2.The comparative study of two kinds of position of the left trigeminal nerve root microvascular decompression
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(32):16-17
Objective To discuss the application effect of lateral prone position in the left trigeminal nerve root microvascular decompression on the degree of compression on axillary nerve and arm discomfort,in order to supply evidence for selection of a suitable position during trigeminal nerve root microvascular decompression. Methods 44 cases who underwent microvascular decompression of trigeminal nerve roots were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 22 cases in each group. They were in lateral prone position with their arms placed in different positions. The influence on arm function was observed in two groups. Results The arm feeling, response to pain, the upper limb swelling and flexibility were statistically significant between two groups. Conclusions For lateral prone position arrangements during microvascular decompression of trigeminal nerve root, the patients' head should be moved ahead, the right arm should be out of bed and be fixed in a lower position,so that nerve and functional damage can be prevented by avoiding decompression of the right upper arm.

Objective To understand the subjective perception and influential factors of critical care training in rescue nurses. Methods The same self-designed questionnaire with a total of 49 closing entries were used before and after training course to investigate the ability of critical care and prevention ability of infectious diseases in rescue nurses. Results The ability of emergency response nursing improved remarkably after rescue nurse training (t=-7.071--3.693,P<0.01). But there were several weaknesses still in existence including specialty knowledge, first aid techniques, and clinical application of biochemical indicators, psychological trauma assessment, epidemics and ECG recognition, critical
thinking, the differences were statistically significant (t=-6.736--3.286,P<0.01). Conclusions Rescue nurses training can improve the ability to take care of critical illness under emergency situations, which can ease the insufficiency of human resource for short-term.

Objective To explore the mechanism of epinephrine in down-regulating intraocular pressure. Methods The third passage bovine trabecular meshwork cells were divided into control group and epinephrine treated groups in random fashion.Different dosages of epinephrine(10-4、10-5 and 10-6mol/L) were added in cultures and incubated for 14 days.AQP1 expressions was stained by immunocytochemistry method, and the cell area was measured by computer image analytical system. Results The expressions of AQP1 and cell areas in epinephrine treated groups was significantly lower than control group(P

Objective To investigate the situation of family intimacy and adaptability, and social avoidance and distress in severe burn patients, and explore the correlation between them, so as to provide basis for intervention. Methods From January, 2013 to June, 2015, 289 patients with severe burn were surveyed with self-designed general condition questionnaire, Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES Ⅱ) and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale (SADS), and analyed with Pearson correlation analysis. Results The real family intimacy and adaptability were lower in the severe burn patients than in national norm (t>3.830, P<0.01), and the ideal family intimacy, dis-satisfied intimacy level, ideal adaptability and dissatisfied adaptability level were higher in the severe burn patients than in national norm (t>3.857, P<0.01). The SADS score was higher in the severe burn patients than in national norm. The real intimacy, real adaptability and the to-tal score of FACES II negatively correlated with the scores of SADS (P<0.05), while the levels of dissatisfied intimacy and adaptability posi-tively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion The social avoidance and distress exist in severe burn patients, which may associated with the family intimacy and adaptability, that some interventions may target to.

Objective To analyse the efficacy of hysteroscopic resection and norethisterone in abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods 38 cases of submucos myoma of uterine body,26 cases of endometrium polyps and 16 cases of complex hyperplasis of endometrium were treated with hysteroscopic resection, and all the cases take norethisterone for one month before hysteroscopic resection and go on taking norethisterone for three months after operation. All the cases were followed up with the improvement of symptoms and the chang of uterine cavity. Results All the cases were followed up for 3~18 months after operation. The efficacy of submucous myoma of uterine body was 92.10%(36/38) and that of endometrium polyps was 84.61%(22/26) and that of complex hyperplasis of endometrium was 93.75%(15/16).Conclusion The treatment of hysteroscopic resection and norethisterone in submucous myoma, endometrium polyps and complex hyperplasis has advantages of satisfied results, slight trauma, fast recovery and fewer recurrence relapse.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 1992;0(01):-
Purpose: To evaluate the significance of elective splenectomy for Hodgkin's lymphoma. Materials and Methods: Elective splenectomy, total node irradiation (TNI) and chemotherapy (COPP) were performed in 36 patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma from May, 1979 to June, 1988. Result: Spleen invasion was proved in nine of eleven patients with Stage Ⅲ B MC who had been revealed as positive by or splenomegaly before. In stage Ⅲ B patients who were treated by total node irradiation (TNI), the leucopenia was lower in patients who received splenectomy (n=14) than those of without splenectomy (n=12)(P

Objective: To study the characteristics of suicides treated in the emergency department of a large general hospital in China, so as to provide relevant data for preventing suicide. Methods:Study the records of 183 suicides in the emergency department of XuanWu hospital during Jan 1st to Dec 31 of 2004. Result:Among all suicide cases, young people (aged 20 to 29 years) were the most (81cases, 44.3%); Females (n=147) outnumbered males (n=36, f:m=4.1:1); 170 (92.8%) cases had ingested poisons, among them, 119 used hypnotics or pesticides. The mortality was 3.3% (6/183), that of males (3/36=8.33%) was much higher than that of females (3/147=2.04%); Most of suicides happened during 18 to 24 o'clock(71cases, 38.8%)(P
