Objiective To prepare pingyangmycin water-soluble wax stick and to establish its content determination method. Method The formula was optimized by orthogonal experiment and the content of pingyangmycin in wax stick was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The formula of pingyangmycin wax stick matrix was optimized as 1 g of alcohol ethoxylate and 1 g of S 40. Pingyangmycin was added when the temperature of the matrix raised to 70℃and stirred for 20 min. The linear range of pingyangmycin determined by HPLC was 34.4~172μg/mL,the regression equations was y=8298.9 x-34996(r=0.9999),and the average recovery of pingyangmycin was 102.67%(n=9). Conclusion The Preparing procedure of pingyangmycin water-soluble wax sticks is simple and stable. The HPLC method for determining the content of pingyangmycin in water-soluble wax sticks is simple, fast and accurate.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic method for and surgical effect on hilar cholangiocarcinoma. ] Methods The clinical features, diagnosis, surgical therapy and long term result were retrospectively analysed on 192 cases of hilar cholangiocarcinoma admitted into our hospital from Jan.1984 to Jun.1999Results] MRCP delineated 100%(44/44) of the hilar tumors. 153 cases underwent exploration. 88 cases treated by internal or external drainage have survived for 3~15 months. Tumor resection was performed on 53 cases, and orthotopic liver transplantation on 2 cases, with a resection rate of 36%(55/153) including radical resection in 38 cases (median survival period was 31 months). 17 cases undergoing palliative resection have a median survival period of 13 months. Conclusion MRCP was an ideal noninvasive preoperative examination for identifying hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Routine frozen section of the bile duct margin should be adopted. Radical resection definitely prolongs survival period. For Bismuth type Ⅲ、Ⅳ without extrahepatic metastasis, orthotopic liver transplantation was an effective surgical therapy.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
One kind of glycosaminoglycans (GAG) was extracted and purified from the ink of Sepiella maindroni de Rochebrune by using the procedures of trypsin and pronase digestion, ethanol precipitation and DEAE-cellulose inon-exchange chromatography. It was proved to be homogeneous by polyacrylamide gel and cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis. No protein absorption was shown in UV spectrum, but typical absorption of GAG was shown in the IR spectrum. It was identified by paper and thin layer chromatography of the acid hydrolyzate that the GAG was composed of galactosamine, glucuronic acid and fucose. The percentage content of galactosamine, glucuronic acid, fucose, sulfate and protein in the GAG was 25. 6%, 29.2%, 23.3%, 8.2% and 3. 5%, respectively.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(07):-
Objective To observe effect of Guben Xiaoliu capsule combined with FOLFOX4 regimen in treating advanced colorect cancer patients. Methods 78 advanced colorect cancer patients were randomly assigned to treatment group (38 patients) and control group (40 patients). Oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2 iv infusion for 2 hours,d1. CF 200 mg/m2 iv infusion for 2 hours followed by 5-FU 400 mg/m2 iv infusion for 22 hours,d1-2. Every two weeks was a cycle. The control group was treated by FOLFOX4 regimen, while Guben Xiaoliu capsule was added in the treatment group. Patients were evaluated after 4 cycles. Results Clinical beneficial rate (CR+PR+SD) of treatment and contral group were 76.3% and 57.5% respectively (P

Intestinal microbiota is closely related to the human health. The unhealthy state is often associated with disorders in intestinal microbiota. Intestinal microbiota modulators such as probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics, which can restore and improve intestinal microbiota balance, are thus drawing wide attention. This paper reviewed the research progress of modulators of intestinal microbiota.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective to study the factors of delaying survival of the ankle and foot which were linked with leg only by skin, fascia and tibia after all the infected and inactivated muscles and intermuscular vessels had been removed, and to study the effect of artery blood supply reconstruction to avoid the necrosis and ischemia contracture of the foot. Methods The leg was linked with ankle and foot by the tibia which was covered only by skin and fascia after all the muscles, interosseous membrance, intermuscular vessels and fibula had been removed. And then the artery blood supply for the injured limb was reconstructed by stages. Results The sense of haphalgesia, with normal temperature and color, recovered in the injured limb 7 months after operation, no contracture and deformity happened in the food muscles and joint, and the patient may smooth stand and walk with a stick freely. Conclusion The necrosis and ischemia contracture of foot was delayed by reticular collateral circulation among skin, deep and superficial fascia and tibia of the injured limb, although the blood supply was very little after all the muscles and intermuscular vessels had been removed because of infection and necrosis. Finally the injured limb was reserved successfully by artery blood supply reconstruction. The clinical effect was satisfactory.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To study the characteristics of toe-to-thumb transplantation in a group of infants who completely lacked the thumb. The mean age was 24.6 months, and the youngest was 10 months old,The operative technique and rehabilitation were studied. Methods In two infants with Ⅲ-Ⅳ? defects of the thumb together with multiple injuries of fingers, the wounds were debrided and toe-to-thumb transplantation was done later. In case 3 Ⅲ? defect of the thumb together with palm injury,one-stage toe-to-thumb transplantation and the palm injury was covered with an abdominal flap were done at the same time.Considering the characteristic physiological structure of a dorsalis pedis and the first metatarsal arteries. In the infant, minimally invasive operation under 10? microscope was employed.A series of early functional exercises was given for the reconstructed thumbs. Results The reconstructed thumbs completely survived, hand function was recovered 3-6 months after the operation. With follow-up for longer than 2 years in 2 cases,it was noted that the reconstructed thumb grew consistent with the wounded hand. The appearance and function thumb were satisfactory. Conclusion Toe to thumb transference was successful in infancy, with the combined technique of minimally invasive and plastic surgery.Reconstruction of the thumbs can be completed in two stages on immediately after injury. The appearance and function can be restored.[
