1.Research progress of complete mesocolic excision in treating colon cancer

Despite the continued development of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,surgery is still the first choice for the treatment of colorectal cancer.Complete mesocolic excision (CME) based on anatomy and embryology,the sharp separation is carried out along the embryonic development.A large number of clinical trials have confirmed that the operation can significantly reduce the local recurrence rate and improve survival rate.The technique may become a standardized surgery for colon cancer.To learn about the research progress of the application of complete mesocolic excision,this paper collected relevant literatures of CME for reviewing.
2.Clinical experience of ABO-diffferent liver transplantation

Objective:To explore the treatment and effect of ABO-different orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT).Methods:Fifteen cases of ABO-different OLT were analyzed retrospectively.Six cases of ABO-different but compatible OLT were treated routinely.In 9 cases of ABO-incompatible OLT,plasma exchange was done in 1 case before operation,splenectomy was done in 5 cases during operation,the hepatic artery and biliary duct anastomosis were performed by the microvascular technique.The immuno suppressive protocol included a quadruple drug therapy,and anticoagulant therapy were performed postoperation.Results:No complications were found in 6 cases of ABO-different but compatible OLT.Of the 9 cases of ABO-incompatible OLT,4 patients recovered smoothly without complications.Postoperative complications included acute rejection in 3 patients,biliary nonanastomotic stricture in 4 patients,and 3 cases died.Conclusion:The effect of ABO-different but compatible OLT is good.ABO-incompatible OLT can be used when the graft is scarce,but we should manage to decrease the complications.
3.Meta-analysis of relationship of excessive weight gain during pregnancy and the risk of macrosomia

Objective To explore the relationship between excessive gestational weight gain and the risk of macrosomia. Methods Three databases were systematically reviewed and reference lists of relevant articles from January 2001 to December 2014 were checked. Meta-analysis of published epidemiological studies (cohort and case-control studies) was done. The odds ratio (OR) was used to evaluate the relationship of excessive gestational weight gain and macrosomia delivery. Results Twelve relevant articles were included to analyze, including 4 cohort studies and 8 case-control ones. The values of OR and 95%CI of macrosomia in pregnant women with excessive and non-excessiveweight gain were 1.66 (1.49, 1.83). Conclusion The risk of macrosomia in pregnant women with excessive gestational weight gain is much higher than those with normal gestational weight gain.
4.Pharmacological studies on "BaxianJiangtang" (Ⅱ)

The ingredients of compound "Baxianjiangtang" are Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Polygoni Multiflori preparate, Rodix Astragali, Radix Ophiopogonis etc. Pharmacological tests showed that it can decrease LPO and increase the activity of SOD in blood and liver of Alloxan induced diabetic rats and mice.It also increased that phagocytosis of phagocytes of experimental anim als. It can increased tolerance to fatigue at low and high temperature conditions. According tothe above results, it can be considered as safe and effective.
5.Intervention Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Health Behavior of Elderly Patients with Hypertension in the Community

Objective To explore the intervention effect of evidence-based nursing on the health behavior of elderly hypertensive patients in the community.Methods 187 elderly hypertensive patients who were hospitalized in December 2015 and met the inclusive criteria were divided into observation group (n=93) and control group (n=94).The observation group received evidence-based nursing according to the evidence-based medical system evaluation while the control group was given regular nursing both for 6 months.The clinical efficacy of two nursing modes was observed and the differences between pre-intervention and pose-intervention and groups were recorded and analyzed with a self-designed questionnaire, drug compliance questionnaire and health behavior scale.Results In the observation group, the blood pressure was effectively controlled or reduced, treatment compliance was significantly increased and body mass index (BMI) was within the ideal range 6 months later.Scores of unhealthy behaviors such as those in living habits and mental stress were lower than those in the control group, which showed significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in activity participation between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively control the hypertension, improve the treatment compliance of the community elderly hypertension patients and help lead them to a more positive and healthier life style.
6.Analysis on the myocardial enzyme spectrum of mountain yaks, alien mountain yellow cattle and low altitude yellow cattle in Qinghai Plateau

