Objective:To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of silk fibroin peptides (SFP) on acute alcoholism in mice. Methods:In first experiment, the mice were randomly divided into four groups, and every group was treated by 56o alcohol (ethanol dosage 7.56 ml/kg bw) via i.g. Eighty mice were fed normal saline (NS) and different dosages of SFP (0.1, 0.5, 2.5 g/kg bw) 30 min later respectively, then the rate of ebriety and time of sobriety were determined. Another 72 mice were also divided into four groups and given NS and SFP similarly. The concentration of ethanol in serum was measured 1 h, 2 h and 4 h later respectively. In second experiment, the mice were also divided into four similar groups, but 56o alcohol was given at 6.16 ml/kg?bw via i.g. NS and SFP were given similarly, 0.5 h before alcohol. Two experiments were performed to observe the effect of SFP on prevention of temulence. Results:The time of sobriety and concentration of ethanol of SFP groups fed 0.5 and 2.5g/kg bw were lower significantly than those of NS group (P

OBJECTIVE: To prepare Nimodipine hydrogel patch and to investigate the effects of different factors on the in vitro percutaneous permeability of nimodipine.METHODS: Nimodipine hydrogel patch was prepared with sodium carboxymethylcellulose as matrix. The permeation flux of nimodipine through excised mice skin in vitro was determined using Franz diffusion cell. The content of nimodipine was measured by HPLC.Accumulative transdermal delivery of nimodipine(Q) and transdermal speed constant(Js) were calculated. The loading amounts, type of transdermal enhancer(menthol, azone and oleic acid) and their content were optimized with the value of Q and Js as index.RESULTS: The best loading amount was 4 mg?cm-2.Different transdermal enhancers were found to increase the percutaneous permeability of nimodipine.5% oleic acid had the best penetration enhancing effect. The permeation of samples containing 5% oleic acid was in accordance with the zero-order kinetics.Nimodipine hydrogel transdermal patch presented high Js of 28.10 ?g?cm-2?h-1 and Q of 342.58 ?g?cm-2 in 12 h.CONCLUSION: Nimodipine hydrogel patch has good potential for transdermal delivery.

Objective To evaluate the applicative value of ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of focal lesions in the parotid and submandibular glands. Methods 30 patients(30 lesions) were scanned by real-time ultrasound elastography and were analyzed in elastography evaluated criteria (5 score method). All the results were compared with the pathological types. Results The elastographic grades of most benign nodules were 1 - 3,while most of malignancy were 4 - 5.The elastographic grades of benign and malignant lesions were of significant difference statistically( P <0.01 ).If elastographic grade 4 or 5 were diagnosed as malignancies, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for diagnosing malignant l(e)sions in the parotid and submandibular glands were 72.73 %,84.21 %,80.00 %,respectively. Conclusions Ultrasound elastography is useful in the differential diagnosis of focal lesions in the parotid and submandibular glands.

Objective To explore the relationship between the plasma membrane glycoprotein ( PC-1 ) gene and obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, insulin resistance in Chinese population. Methods 53 norma1 subjects, 105 simple obesity subjects, 63 type 2 diabetic patients and 114 obesity type 2 diabetics have been genotyped with PCR-RFLP. Results The frequency of PC-1 gene Q allele was 3%, 18%, 4% and 30% in control, obesity subjects, diabetic patients and obesity diabetic individuals, respectively. Compared with control group, the relative risk (RR) in OB group, OBH grop, OBI group, OBL group and OBHIL group was 4. 26,4. 12,7. 36,5. 15 and 9. 70, respectively. Compared with diabetes group, the RR in diabetes with DMOB, diabetes with OBH group, diabetes with OBI group, diabetes with OBL group and diabetes with OBHIL group was 5.23,7. 37,12. 07,8. 53 and 13. 50, respectively. Concluision The frequency of PC-1 gene Q allele were significantly associated with obesity, obesity diabetics and insulin resistance in Chinese. The results suggested that the PC-1 gene Q allele was a potential genetic marker for obesity, type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance.

Objective: To screen out DNA binding proteins specifically recognizing CpG immunostimulatory sequence (ISS) for further investigating the molecular mechanisms of ISS. Methods: Yeast one hybrid system was adapted in screening a human bone marrow cDNA library using 4 copies of ISS as bait. The ISS binding activity of the positive clone was confirmed by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). Results: Four dual positive colonies were obtained, two of them encoded proteins with unknown functions. The other 2 encoded light chains of immunoglobulin with amino sequences homology to anti DNA Ab and HBsAb respectively. EMSA showed HBsAb specifically bound to CpG ODN at pH6.4 and pH 5.8. Conclusion: HBsAb may have ISS specific DNA binding activity.

Objective To construct and implement the nursing quality information feedback system based on QUACERS model and control theory, and discuss its application effect and the problems that should be paid attention to and to provide operational cases and practical basis for nursing quality management. Methods Through literature review and expert consultation, the framework and content of nursing quality information feedback system were set up and implemented. The changes of the nursing quality and the repeated occurrence of nursing problems were evaluated before (2013) and after (2015) the implementation of this project. And in December 2015, a self-made questionnaire was conducted among the nurses in the hospital to evaluate the importance of the feedback and it′s effect of improving the nursing quality. And evaluate the timeliness and effectiveness of different feedback forms. Results 1 120 and 1 136 nurses were followed-up in 2013 and 2015 respectively. The scores of human resource management, clinical nursing service and nursing safety management were higher than before, and the repeated occurrence of nursing problems was lower than before. A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed, 438 copies were collected, the effective recovery rate was 97.33%. Ratings for the importance of each item was from 3.37 to 4.57. Ratings for the effect of improving the quality of care was 3.79 to 4.39. The percentage of quality information received by nurses was more than 95%, and the average score of feedback timeliness was 4.29 to 4.53. Conclusions Quality information feedback system based on QUACERS model can cover multiple dimensions of quality management, and it was conducive to obtaining comprehensive information;Combined with multiple feedback forms can improve the effect of information feedback.

Five influencing factors of the polymerization process of glutaraldehyde with hemoglobin were studied in cluding the approach of feeding glutaraldehyde, hemoglobin concentration, the molar ratio of glutaraldehyde and hemoglobin, reaction time and temperature, in order to reduce the average molecular weight and to improve the effective polymerization ratio. The results showed that the optimal process reduced the average molecular weight of hemoglobin based oxygen carriers (HBOCs) from (350.20 +/- 35.45)kD to (158.60 +/- 8.70)kD and improved the effective polymerization ratio from 53.27% +/- 4.95% to 69.50% +/- 3.70%. When the experiments expanded 30 folds, the results of the effective polymerization ratio and the average molecular weight mentioned above could be achieved.
