The report of ultrastructure of dog ovarian follicle wall has not been seen yet. This investigation was made on 5 adult dogs in the estrus stage of the cycle and examined with electron microscope. There are granular cells, fibroblasts and secretory cells in the ovarian follicle wall, The typical smooth muscle cell is absent.

Objective To build the index about the training effect of oncology specialist nurse and test the reliability and validity.Methods By consulting literature and the methods of Delphi,which was consulted by the 9 experts and the two rounds of 35 experts,the original index was estabhshed.The correlation coefficient and validity of the index was evaluated.Results A total of the index was consist of 106 first-l,second-land third-llevel items.Questionnaire recovery rate was 100％ (35/35).The level of authority was 0.816.Expert opinion concentration in various purposes mean variation coefficient was less than 0.244 2.The coordination level of expertise was 0.302.The overall reliability Cronbach α was 0.963.Adopting the method of double variable Spearman calculated the correlation coefficient was above 0.428.Cronbach a of second-and third-level indexes were 0.512-0.895.The second-land third-level indexes correlation coefficient were 0.428-0.931.Conclusions The index about the training effect of oncology specialist nurse has the high authority and representative.The reliability and validity of the index are better,which can be used to evaluate the efficacy of the evaluation about the training of oncology specialist nurse.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating Oxycodone hydrochloride-induced constipation in cancer pain patients.Method Sixty cancer pain patients with Oxycodone hydrochloride-induced constipation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture, while the control group was by oral administration of lactulose oral solution. The therapeutic efficacies were compared after 2-week treatment, and the quality of life was evaluated before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 73.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score was significantly changed in the treatment group after intervention (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in comparing the KPS score between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can produce a significant efficacy in treating Oxycodone hydrochloride-induced constipation, and also improve the patients’ quality of life.

Objective To explore the feasibility of combining anterior and posterior fontanelle acoustic windows for fetal median sagittal plane cranial scanning in prenatal ultrasound.Methods From July 5 to August 25 in 2012,200 pregnant women in Huai'an First Hospital at 22 to 24 gestational weeks accepted transabdominal uhrasonography,with anterior fontanelle,longitudinal suture and posterior fontanelle as acoustic windows to obtain the median sagittal plane.In the mean time,ten aborted or induced fetuses (with malformations or maternal complications) underwent cranial ultrasound with the same acoustic windows.The successful rates of obtaining median sagittal plane were calculated.Data were analyzed by Chi-square test.Results (1) Among the ten aborted or induced fetuses,all median sagittal planes were successfully obtained through anterior,posterior fontanelle,or longitudinal suture alone.(2) Among the 200 cases of prenatal uhrasonography,the successful rate of obtaining median sagittal plane through posterior fontanelle alone was 76.0％(152/200),which was higher than that through anterior fontanelle alone [59.5％ (119/200),x2=12.5,P＜0.01].The successful rate was 95.5％ (191/200) when combining the anterior and posterior fontanelle,which was higher than that through anterior fontanelle or posterior fontanelle alone (x2 =74.3 and 31.1,both P＜0.01).The successful rate of obtaining median sagittal plane through posterior fontanelle was 67.3％ (65/102) in cephalic presentation,which was also higher than that through anterior fontanelle [37.3％ (38/102),x2 =14.3,P＜0.01].The successful rate was 88.8％ (87/98) through posterior fontanelle in non-cephalic presentation,which was similar to that through anterior fontanelle [82.7％(81/98),x2 =1.5,P＞0.05].When both anterior and posterior fontanelle applied,the successful rate in cephalic presentation was 9.8％ (10/102),lower than that in non-cephalic presentation fetuses [71.4％ (70/98),x2 =79.1,P＜0.01].Conclusions The successful rate in obtaining median sagittal plane through posterior fontanelle is higher than that through anterior fontanelle,and might be increased when both anterior and posterior fontanelle were used.

Objective: To establish real-time qPCR method to analyze each HLA-C allele expression level of individual.Methods:Database including exon 2&3 sequences of HLA class Ⅰalleles was built ,HLA-C allelic specific primers were designed and the real-time quantitative PCR method for analyzing HLA-C allele expression level was built .The allelic specificity of these primers were confirmed in database and 835 normal peripheral blood samples of Han population .The mRNA level of each HLA-C allele from 20 pairs of liver tumor tissues and non-tumor tissues was analyzed by the qPCR method we built .Results:20 pairs of allelic specific primers were designed to distinguish the two HLA-C alleles of each individual with frequency over 0.96%in 835 cases of Han population.Among 55%of the liver cancer tissues ,the expression levels of the two HLA-C alleles from the same tumor tissue changes differently compared to that of the relevant non-tumor tissue.Conclusion:This study provides method for HLA-C allele expression level analysis of Han population and each HLA-C allele expression level is inconsistent of liver cancer tissue .