Objective To compare the myocardial enzyme spectrum of native mountain yaks ( Bos grunniens) , alien mountain yellow cattle ( Bos taurus domestica) and low altitude yellow cattle breeding in Qinghai plateau, explove the mechanism that the native mountain yaks adapt to the plateau environment.Methods The samples were treated by cervical bleeding to death, and whole blood was collected.Then serum were prepared from whole blood.The myocardial enzymes including aspartate amino transferase, creatine kinase, creatinine kinase-MB isoenzyme, lactate dehydrogenase, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and.Results In the native mountain yaks and in the alien mountain yellow cattle, levels of AST, CK, CK-MB were significantly higher than those in the low altitude yellow cattle (P<0.05);compared with the alien mountain yellow cattle, levels of AST,CK were significantly higher than those in the native mountain yaks (P<0.05),CK-MB,LDH and HBDH were lower(P<0.05).The results suggested that under the high altitude and hypoxia environment, myocardial cell injury occurred in the alien mountain yellow cattle, thus various enzymes penetrated through the cells into the blood circulation, lead to the higher serum enzymatic levels.Conclusion The phenomenon indicates that the alien mountain yellow cattle is in a state of high altitude acclimatization.But the native mountain yaks are well adapte to the high altitude and hypoxia environment.
7.Comparisons of students in different majors on teaching status of evening college in medical uni-versity

Objective The paper focused on teaching status of evening college among different ma-jors, and tried to provide data support and suggestion for teaching reform of evening college in medical university. Method Using methods of questionnaires and interviews, the investigators analyzed five aspects of students in Peking University Health Science Center, which were the influences on study from family and work, and the evaluation on teaching, etc. The investigators entered data with Epidata 3.1 software and de-scribed it with SPSS 20.0 statistical software, with which they also did chi-square and nonparametric rank sum test. Results 38.2% (63/165) of clinical medicine students, 45.8% (27/59) of laboratory medical sci-ence students and 43.0%(71/165) of nursing students regarded hard work and limited energy as their major difficulty from jobs. Limited time for study was treated as the biggest problem for students of clinical medicine (58.2%, 96/165), laboratory medical science (46.5%, 27/58) and nursing (66.5%, 105/158). 41.9%(70/167) of clinical medicine students tended to receive traditional face-to-face teaching; 39.0%(23/59) of laboratory medical science students preferred partial face-to-face teaching with partial network teaching; while 37.2% (68/183) of nursing students tended to partial face-to-face teaching with partial self-study. 58.4%(97/166) of clinical medicine students, 55.9%(33/59) of laboratory medical science students and 64 . 8% ( 118/182 ) of nursing students preferred examination of both memorization and application . Conclusion Results showed that students in different majors presented similar opinions on teaching status, but also with a few dif-ferences. There were the same characteristics between students of clinical medicine and nursing, both with high satisfaction. While students in the laboratory medical science showed the special characteristics, with low satisfaction.
8.Therapeutic effect of felodipine combined atorvastatin on isolated systolic hypertension

Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of felodipine combined atorvastatin on aged patients with isolated systolic hypertension (ISH).Methods:A total of 176 aged ISH patients were selected from our hospital from Mar 2012 to Jan 2014. They were randomly and equally divided into felodipine group (only received felodipine and other routine therapy)and combined treatment group (received atorvastatin based on treatment of felodipine group),both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Levels of systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),pulse pressure (PP),fore brachial artery endothelium dependent diastolic-systolic function (FMD),nitric oxide (NO), high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP)and interleukin (IL)-6 were measured and compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,after treatment there were significant reductions in levels of SBP,PP,hsCRP and IL-6,and significant rise in FMD and NO level in both groups (P<0.01 all).Compared with felodipine group after treatment,there were significant reductions in levels of SBP [(134.64 ±9.64)mmHg vs.(130.86±9.75)mmHg],PP [(68.57±6.01)mmHg vs.(57.84±5.79)mmHg],hsCRP [(11.94±2.95)mg/L vs.(7.47±1.97)mg/L]and IL-6 [(10.64±3.85)mg/L vs.(5.84±3.11)mg/L],and sig- nificant rise in DBP [(72.64±7.95)mmHg比 (77.94±8.13)mmHg]and FMD [(9.75±2.56)% vs.(12.54± 4.65)%]and NO [(53.74±8.65)μmol/L vs.(86.48±6.84)μmol/L]in combined treatment group,P<0.05 or<0.01. Conclusion:Felodipine combined atorvastatin possesses good therapeutic effect in aged patients with isolated systolic hypertension.It' s help to recovering vascular function and lower inflammatory reactions.
9.Epidemiological characteristics of acute hepatitis B in Jiangxi Provincefrom 2014 to 2021

Objective :
To learn the epidemiological characteristics of acute hepatitis B in Jiangxi Province from 2014 to 2021, so as to provide insights into perfecting hepatitis B prevention and control strategy.
Methods:
Data pertaining to acute hepatitis B was collected through the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System. The temporal, spatial and population distributions of acute hepatitis B were analyzed using a descriptive epidemiological method. The trend in incidence of acute hepatitis B was analyzed using annual percent change (APC).
Results:
Totally 8 890 cases of acute hepatitis B were reported in Jiangxi Province from 2014 to 2021, with the reported incidence showing a tendency towards a decline (APC=-11.730%, P<0.05). The average annual reported incidence rate of acute hepatitis B was 2.42/105. Acute hepatitis B occurred all the year round, without obvious seasonal characteristics. The top three highest incidence rates were reported in Pingxiang City (7.12/105), Ganzhou City (3.12/105) and Fuzhou City (2.87/105). The lowest and highest incidence rates of acute hepatitis B were seen among residents aged under 10 years (0.30/105) and 20-29 years (3.86/105). The incidence rate of males was higher than that of females (3.25/105 vs. 1.55/105, P<0.05). Farmers were predominant population affected acute hepatitis B (5 764 cases, 64.84%).
Conclusions
The incidence of acute hepatitis B showed a downward trend in Jiangxi Province from 2014 to 2021, and the disease predominantly affected young males, farmers. Health education should be strengthened, and hepatitis B vaccination coverage should be promoted.
10.A study of bisphenol A and precocious puberty in 6-8 years old girls

Objective To study the relationship between bisphenol A and precocious puberty in 6-8 years girls. Meth-ods Atotal of 103 girls aged 6-8 years with precocious puberty in our Endocrine clinic from August to December 2012 were se-lected. According to the classiifcation standard of precocious puberty, girls are divided into idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) group (n=47) and permature thelarche (PT) group (n=56), 53 girls with no puberty development were chosen as control group. BPA concentrations were determined with HPLC-MS-MS, sex hormones were determined with chemiluminescence meth-od and Kisspeptin concentrations were determined with ELISA, then the differences among the three groups were compared and the relationships between bisphenol A and sex hormones and Kisspeptin were analyzed. Results The BPA relevance ratio and concentration in ICPP group were higher than those of PT group and control group (P<0.05). The peak concentration of LH and LH/FSH in ICPP group were higher than those of PT group (P<0.05). The concentration of E2 in ICPP group and PT group were higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The concentration of Kisspeptin in ICPP group was higher than that of PT group and control group (P<0.05). There were no relationship between the concentrations of bisphenol A and Kisspeptin and FSH peak con-centration (P>0.05). There were correlations between the concentrations of BPA and E2 and LH peak concentration and LH/FSH (P<0.05). Conclusions There is a certain correlation between the concentrations of BPA and ICPP.
