miRNA is a kind of small,endogenous noncoding RNA which regulates gene expression in post-transcription level and is highly conserved and tissue-specificity,miRNA generally participates the regulation of many complicated vital process,such as cell growth,development and also plays an important role in the pathogenesis of many kinds of tumors,miR-34b is a newly discovered miRNA,which is regulated by p53,promoter methylation and so on.miR-34b can regulate cellular proliferation and apoptosis,and also involves in the generation and regulation of tumor,which suggests wide application prospect in therapy and prognosis of tumor.This review will focus on the progress of miR-34b and its relationship with tumor.

Objective To discuss the establishment of emergency management information system in area nucleus and radiation. Methods Starting with the challenge in the nucleus and radiation work, according to the demand of the whole frame of the nucleus and radiation emergency management system and combining with the characteristic of nucleus and radiation emergency, the author devised the whole frame of the nucleus and radiation emergency management system, and designed the databank and operation application system based on nucleus and radiation emergency management system. Results The author designed the emergency management information system facing area nucleus and radiation, which can provide technique support for the nucleus and radiation, such as forecast and early -warning, monitor and control, emergency command, assistant decision and so on. Conclusion Nucleus and radiation emergency is the important part of the country emergency management system. It is an important promise for the persistence development of the nucleus enterprise to build a safe and perfect nucleus and radiation emergency management system. It is also the key question to the country safety and social stability.

[Objective]To discuss a reasonable treatment for unstable intertrochanteric hip fractures in senile patients by comparing the effects of PFN fixation and hemiarthroplasty.[Method]Totally 82 intertrochanteric hip fractures in senile patients with complete clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,who were treated with hemiarthroplasty or PFN fixation from April 2005 to April 2007.Forty-six were treated with hemiarthroplasty,36 were treated with PFN fixation.All of them had multiple medical co-morbidities.According to modified Evens-Jensen classification,all of them belonged to unstable fracture.Comparison was made between the two treated groups in terms of the length of incision,operative time,the blood lost,blood transfusion during or after surgery,time for bed rest postoperatively,postoperative complications and St.Michael hip score one year after surgery.[Result]The average duration of follow-up for PFN fixation and hemiarthroplasty were 16 and 18 months respectively.Compared with the group of hemiarthroplasty,the group of PFN fixation experienced longer operation time,longer time for bed rest postoperatively,less blood lost,less blood transfusion during or after surgery,shorter incision length,and the differences between two groups had statistical significance (P0.05).[Conclusion]Both of the two methods are reasonable treatment for unstable intertrochanteric hip fractures in senile patients.

Liver blood flow was measured in normal & CCl4-intoxicated mice & rats, using the electrolysis-generated hydrogen gas method. The results showed that the intramuscular injection of 6-15/kg of ISM increased significantly the liver blood flow in normal mice & rats. In acute or chronic CCl4-intoxicated mice & rats, the liver blood was decreased but the blood flow was restored the normal level by the ISM. In addition, the protective effect against liver injury was also observed by the histological examination & electron micrographs.The above results suggest that the protective effect of ISM against CCl4-induced liver injury seems to be through increasing the liver blood flow, improving liver's microcirculation & preventing or mitgating the denaturing or necrosis of liver cells.

Objective: To study the effects of the treatment of burning mouth syndrome with millimeter wave through cave. Methods: Sixty four patients with burning mouth syndrome were divided into 2 treatment groups of millimeter wave and seal of tongue nerve. Before and after treatment the burning scope of the patients was recorded and analysed statistically. Objective To investigate the clinical significance of IL-27 in hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) in the early stage , and to compare it with alpha-fetoprotein ( AFP) in diagnostic performance .Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the serum level of IL-27 in the HCC group and control group .Receiver operator characteristic ( ROC) curve was used to ana-lyze two indicators and the logistic regression model predicted value ( PRE) was obtained .Results The study indicated the concentra-tion of IL-27 in HCC group [(364.19 ±177.55)pg/ml] was significantly higher than the control group [(255.49 ±94.33)pg/ml], the area under the curve (AUC) of IL-27 and AFP were (0.804) and (0.818), respectively.Logistic regression obtained the regres-sion model PRE that contains AFP and IL-27, with a predicted area under the ROC curve for HCC (0.901), while the diagnostic sen-sitivity (84.8%) and specificity (96.7%) were significantly higher than the capability of individual diagnosis of each indicator .Con-clusions In this study we obtained the model which can be used for clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma in future .

Fluorogenic quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR) is an emerging technique with high specificity,susceptibility,automatism and has been widely used for the detection and quantification of microorganism,some genetic diseases and cancer.The design and establishment of standard FQ-PCR laboratory are required not only by gene expansion and diagnosis but also by biosafty and veracity.The aim of the paper is to introduce the structural characteristics,instruments requirement and comfort parameters of FQ-PCR laboratory.

Objective To explore the influence of DaHuang on renal expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) in diabetes mellitus rats. Methods After the DM rat model was made, 24 DM rats were selected randomly and divided into a model group (12 DM rats) and a Rhubarb group group were given pure water in equal amount every day. 8 weeks later, kidney was cut to make pathological slice and method of SP immunohistochemistry was adopted for staining. Observed the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1. Result The renal expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the rhubarb group and the model group were obviously increased compared with the normal group (P<0.05). The renal expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the rhubarb group was obviously weaker than the normal group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rhubarb could obviously inhibit the renal expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in diabetes mellitus rats and protect kidney of diabetes mellitus rats.

ObjectiveTo study the dose and time effects of X-ray radiation on the expression of Pokemon gene and protein in human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549.MethodsA549 cells was exposed to different doses of X-ray (2,4,6 and 8 Gy),and the expression of Pokemon mRNA and protein of the cells was detected by using Quantitative real-time PCR and western-blotting at 2,4,8,12,24,and 48 h after irradiation. 3-( 4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl )-2,5-diphenyltetrazoliumbromidewasused to detectthe proliferation of A549 cells at 1,2,3,4,and 5 d after 2 Gy X-ray irradiation.The mock treated A549 cells were used as the control.ResultsThe expression of Pokemon mRNA trended to decrease after irradiated with 4,6 and 8 Gy in the earlier period and increased in the later period with statistical difference at the most time points (t =3.40 -154.76,P =0.000 -0.041 ).The expression of Pokemon protein trended to increase and reached the peak at 8 h after irradiated of 2,4,6 and 8 Gy with statistical difference at the most time points ( t =4.18 - 89.64,P =0.000 - 0.039).Compared with the control,the proliferation of A549 cells was significantly inhibited during 3 to 5 d after irradiation of 2 Gy ( t =2.34 - 18.19,P =0.000 -0.040).ConclusionsX-ray irradiation may increase the expression of Pokemon mRNA and protein in A549 cells,which might be correlated with radiation-resistance of A549 cells.

Regarding radioactive iodine-refractory failure or advanced differentiated thyroid cancer,multiple multikinase inhibitors including sorafenib and lenvatinib,which target platelet derived growth factor receptor,vascular endothelial growth factor pathway,and rearranged during transfection (RET) pathway were proved to have obvious antitumor activity.Moreover,selective BRAF inhibitor,promoting drug uptake of radioactive iodine also showed a certain therapeutic effect.These molecular targets which are relevant with differentiated thyroid cancer occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis have become of its moment,and,selective inhibitors and re-differentiation agents were shown to be promising.In the future,individual genetic testing would provide more specific information in directing individualized molecular-targeted therapy.
