HBsAg containing pre-s (2), purified by affinity chromatography with PHSA coupled to CNBr-activated sepharose 4B, was used as immunogen to immunize in vivo spleen of BALB/C female mice. The spleen cells from immunized mice were fused with mouse myeloma cells (SP2/0-Ag). Clones producing the antibody were screened by serial enzyme immunosorbent assay, and subclone cultures were isolated by limiting dilution. Finally, three clones, which were positive for anti-pre-s (2) antibody, were selected. The clones were still stable by several passages. They were injected i. p. to prime-treated BALB/C mice to produce ascitic fluid. The liters of anti-pre-s (2) antibodies in the ascitic fluid were above 105.Isotype analysis revealed that all immunoglobulins were of IgGl subclass of mouse. The purified McAb for pre-s (2) conjugated with horseradish peroxidase were used to develop a sandwich-type assay (ELISA). Using the assay, pre-s (2), the receptor for PHSA,was detected in serum of the patients with HBV infection. The assay method was more sensitive, specific, reproducible and reliable. The assay may be practical in the routine work of hepatitis B immunodiagnosis, and worth further clinical trial.

The content of optical isomerism is the difficult point of organic chemistry teaching, and so case-based learning (CBL), theoretical-experimental integration teaching method and micro class teaching methods are tried to be used in classroom teaching according to the actual teaching situations. For CBL teaching method, the course is guided by the step of introduction-question-discussion and summary-exten-sions; For theoretical-experimental integration teaching method, combined with the theory class, the two experiments including the determination of optical rotation and organic molecular model are set for the opti-cal isomer content, to enhance the students' understanding of theoretical knowledge through the hands-on operation;For micro class teaching method, the key and difficult points of this chapter are dug out and about 10 minutes of video are recorded by using common video software before class, which are introduced in the classroom or provided to students after class for repeated watching, to deepen the students' understanding of the concept and phenomenon of optical isomers. In brief, it is important to combine various teaching method to improve the classroom instructing effectively and stimulate the students' interest in organic chemistry.

Objective To study the effects of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction on adjuvant-induced arthritis,and the mechanism of this decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Adjuvant-induced arthritis(AA) model was induced by plantar injection of Freundis complete adjuvant and Observed the level of interlinkin-1(IL-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),circulating immunecomplexes(CIC),malondialdehyde(MDA) and antioxidizing activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in AA rats treated with the decoction.Results The contents of IL-1,TNF-α,CIC,MDA obviously decreased and the activity of SOD was increased by Buyan Huanwu Decoction(P＜0.01)in AA rats.Conclusion Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction shows visibly anti-inflammatory function on AA rats,which is associated with its mechanism of suppressing free radical injure and modifying autoimmune physiological and pathological reaction.

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of transverse compression suture in the lower uterine segment for the control of postpartum haemorrhage in cesarean section caused by placenta previa. Methods From Jan 2011 to Jan 2013, 21 patients with postpartum haemorrhage in cesarean section due to placenta previa were given transverse compression suture in the lower uterine segment after routine medical treatment. And the hemostatic efficacy and safety were observed. Results 20 cases of the vaginal bleeding were controlled efficient-ly, with an efficiency of 95. 2%. There was no complication occurred, and menstruation were back to normal during the follow-up, and there was nothing abnormal in the uterine double accessories through B ultrasound reexamination. Conclusion Transverse compression suture in the lower uterine segment is an easy, safe and highly effective surgical technique, it is especially suitable for the control of haemorrhage in the lower uterine segment caused by placenta previa.

Pre-S2 protein in 78 samples of liver from patients with various types of hepatitis B was determined by immunohistochemical method.45 out of 78 samples (57.69%) were positive for pre-S2.The location and expression patterns of pre-S2 were similar to those of HBsAg,i.e.,pre-S2 was found in cytoplasm of hepatocytes,epithelial cells of bile ducts,and hepatocellular carcinoma cells,etc,Four different patterns diffuse,inclusion,submembranous,and membranous type were demonstrated.The membranous expression of pre-S2 was often associated with activity of liver diseases.The positive rate of pre-S2 was significantly higher in HBcAg positive group than HBcAg negative group.It seems that pre-S2 protein of HBV may be a replicative marker of HBV.
