Objective To investigate the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT and serum CEA in patients with advanced gastric cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgical treatment. Methods 96 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery as the research object, after more than 2 years of follow-up,PET/CT imaging and serum CEA levels were detected, and the diagnostic value of recurrence or metastasis of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results Of the 96 patients enrolled in the study, there were 47 cases of recurrence and metastasis,PET/CT combined with CEA for recurrence or metastasis positive diagnosis rate and negative diagnosis rate was significantly higher than that of pure PET/CT and serum CEA,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of PET/CT combined with CEA in the diagnosis of recurrence or metastasis were higher than that of PET/CT and serum CEA,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined monitoring of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging and serum CEA level in patients with advanced gastric cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgical treatment is helpful to improve the diagnosis of metastasis or recurrence.
2.Protection effects and mechanism of antioxidant MitoQ on isoflurane-induced injury of hippocampal neu-rons in rats
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2017;33(10):1001-1005
Objective To explore the impacts and potential mechanisms of MitoQ on isoflurane-induced injury of primary cultured hippocampal neurons in newborn rats. Methods Fifteen healthy SPF Sprague-Dawley rats of both sex were randomly divided into three groups (n =5 each)u-sing a random number table:control group (group C),multiple exposures to isoflurane anesthesia group (group I)and multiple exposures to isoflurane anesthesia+MitoQ group (group IM).On post-natal days 7,14 and 21,1.5% isoflurane was inhaled for 2 h in group I.MitoQ was intraperitoneally administered in a volume of 0.4 ml/kg before isoflurane anesthesia in group IM,while a mixture of oxygen and air was inhaled instead of isoflurane in group C.HE staining was carried out on postnatal day 28 to observe the morphological changes in hippocampal CA1 region of rat neural cell structures. Hippocampal neuron cells were dissected from clean Sprague-Dawley rats born in 24 h.After primary culture for seven days,MTT assay and TUNEL assay was respectively performed to measure the cell viability and apoptosis of hippocampal neurons. The malondialdehyde (MDA)content and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity were detected respectively using the thiobarbituric method and xanthinoxi-dase method.Mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP)was measured by rhodamine 123 staining, intracellular levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS)were tested by DCFH-DA staining.Western blot was used to analyze the protein levels of Bax,Bcl-2 and caspase-3.Results Compared with group C, group I decreased the number of neural cells and the cell survival rate;the apoptotic rate was signifi-cantly increased;MDA contents and ROS production were significantly increased;SOD activity and MMP level were significantly decreased;the expression of Bax and caspase-3 were significantly in-creased,while the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly decreased (P < 0.05 ).Compared with the group I,the damaged neural cells were decreased, the cell survival rate was significantly increased, the apoptotic rate was significantly decreased in group IM;MDA contents and ROS production were significantly decreased;SOD activity and MMP level were significantly increased;the expression of Bax and caspase-3 were significantly decreased, while the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly in-creased (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Antioxidant MitoQ attenuates isoflurane-induced neuron damage, which may be associated with the inhibition on oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction.

The biochemical analysis of urine is an important inspection and diagnosis method in hospitals. The conventional method of urine analysis covers mainly colorimetric visual appraisement and automation detection, in which the colorimetric visual appraisement technique has been superseded basically, and the automation detection method is adopted in hospital; moreover, the price of urine biochemical analyzer on market is around twenty thousand RMB yuan (Y), which is hard to enter into ordinary families. It is known that computer vision system is not subject to the physiological and psychological influence of person, its appraisement standard is objective and steady. Therefore, according to the color theory, we have established a computer vision system, which can carry through collection, management, display, and appraisement of color difference between the color of standard threshold value and the color of urine test paper after reaction with urine liquid, and then the level of an illness can be judged accurately. In this paper, we introduce the Urine Test Biochemical Analysis method, which is new and can be popularized in families. Experimental result shows that this test method is easy-to-use and cost-effective. It can realize the monitoring of a whole course and can find extensive applications.