Objective To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture on cartilage renovation of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 40 female SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,electro-acupuncture treatment group and control group.The left knees of the treatment group and right ones of the control group were treated by electro-acupuncture for two weeks from the fifth week since operation.Collected left knees' cartilage of all rats at the seventh week since the beginning of experiment.HE and immunohistochemical staining were used to observe the expression characteristic of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in cartilage.Results The expression of TGF-β1 in the treatment group was very significantly stronger than all other groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture can obviously up-regulate the level of TGF-β1 in cartilage of experimental rats with knee osteoarthritis,and promote the repair of cartilage.

OBJECTIVE:To summerize the characteristics and variability of chest X-ray manifestations in SARS patients treated with compound glycyrrhizin.METHODS:60cases of SARS were equally divided into2groups:groupⅠreceiving compound glycyrrhizin,groupⅡ(as control)receiving conventional treatment.The appearing time,site,scope and dynamic changes of the pulmonary lesions on chest radiograms were compared between2groups.RESULTS:The average period from peak to50%improvement of lesion in X-ray manifestations was shorter in groupⅠthan that in groupⅡ.In restoration stage,more patients had their X-ray findings absorbed in groupⅠcompared with the patients in groupⅡ.Compound glycyrrhizin had little influence on WBC,blood sugar and electrolytes.CONCLUSION:Glycyrrhizin may be a promising drug against SARS with less side effects.

Objective To discuss the correlation between family history of malignant neoplasms (MN-FH) and the clinicopathological features of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The clinicopathological data of 326 patients with NSCLC in Yangzhou University Affiliated Hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups based on with or without MN-FH, and the clinicopathological features of the two groups were analyzed by χ 2 test. Results Of the 326 patients with NSCLC, 41 (12.6％) were in the MN-FH group and 285 (87.4％) in the MN-FH group. There were no significant differences in sex, age, smoking, location of tumors and histological classification between patients with or without MN-FH (χ 2 values were 0.031, 0.769, 0.546, 0.117, and 0.945, all P > 0.05), but in patients with MN-FH, the proportion of tumor diameter < 5 cm [65.9％ (27/41) vs. 42.5％(121/285), χ 2 = 14.173, P < 0.05], undifferentiation and low differentiation [70.7％ (29/41) vs. 53.7％(153/285), χ 2 = 4.224, P < 0.05], TNM stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ [65.9％ (27/41) vs. 46.7％ (133/285), χ 2 = 5.280, P <0.05], lymph node metastasis [78.0％ (32/41) vs. 60.0％ (171/285), χ 2 = 4.970, P < 0.05], distant metastasis [75.6％ (31/41) vs. 53.3％ (152/285), χ 2 = 7.224, P < 0.05], high degree of malignancy [70.7％ (29/41) vs. 51.6％ (147/285), χ 2 = 5.293, P < 0.05] and combination of other tumors [29.3％ (12/41) vs. 7.7％ (22/285),χ 2 = 17.817, P < 0.05] were significantly higher than those in patients without MN-FH. Conclusions NSCLC patients with MN-FH have a higher degree of malignancy. For people with MN-FH, physical examination is very important.

OBJECTIVETo provide theoretical evidence for dividing and breeding cultivars of Lonicera japonica, the botanical character of laminas leaves observed and compared.

METHODUsing the morphological method, the main character of leaves of 11 farm cultivars of L. japonica were systematically observed and the data were comparatively studied with statistical means. It included the length, width and the ratio of the length to the width of blade, density, length and thickness of the nonglandular hair in the epidermis.

RESULTThe results showed that there were obvious differences in length, width and the ratio of the length to the width of blade, density and length of the nonglandular hair in the epidermis.

CONCLUSIONOn the basis of the differences of morphological character of leaves, the various farm cultivars could be identified.

Objective To study the expression of ultra-conserved gene sequence uc.454 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and its clinical significance.Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expression level of uc.454 mRNA in 130 cases of NSCLC and adjacent normal tissues from Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University between January 2014 and December 2017,and its association with clinicopathological factors and prognosis of NSCLC patients was analyzed.Results The expression level of uc.454 mRNA in NSCLC tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues (2.98 ±0.96 vs.13.95± 2.23,t =98.441,P ＜ 0.05),and its expression level was associated with tumor infiltration depth (x2 =7.823,P =0.040),TNM stage (x2 =20.719,P ＜ 0.01) and lymph node metastasis (x2 =24.142,P ＜ 0.01).The survival time of patients with low expression of uc.454 mRNA was shorter than that of patients with normal or high expression (26.9 months vs.43.7 months),and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The low expression of ultra-conserved gene sequence uc.454 mRNA is related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of NSCLC.
