2.Clinical nursing experience of patients complicated with tuberculosis during pregnancy or puerperal state
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(3):21-23
Objective To analyze the clinical nusing care methods and effects of patients complicated with tuberculosis during pregnancy or puerperal state.Methods Clinical data of 39 cases of patients complicated with tuberculosis during pregnancy or puerperal state were retrospective analyzed.Results After comprehensive treatment and nursing care,4 cases died,others got good prognosis.Conclusions Meticulous treatment and nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients complicated with tuberculosis during pregnancy or puerperal state.For these patients,the cure rate can be improved and the recurrence rate can be reduced by choosing suitable treatment and nursing care programs,paying attention to psychological care and health education,ensuring patients taking medicine regularly.
3.The status of treatment study in angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(10):634-636
Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma(AITL) is a subtype of peripheral T-cell lymphoma,clinically characterized with systemic symptoms and aggressive behaviours. To date, the standard approach for treating patients with AITL is still unknown. Combination chemotherapy regimens have failed to significantly improve prognosis and durably maintain the remission. Targeted drugs and immunomodulator agents could not conclude the role because of the small number of patients in these studies. High dose therapy with autologous stem cell transplantation and allogeneic hematologic stem cell transplantation are both comparatively efficient.High dose therapy with autologous stem cell transplantation has many risks, such as higher relapse rate and long-term secondary tumor. Owing to higher transplant related mortality , allogeneic hematologic stem cell transplantation will be further explored. This review presents the status of treatment study in AITL.

7.Metabolic bone disease of prematurity: diagnosis and management
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2021;28(1):50-54
Metabolic bone disease(MBD) in preterm infant is a disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism that leads to a decrease in bone mineral content, resulting in clinical, biochemical, and imaging changes.It occurs mostly in very low birth weight and extremely low birth weight newborns.The clinical symptoms usually occur from 6 to 12 weeks after birth, mainly manifested as dyspnea accompanied by mechanical ventilation for a long time, rickety-like changes, and even fracture in severe cases.At present, diagnosis of MBD is characterized by biochemical markers, radiology and ultrasound.As the clinical manifestations of MBD in prematurity occur late, early screening and prevention for high-risk groups play an important role to reduce the risk of MBD.
8.Epithelial ovarian carcinoma metastatic to the brain: report on ten cases with review of literature
Ziting LI ; Shilong FU ;
Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the incidence,the diagnosis,the multimodal treatment and the relevant factors of the brain metastases in patients with epithelial ovarian carcinoma(EOC) Method The clinical data were analysed in 10 cases of brain metastases from 478 cases of EOC after treatment between 1996-2001 Results The incidence of brain metastases in EOC was 2 1% The most common manifestation of the brain metastases was headache,nausea and limb paralysis The most common metastatic sites were the cupular and occipital part of the cerebra.Seven of ten patients were treated with brain radiation and systemic chemotherapy, three abandoned The brain irradiation dosage was 30-38 Gy for only one focus in the brain lasting for 4 weeks and 40-45 Gy for two or three foci in the brain lasting for 5 weeks The overall survival after identification of brain metastases was
9.Free-sugar suspension granule of compound Saliva Miltiorrhiza
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(12):-
AIM: To select the proper excipients for granule of compound Saliva Miltiorrhiza and the preparative process. METHODS: Building up properties, solubility and resistance to humid were used as the judgement criteria, the kinds and ratio of the excipients and preparative process sieved out. RESULTS: Properere excipent combination consisted of one portion of the extract of compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza, 1.6 times dextin, 2.6% CMC Na, 1% PVP, 2.6% CMS Na. CONCLUSION: The process and its excipent combination is better than the other process of formulation.
10.Effect of dl-3n-butylphthalide on NT-proBNP levels and inflammatory cytokines of patients with acute cerebral infarction
Drug Evaluation Research 2017;40(4):513-516
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dl-3n-butylphthalide and its effect on NT-proBNP levels and inflammatory cytokines of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Total 118 patients with acute cerebral infarction in Hengshui Fifth People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Sixty patients in control group were treated with conventional medication,and 58 patients in observation group were treated with dl-3n-butylphthalide injection based on conventional medication.The NT-proBNP levels,score of neurological deficits (NIHSS),inflammatory cytokines including hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-cα (TNF-α) before and after 7 and 14 d of treatment,and adverse reaction were observed and analyzed.Results Before treatment,differences in the NT-proBNP levels,NIHSS score,hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-α between two groups were not obvious.After 7 and 14 d of treatment,NT-proBNP levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05).And after treatment for 14 d,NIHSS score in observation group were conspicuously lower than those in control group (P < 0.05).Additionally,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-α in observation group were markedly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion D1-3n-butylphthalide injection has a good ability in inhibiting NT-proBNP levels and inflammatory cytokines,and improves the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
