1.Clinical Observation of 46 Cases of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Treated by Acupuncture
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2003;1(6):34-35
Forty-six cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated by selecting the acupoints far from the affected part plus acupuncture differentiation of symptoms and signs, in comparison with 34 cases treated by simple acupuncture differentiation of symptoms and signs. The result showed that cure occurred in 21 cases, marked effectiveness in 19 cases, improvement in 3 cases and ineffectiveness in 1 case in the treatment group. In control group, cure occurred in 10 cases, marked effectiveness in 15 cases, improvement in 8 cases and ineffectiveness in 3 cases. There was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.05).

Objective To develop a simple new-type photographic device for the field battle and peace time, because of the function of the trivet of X-Ray machine is limited. Methods Circular chrome-plating seamless steel tubes, whose diameter is 4 cm and 5 cm respectively, were connected so as to constitute the arm structure in C shape and foundation in T shape. Results The simple new-type photographic device could project for patients in each kind of body posture and the range of focus adjustment could meet normal requirements. It was operated nimbly and freely. The material was durable and the structure was reasonable and stable. Conclusion The simple new-type photographic device meets the practical requirements in field battle and peace time.

Objective To evaluate the effect of mind mapping-oriented health education on patient's fluid intake during hemodialysis intervals. Methods From June 2015 to April 2016, 72 patients with poor compliance with fluid intake were randomly divided into control group (n=36) and observation group (n=36). In the control group, routine health education was used and the observation group was treated with mind mapping-oriented health education. The two groups were compared before intervention and 6 months after that in terms of compliance with fluid intake and daily fluid intake, ultrafiltration volume and body weight gain/dry weight ratio and incidence of complications. Results In the observation group, the fluid intake compliance, daily fluid intake, ultrafiltration volume and body weight gain/dry weight ratio 6 months after intervention were superior to those of the control group (all P<0.05). The incidences of complications such as hypotension, hypertension, muscle spasms and cardiac arrhythmia were also significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The health education based on mind mapping is helpful to enhance the degree of cognition of fluid intake compliance, improve self-efficacy of chronic diseases, control the growth of body weight during dialysis and reduce the incidence of complications.

Objective: To establish real-time qPCR method to analyze each HLA-C allele expression level of individual. Methods:Database including exon 2&3 sequences of HLA class Ⅰalleles was built ,HLA-C allelic specific primers were designed and the real-time quantitative PCR method for analyzing HLA-C allele expression level was built .The allelic specificity of these primers were confirmed in database and 835 normal peripheral blood samples of Han population .The mRNA level of each HLA-C allele from 20 pairs of liver tumor tissues and non-tumor tissues was analyzed by the qPCR method we built .Results:20 pairs of allelic specific primers were designed to distinguish the two HLA-C alleles of each individual with frequency over 0.96%in 835 cases of Han population.Among 55%of the liver cancer tissues ,the expression levels of the two HLA-C alleles from the same tumor tissue changes differently compared to that of the relevant non-tumor tissue. Conclusion:This study provides method for HLA-C allele expression level analysis of Han population and each HLA-C allele expression level is inconsistent of liver cancer tissue .

ObjectiveTo study the epidemiological characteristics of diabetes mellitus and awareness rate in Zhejiang adults.MethodA total of 17 437 adults from 15 counties were randomly selected with stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method from July to November,2010.Each participant was required to complete a set of standardized questionnaire, physical examination, and blood specimen collection.ResultsThe overall standardized rate of diabetes mellitus was 5.94% ( crude prevalence 8.80% ).It was increased by 96.67% during past 8 years,as compared with the prevalence 3.02% in 2002.The standardized rate of diabetes mellitus of the urban and rural area were 7.52% and 5.19% ( crude prevalence 11.33% and 7.09% ),respectively. The standardized rate of diabetes mellitus in the urban was higher than rural ( u =6.58,P<0.05 ).The standardized rate of diabetes mellitus of the male and the female were 5.74% and 6.15% ( crude prevalence 8.36% and 9.13% ),respectively, without significant difference ( u =1.39,P>0.05 ).The awareness rate of diabetes mellitus was 59.19% ( 56.66% in male and 61.23 % in female,x2 =3.26,P>0.05 ).The awareness rate of the urban was higher than the rural (63.47% vs 54.69%,x2=12.20,P<0.01 ).ConclusionThe prevalence of diabetes mellitus showed a rapidly rising trend in Zhejiang province. The effective intervention should be taken at its early stage.

Objective:
To investigate the clinical effect and safety of long-acting pegylated interferon-α-2b (Peg-IFN-α-2b) (Y shape, 40 kD) injection (180 μg/week) in the treatment of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients, with standard-dose Peg-IFN-α-2a as positive control.
Methods:
This study was a multicenter, randomized, open-label, and positive-controlled phase III clinical trial. Eligible HBeAg-positive CHB patients were screened out and randomized to Peg-IFN-α-2b (Y shape, 40 kD) trial group and Peg-IFN-α-2a control group at a ratio of 2:1. The course of treatment was 48 weeks and the patients were followed up for 24 weeks after drug withdrawal. Plasma samples were collected at screening, baseline, and 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72 weeks for centralized detection. COBAS® Ampliprep/COBAS® TaqMan® HBV Test was used to measure HBV DNA level by quantitative real-time PCR. Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay with Elecsys kit was used to measure HBV markers (HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe). Adverse events were recorded in detail. The primary outcome measure was HBeAg seroconversion rate after the 24-week follow-up, and non-inferiority was also tested. The difference in HBeAg seroconversion rate after treatment between the trial group and the control group and two-sided confidence interval (
