may protect the host from a wide spectrum of pathogens including but not limited to virus and bacteria.With a low IgG level, neonates, especially preterm infants are prone to infection.IVIG can rapidly increase the concentration of serum IgG level, and enhance the anti-infectious and immune-regulatory functions.It has been widely used as a common treatment against neonatal infections.However, there has been inadequate evidence to support the routine usage of IVIG.While prolonged IVIG usage may be beneficial to the extremely or very low birth weight with sepsis, the prophylactic usage of IVIG to decrease the risk of late-onset sepsis in preterm infants depends on the situation of nosocomial infections in different NICUs and the cost-effect efficiency.
10.Desflurane Anesthesia Used in Patients undergoing Intracranial Operations

Objective: To investigate the appropriateness of desflurane anesthesia used in patients undergoing intracranial operations. Methods: Sixteen patients were scheduled for removal of supratentorial mass. A radial artery catheter and a subarachanoid catheter were placed respectively prior to induetion of anesthesia. MAP, cerebrospinal pressure (CSFP), PETCO2 and HR were monitored. Anesthesia was induced with intravenous midazolan, fentanyl, propofol and vecuronium. After endotracheal intubation, anesthesia was maintained by desfurane inhalation in a concentration of 6 % (1MAC) throughout the operation. MAP, CSFP and PETCO2 were recorded before and during induction, at 20min, 30min, 40min and 50min during desflurane inhalation. Results: Compared with the baseline data recorded before anesthesia, CSFP and MAP were decreased significantly during induction. The CSFP tended to increase at 20 min after inhalation of 6 % desflurane, but remained below the baseline till 50min. MAP was decreased following inhalation of 6 % desflurane and kept relatively stable thereafter. No significnt change in HR was noted. Conclusion:Under the condition of PETCO2 28-30mmHg, 1MAC desflurane anesthesia can be used safely without any increase in ICP in patients undergoing intracranial operations.
