Objective To identify the effect of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) gene transfer on motoneurons apoptosis in anterior horn after acute spinal cord injury in adult rats.Methods Thirty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: IGF-1 group,model group and control group.The SCI models were made by cutting half spinal cord of rats on the T_8 segment by ophthalmogy scissors.Lipofectamine and recombinant plasmid pcDNA-hIGF-1 complexes were injected into the injury spinal cord by microinjector in IGF-1 group while pcDNA3.1,LipfectAmine and saline were administered in model group.The expression of IGF1 was detected by immunohistochemistry method,the apoptosis of the motoneurons in anterior horn was detected by TUNEL,and moting function of hindlimbs was evaluated by BBB locomotor scale.Results Compared with model group and control group,the expression of IGF-1 was increased significantly(P

With a high invasive ability and poor prognosis, the morbidity of pancreatic cancer is about 98%.Combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy is the primary management for locoregionally advanced pancreatic cancer, but its efficacy is limited. Results from a number of meta-analysis have confirmed that gemcitabine is associated with significantly better clinical response and one-year overall survival rates;therefore, currently gemcitabine is the standard chemotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer. Gemcitabine-based multi-drug regimens may have potentially favorable effects on patients' survival. However, evidence from phase Ⅲ clinical trials is lacking. Newer chemotherapy and targeted therapy agents are clearly needed for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.

Objective To establish a method of HPLC for determination of salidroside in Jintianquban Tablets. Methods Waters C18 column was used. The methanol-water was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 276 nm. Results For salidroside, the linear range was 0.3 456~3.456 ?g, and the average recovery rate was 100.3% with RSD=1.71%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between state trait anxiety and behavioral status in patients with sudden deafness. METHODS From April 2015 to June 2016, 140 cases of hospitalized patients with sudden hearing loss were selected as the observation group, and 140 healthy volunteers in our hospital for medical examination were selected as the control group. Average data, state trait anxiety, quality of life, and behavior survey were investigated in the two groups and correlation analysis was conducted. RESULTS The state trait anxiety score of the observation group was 51.20±4.19 points, and the control group was 34.40±3.49 points, and the state trait anxiety score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=12.949, P<0.05). The scores of physical, compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and depression in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The problem solving and help scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, while the fantasy and self accusation scores was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). In the observation group, Pearson correlation analysis shows anxiety scores were significantly correlated to the dimensions scores of quality of life, fantasy and self accusation scores(P<0.05), and were significantly negative correlated to the problem solving and help scores (P<0.05). CONCLUSION The patients with sudden deafness is accompanied by state trait anxiety and fantasy, self accusation and other bad behavior, it can seriously affect the patient's quality of life and form vicious circle, so the nursing intervention should be strengthened in clinical practice.

Objective To explore the contribution of endoplasmic reticulum stress to cardiac myocyte apoptosis in mouse congestive heart failure induced by Doxorubicin.Methods Doxorubicin (DOX)was administered intraperitoneally to rats,2 mg/kg doses over 8 weeks.Echocardiographic and hemodynamics measurements were obtained at 8 weeks after treatment.Then left ventricular (LV) samples were collected.The successfully established rats were divided into 3 groups (Fu Shen Ke Li 40 mg/kg,60 mg/kg,and 80 mg/kg).After 5 weeks post the operation,an echocardiographic was performed on all the rats under narcotism,Western blot to test the B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2),myeloid cell leukemia-1 (Mcl-1),Bcl-2-Associated X (Bax),Caspase-3,C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP),and 78-kDa glucose-regulated protein(GRP78),and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to test the mRNA expression levels of Mcl-1,and NOXA.Results The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) prompted modeling success The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),and fractional shortening (FS) have been improved in high and middle groups of Fu Shen Ke Li.Compared to the model group,higher expression levels of Bcl-2,and Mcl-1 were,lower expressions of Bax,NOXA,CHOP,and GRP78 were (P ＜ O.05) in 3 groups of Fu Shen Ke Li.Compared to the model group,there were higher mRNA expression level of Mcl-1 was,lower mRNA expression of NOXA was (P ＜ 0.05) in 3 groups of Fu Shen Ke Li.Conclusions Fu Shen Ke Li depresses endoplasmic reticulum stress,which can reduce the apoptosis of myocardial cells,and ultimately achieve the purpose of treatment of heart failure.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare temperature sensitive hydrogel which is of strength.METHODS:The hygrogel was prepared using CS,PVA and GP as matrix with concentration of CS(A),weight ratio of CS to PVA(B) and pH value(C) as factors and with initial gelatination temperature,strength and dehydration as indexes.The formula was optimized by orthogonal experiment and verified.RESULTS:The optimal formula was as follows:A 20 mg?mL-1,B 1 :1,C 7.2.The prepared hydrogel was fluid at 4 ℃ or room temperature while gelatinized at 37 ℃ within 10 min with strength of about 1.4 kPa.Gelatination time reduced along with the increase of temperature.The pH value had hardly changed during degradation in vitro within 28 d.CONCLUSION:The CS/PVA/GP hydrogel is simple and practical in preparation technique and is temperature sensitive and of strength.

Methods:Based on the recently published papers and our research results,the hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology and equip-ments were classified and summarized. Results:The hydrogen peroxide nano-fog( ultra-dry fog) sterilization technology and equipments could be used for the sterilization of space and equipments with the properties of safety, effectiveness and compatibility. Conclusion:The nano-fog( ultra-dry fog) sterilization technology and equipments exhibit broad application prospects,which is an ideal method to re-place the conventional space sterilization using formaldehyde and ozone.
