OBJECTIVE: To approach the situation of azithromycin for injection-induced ADR in children and to provide reference for rational use of drug in the clinic. METHODS: Retrieved from CHKD of CNKI database, a total of 249 related literatures containing 220 literatures about clinical utilization and 29 individual case reports were collected and analyzed statistically in respects of geographical distribution, patients’ sex and age, types of disease, dosage and usage, organs and systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations, onset time, etc. RESULTS: The literatures covered 34 provinces and municipalities. 9 661 cases in 167 related literatures involved 1 199 ADR cases with incidence of 12.41%. The main clinical manifestation represented lesion of skin and its appendants, digestive system and nervous system. CONCLUSION: Azithromycin for injection is safe for children. If for a long treatment, it is preferable to adopt the method of "Treated 3 d Withdrawal 4 d", and pay attention to monitoring the function changes of liver and kidney and hearing.

The Document Retrieval Center of TCM, founded in 1992, plays an important role in the novelty retrieval of TCM scientific researching projects and clinic researches. But there are still some problems needed to be improved. The author suggests that relative governmental agents and staffs who engage in novelty retrieval should think highly of the novelty retieval of TCM to establish and consummate relative rules and regulations in order to provide the qualified services.

Through the study of the pathology of sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, evaluation indexes, diagnosis requirements and so on, a portable sleep monitoring system was designed, which had the characteristics of convenience, wireless transmission and no disturbance. The system can be assessed by respiration monitoring and pulse oximetry, which is based on the pressure variation in miniature air-bag and spectral absorption method. It provides the value of the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI), which is used to evaluate OSAHS severity. The experiment of the system's stability and accuracy is done, which exhibits good performance, it can diagnose OSAHS effectively and provide convenience for home monitoring.

Objective To determine the content of protocatechuic acid in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn.Methods HPLC method was developed for the determination of protocatechuic acid in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn.The separation was performed on C18 column with acetonitrile-water-orthophosphoric acid(8 ∶92 ∶0.1) as a mobile phase with the flow rate being 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm.Results A satisfactory separation between protocatechuic acid and impurity was obtained.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.020～2.008 ug,r=0.999 9.The average recovery was 98 %,and RSD was 0.1 %(n=5).Conclusion The method is accurate and can be used for the detemrmination of protocatechuic acid in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of dobutamine on hemodynamics,tissue perfusion and respiratory function in patients with ARDS caused by septic shock. METHODS:Totally 26 patients with ARDS caused by septic shock were given Dobu-tamine hydrochloride injection 5 μg/(kg·min) by continuous pump for 20 min ,increasing by 5 μg/(kg·min) every 20 min to 15μg/(kg·min)for 6 h. Mean artery pressure(MAP)maintained at about 65 mmHg during continuous pump. Hemodynamic index-es [HR,MAP,cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV),total end diastolic volume(GEDV),intrathoracic blood volume index (ITBI),extravascular lung water index (ELWI),systemic vascular resistance index (SVRI)],tissue perfusion indexes (norepi-nephrine,urine volume,blood oxygen saturation,blood lactate)and ventilator parameter indexes(positive breathing pressure,min-ute ventilation volume,respiratory rate,peak inspiratory pressure and plateau pressure)of all patients were recorded before medica-tion,6,24,48 h after medication. RESULTS:There were no statistical significances in HR,MAP,GEDV,ITBI,blood oxygen saturation,blood lactate and respiratory rate before and after treatment (P>0.05). CO,SV,urine volume and minute ventilation volume of all patients 6,24,48 h after medication were significantly higher than before medication,and those indexes increased gradually as medication time. ELWI,SVRI,positive breathing pressure,peak inspiratory pressure and plateau pressure of all pa-tients after medication were significantly lower than before medication,and those indexes decreased gradually as medication time, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The levels of norepinephrine in all patients 24,48 h after medication were significantly low-er than before medication and 6 h after medication,with statistical significance(P<0.05);but there was no statistical significance between before medication and 6 h after medication(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The early application of dobutamine ELWI,tis-sue perfusion and respiratory function in patients with ARDS caused by septic shock,and can keep hemodynamics stable.

Objective To analysis clinical effect of Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor on cancer related fatigue syndrome.Methods II-VI primary cancer 60 patients from January 2011 to December 2013 were admitted to department of internal medicine, Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University,and randomly divided into two groups.Control goup(n=30)were treated with granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF).Experimental group(n=30)were treated with Diyu Shengbai tablets and G-CSF.Results After chemotherapy, ratio of patients in the experimental group appeared fatigue syndrome and changes in leukocyte was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with G-CSF have better clinical efficacy for leukopenia caused by tumor chemotherapy, the symptom of fatigue also can improve significantly.

Objective To clone and express the new gene R049 of uropathogenic Escherichia coli 132.and to investigate the immunopmtective effects of the R049 recombinant protein on mice.Methods The pmkaryotic expression system of gene R049 was constructed by directed cloning.Thereafter,the R049 recombinant protein Was expressed and purified by Ni affinity chromatography.Polyclonal antibody was pre-pared by immunizing BALB/c mice with R049 recombinant protein.The R049 recombinant protein and whole bacterial proteins of UPEC132 were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.BALB/c mice were im-munized with R049 recombinant protein before challenged by UPECl32 through urinary tract.Then the differences of urine and renal colony counts between immunization group and control group were compared.Results The recombinant strain E coli BL21(DE3)/pET32a-R049 ORF was constructed successfully,and the relative molecular mass of the R049 recombinant protein was 66.9×103 and its purity was up to 95% af-ter purification.The titer of polyclonal antibody wag≥1:102 400 analyzed by indirect ELISA.Both of the R049 recombinant protein and whole bacterial proteins of UPECl 32 were confirmed to show specffic reactions on the antiserunl throughh Western blot.The animal experiments showed the urine and renal colony counts of immunization group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclu-sion The new gene R049 of uropathogenic E.coli 132 had immunopmtective effects on mice and the defini-tive mechanism would be needed to further study.

Objective To explore whether low-dose occupational ionizing radiation exposure can affect the prevalence of lens opacity.Methods Annual occupational health checkup data of 1 007 radiation workers was taken from a provincial medical institution for the purpose of statistical analysis.Logistic regression analysis was used to estimate occupational exposure odds ratios (OR) of lens opacity,adjusted for age,gender and length of service.Eye lens opacity was grouped into cortical,nuclear and posterior subcapsular opacity according to the position of the opacity occurrence site.Opacity occurred in any one of the both eye lens was recorded as turbidity.Results Only 730 cases coupled with complete information could be used in the statistical analysis.The rate of lens opacity for all the radiation workers was 10.27％.The rates of lens opacity by exposure group were estimated to be 9.07％ for radiation diagnosis and therapy group,11.11％ for intervention group,18.18％ for nuclear medicine group,and 9.33％ for industrial application group,respectively.Compared with those in the radiation diagnosis and therapy group,the workers engaged in intervention medicine,or nuclear medicine,were more likely to suffer from the lens opacity in posterior subcapsular position.The OR and its 95％ confidence intervals were 3.00 (1.23-7.33),4.12 (1.68-10.11) for the workers in intervention medicine or nuclear medicine group.Conclusions Medical radiation workers,who were exposed to long-term low-dose of ionizing radiation,especially those who engaged in intervention or nuclear medicine,were at significantly higher risk to develop lens opacity.
