Objective To explore the role of the theory of human care in cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods 150 patients with tumor undergoing chemotherapy were divided randomly into the intervention group and the control group (each had 75 cases).The intervention group took the human nursing care,the control group was applied with the traditional nursing method,compliance,liquid extravasation or phlebitis after chemotherapy were observed and compared.Results The compliance,incidence of liquid extravasation or phlebitis in the intervention group was significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusions Implementation of the nursing care based on human care theory can improve compliance of chemotherapy,satisfaction with the quality of care and quality of life in cancer patients,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of MTP gene polymorphism on the lipid-regulating effect of simvastatin in the treatment of T2DM complicating with lipid metabolism disorder. METHODS:120 T2DM inpatients with hypercholesterolemia were selected from our hospital during Jun. to Dec. 2015 and given Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,Enalapril ma-leate tablets and Simvastatin tablets. PCR-RFLP was used to detect MTP G493T genotype. The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected by AU 400 automatic biochemistry analyzer before treatment and the 4th week after treatment. The effects of different genotype on the change of blood lipid level was analyzed. RESULTS:Among 120 patients,the patients with MTP G493T GG,GT,TT genotypes accounted for 61.67%,26.67% and 11.67%,respectively,meeting Hardy-Weinberg balance(P>0.05). Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C among different genotypes(P>0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment,the decrease of TC and LDL-C in TT genotype patients were lower than that in GG and GT genotype,with statistical significance(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the decrease of TC and LDL-C between GT and GG geno-type,the decrease of TG and HDL-C(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR among different geno-types(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:After simvastatin treatment,the improvement of TC and LDL-C in patients with TT genotype is poor. MTP G493T gene polymorphism may be associated with the lipid-regulating effect of simvastatin in the treatment of T2DM patients with lipid metabolism disorder.

Objective To design a new type of fluorescence detection optical system for dedicated neonatal PKU screening. Methods The system selects super-luminance UVLED for excitation light source, uses different diameter quartz fiber and Y -type optical fiber which consists of glass fiber bundles, and self focusing optical fiber for collimating light and photomultiplier tubes for testing. Results The system has many features, such as simple structure, small size and high sensitivity. Conclusion The clinic screening requirements are met by the system and a new means of rapid detection is provided for PKU screening in large quantities.

Objective To investigate the influences of different factors on postpartum pelvic floor muscle injury, and provide clinical evidence to the early prevention of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD). Methods A total of 65 630 women, who participated the postpartum pelvic floor function screening in Tianjin, from December 2011 to December 2014 were selected in this study. The uniform detect methods was used in this study. The analysis based on the PFD was diagnosed by physi?cians of Women’s and Children’s Health Center in each district. The influences of different factors on postpartum pelvic floor muscle were analyzed. Results There were 19 452 (29.6%) women suffering from postpartum pelvic floor muscle inju?ry, with the abnormal rate 29.6%, which was higher in rural areas than that in urban areas (33.9%vs 27.8%). The abnormal rate was higher in women with junior middle education or below (34.1%) than that in women with senior middle or polytech?nic schooling (30.4%), and women with college or higher education (27.7%). There was a higher abnormal rate in women with vaginal surgery delivery (40.8%) than that in women with natural delivery (32.5%) and women with caesarean section (27.2%). The muscle abnormal rate was higher in women having given two or more than two times of deliveries (34.6% , 31.5%) than those having initial delivery (29.1%). Multiple factor analyses showed that city residency, higher education and less delivery times were protecting factors for postpartum pelvic floor muscle while vaginal surgery was a risk factor for post?partum pelvic floor muscle. Conclusion There is a high incidence of postpartum pelvic floor muscle injury in the region of Tianjin. Analyzing the risk factors and strengthening the management of pelvic floor muscle injury by early prevention or ear?ly treatment would help to reduce the incidence of PFD effectively during pre-pregnancy and perinatal periods.

Theory of treatment from spleen is being widely applied in in the process of Chinese medical therapies and had already shown its clinical efficacy. The purpose of this paper was to explain this theory in the fields of the theoretical contents, physiology, pathology and clinical practices.

Objective: To investigate the effect of scalp point-through-point acupuncture on 200 kDa neurofilament protein (NF-200) in rats with acute cerebral infarction and explore its mechanism on nerve plasticity in cerebral infarction rats. Methods: Healthy male Wistar rats were randomly allocated to sham operation (Group A), model (Group B) and acupuncture (Group C) groups. A rat middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model of cerebral ischemia was made. NF-200 mRNA was measured by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in each group on the 7th, 14th and 28th days. Results: The cerebral expression of NF-200 in group C was significantly different from those in groups A and B (P＜0.05); there was a significant difference between groups C and B or A at different time windows (P＜0.01),indicating that scalp point-through-point acupuncture could improve the cerebral expression of NF-200. Conclusion: Scalp point-through-point acupuncture can improve neural function,promote the recovery of limb function and increase the expression of NF-200 after cerebral ischemia, exerting a regulative effect on neuronal plasticity in the brain.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) combined with concurrent chemotherapy for loco-regionally recurrent or mastastatie rectal cancer. Methods Between June 2004 and January 2007,47 patients with loco-regionally recurrent or nmatastatic rectal cancer were treated by 3DCRT of 55-65 Gy in 1.8-2.0 Gy fractions. Chemotherapy was given concurrenfly using oxaliplatin(100 mg/m2 ,iv drop,d1 ) and capecitabine(1500 mg/m2,orally,dl-14,21 days per cycle). Results After the follow-up of 12-35 months, the total response rate, complete response rate and partial response rate were 79% (37/47) ,19% (9/47) and 60% (28/47) ,respectively. The pain-alleviation rate and the mean pain-alleviation time were 85% and 6 months. The 1- and 2-year survival rates were 83% and 51%. Quality of life was improved without any treatment related death. Conclusions 3DCRT combined with concurrent chemotherapy is effective and well-tolerated in patients with post-operatively locoregionally recurrent or mastastatic rectal cancer.

Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin on cardiac function and the level of hs-CRP,IL-6,and Fib in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Patients (120 cases) with coronary heart disease in the first people's Hospital of Xianyang City from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin,the control group was treated with trimetazidine,the curative effect,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular diastolic end systolic diameter,left ventricular posterior wall thickness and serum hs-CRP,IL-6,and Fib levels were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 91.67％ (55/60),significantly higher than the control group 76.67％ (46/60) (P ＜ 0.05);The left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and left ventricular posterior wall thickness of two groups were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05);The serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,and Fib were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05),and the observation group was more obvious (P ＜ 0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin have high curative effect on coronary heart disease,and can improve cardiac function,significantly reduce the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,and Fib,worth clinical promotion.

Objective:To investigate the role of oxygen free radicals in renal dysfunction in rats with obstructive jaundice and the protective effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiae(SM) on renal mitochondria.Methods:The 54 Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:sham-operation control group(group A,n=18),obstructive jaundice group(group B,n=18),SM-treated group(group C,n=18).The model of obstructive jaundice in rats was established by common bile duct ligation(CBDL).In group C SM(5ml/kg?d) was given through abdominal cavity for 21 days.The rats were executed at 7th,14th,and 21th day after operation respectively.The contents of serum BIL,Cr,BUN and the contents of renal mitochondria MDA and cholesterol were determined respectively,and the changes of renal histopathology were observed.Results:The contents of renal mitochondria MDA and cholesterol in group B and group C were markedly higher than group A(P
