Objective In order to know the operative key points of combined endoscopic nephroureterectomy. Methods Retrospective analyzed 16 patients with combined endoscopic nephroureterec-tomy, and then summarized perioperative nursing points. Results All the patients had successful operation without any complications. Conclusions Careful perioperative nursing are the guarantee for successful oper-ation, which can effective promote the rehabilitation for patients.

The PTD-NPY fusion gene derived from HIV-1 TAT protein transduction domain and rat neuropeptide Y was amplified by overlap extension PCR, digested and subcloned into yeast expression vector pPICZ alpha A to construct recombinant expression plasmid pPICZ alpha-PTD-NPY. The cloned PTD-NPY fusion gene was identified by PCR and restriction enzyme digestion and sequenced. The exact recombinant plasmid was linearized by Sac I and integrated by electrotransformation into the genome of Pichia pastoris GS115 cells. Then, these positive recombinant yeast cells were induced by 10 mL/L methanol to express soluble PTD-NPY fusion protein. After 120 h of methanol induction, the SDS-PAGE electrophoresis result indicated PTD-NPY fusion protein was efficiently secreted into the medium. Western blotting analysis proved that the expressed fusion protein had specific NPY binding activity. The successful expression of PTD-NPY fusion protein in Pichia pastoris provided basis for its further application study.

Objective To evaluate the effect of early intervention in preschool children anxiety. Methods Children with Spence anxiety preschool scale score≥48 points were randomly divided into the intervention group and monitor group. The parents of children in intervention group were educated with a total of 6 collective curriculum of children's anxiety management, while the monitor group were followed up only. All the children were evaluated by scale on the third month, sixth month, one year and one and a half years respectively, and then the differences of the two groups were compared. Results The average score of the intervention group decreased continuously on the third month, sixth month, one year and one and a half years, and the differences of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early short-term education for parents can relieve their preschool children's anxiety effectively with long term effect.
